Abstract

Kehamilan trimester III pada ibu hamil merupakan masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin yang semakin meningkat, sehingga dalam rangka menyesuaikan dengan beban tubuh yang berlebihan sehingga tulang belakang mendorong ke arah belakang (lordosis). Hal ini menyebabkan ibu merasakan rasa pegal pada pinggang. Senam yoga merupakan bagian dari terapi non farmakologis yang dapat menurunkan nyeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam yoga terhadap penurunan nyeri pinggang pada ibu hamil trimester III. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra eksperimen (Preeksperimental) dengan rancangan “One Group Pretest – Posttest Design” dengan memberikan intervensi senam yoga pada ibu hamil selama 1 bulan yang dilakukan 3-5 kali per minggu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil trimester III di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Banyuputih Kabupaten Situbondo. Metode sampling menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah responden 25 ibu hamil. Teknik pengambilan data dengan instrumen kuesioner dan lembar observasi skala nyeri. Selanjutnya pengolahan dan analisa data menggunakan uji statistik software SPSS 16 yaitu uji “Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test” dengan tingkat kemaksimalan a = 0,05. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan (p=0,000) yang berarti ada pengaruh senam yoga terhadap penurunan nyeri pinggang pada ibu hamil trimester III. Diharapkan agar senam yoga pada ibu hamil dapat disosialisasikan dan direkomendasikan kepada para ibu hamil oleh tenaga kesehatan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine: differences in learning outcomes between teaching history using TAI and TGT models. The method used is the quasi-experimental design. The results showed: (1) there are differences in learning outcomes interoperability and between models early history, (2) there are differences in learning outcomes between teaching history using TAI and TGT models, (3) there are differences in learning outcomes between the ability of the early history of the high and low; (4) no interaction between models learning with prior knowledge of the student learning outcomes, (5) no difference in the average outcomes study history using the TGT model of TAI and capable students who start high, (6) there was no difference in average learning outcomes history by using a model of TAI and TGT on initial low-capable students.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui: perbedaan hasil belajar sejarah antara pembelajaran yang menggunakan model TAI dan TGT. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan desain eksperimental semu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) ada perbedaan hasil belajar sejarah antarmodel dan antarkemampuan awal; (2) ada perbedaan hasil belajar sejarah antara pembelajaran yang menggunakan model TAI dan TGT; (3) ada perbedaan hasil belajar sejarah antara kemampuan awal tinggi dan rendah; (4) ada interaksi antarmodel pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal terhadap hasil belajar siswa; (5) ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar sejarah dengan menggunakan model TAI dan TGT pada siswa yang berkemampuan awal tinggi; (6) tidak ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar sejarah dengan menggunakan model TAI dan TGT pada siswa yang berkemampuan awal rendah.Kata kunci: model pembelajaran, kemampuan awal, hasil belajar

Abstract

The learning model is a design pattern that aims to ensure that learning objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently so that it impacts student learning outcomes, which are expected to get excellent grades and gain something meaningful from the learning experience of elementary school students. The research aims to improve learning outcomes in Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects in the aspects of spiritual attitudes, social attitudes, knowledge, and skills of students through the application of the picture-and-picture learning model on the subject matter of obligations and rights and responsibilities as citizens. The research subjects were 28 class III-B students at SDN 200220 Padangsidimpuan. This research uses the Kurt Lewin model of classroom action research methods. Data collection uses tests and observations. Data were analyzed descriptively using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The research results prove that students experienced an increase in their learning outcomes. Starting from cycle I, meeting I, only 12 students completed it, cycle I meeting II increased to 17 students who completed it, cycle II meeting I increased to 20 students completing it, and cycle II meeting II increased again to 25 students completed with an average score of 89.2 or 89.28%.

Abstract

Self Hypnosis adalah memberikan relaksasi kepada dirinya sendiri bagi remaja putri menuju dewasa awal yang berfungsi untuk mengurangi cemas,dan rasa stress dari diri,rasa khawatir menghadapi masa dewasa awal dan bagaimana seorang remaja bisa siap secara mental dan spiritual menuju dewasa awal serta mempunyai motivasi dalam hidup menuju kehidupan yang berkwalitas dan rasa percaya diri untuk masa depan yang cemerlang. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan persiapan pada remaja putri tentang bagaimana cara Latihan self hypnosis untuk dilaksanakan sendiri dalam mengafirmasi tentang rasa tenang dan percaya diri dalam menghadapi masa dewasa awal tentang perubahan peran dan tanggung jawab sebagai seorang manusia menuju dewasa awal.mamfaat kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melakukan self hypnosis pada diri sendri di saat mengalam kecemasan yang datang secara tiba-tiba serta rasa khawatir yang tidak terduga. Sasaran adalah : remaja putri siswa akhit yaitu kelas 12 yang ada di SMA Ibrahimy sukorejo sejumlah 300 Orang siswa kelas akhir yang dilaksankan di Musolla pondok putri Metode pelaksanaan : Kegiatan ini adalah kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat sebelum dilakukan pelatihan terlebih dahulu penulis melaksanakan penyuluhan tentang perubahan psikologis dan perubahan Fisik pada remaja putri menuju dewasa awal setelah di lakukan penyuluhan kemudian penulis memberikan pre test tentang kecemasan melalui intrumen harz dengan hasil pretest yang menglami cemas ringan 200 orang siswa cemas sedang 65 siswa tidak cemas 35 orang siswa setelah dilakukan pretest kemudian penulis melakukan penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang mamfaat selft hypnosis serta pelatihan self hypnosis terjadi perubahan yang signifikan pada remaja akhir menuju dewasa awal yaitu cemas ringan 50 orang,cemas sedang 35 dan tidak cemas 215 . Responden sangat antusias dan penuh semangat sekali saat diberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan self hypnosis selain bisa dilakukan sendiri juga bisa membantu teman-teman yang ada di sekitarnya di pondok pesantrean karena setiap siswa kamar yang ada di asrama berbeda-beda.

Abstract

Acute respiratory infection is a health problematic in Islamic boarding school. Lack of student awareness in maintaining health causes an increase in acute respiratory infections. This community service aims to increase the knowledge, skills and awareness of students in improving immunity and preventing acute respiratory infection. The method used is participatory action research (PAR), which is divided into four stages, namely focus group discussions, education, making herbal supplements, and evaluation. Focus group discussion was participated by some element, including coordinator of santri husada, santri husada, basic health service and students. Education was presented as lectures, discussion and consultation about immunity elevation. Education was conducted in several days for student in A1, A2, B, and M’hadul Quran dormitory to encourage more students. The next step was training to make herbal supplement, which attended by 42 students. The Forty-two student were divided into six groups to make herbal drink and instant supplement drink. Based on training evaluation, the education and training increased the knowledge and skill of participants. In summary, this activity increase health immune knowledge and supplement making of students.

Abstract

Hybrid working models have become an increasing phenomenon, triggered by developments in information technology and the changing needs of organisations. The concept combines in-office and remote working, offering flexibility that is expected to improve employee well-being and productivity. While there is a wealth of research on hybrid working models, there is a lack of understanding about the experiences of Human Resources (HR) in this context, particularly in relation to the impact on their behaviour and performance. This is important to study given the challenges and opportunities that arise in this transition. This research offers a new perspective by focusing on the direct experiences of employees in a hybrid working model, providing deep insights into how this approach affects their daily behaviour and performance. This research aims to explore and analyse HR experiences in hybrid working models and their impact on employee behaviour and performance across different industry sectors. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and focus group techniques. Data was collected from 30 participants from various industry backgrounds and analysed using thematic analysis techniques. Results show that hybrid working models provide significant benefits in improving work-life balance, but also present challenges in terms of communication and collaboration. Employees who adapted well to this model showed improvements in individual performance and job satisfaction. The findings of this study have important implications for HR management and organisational policy development.

Abstract

Mencuci tangan dengan baik dan benar adalah merupakan cara yang sederhana akan tetapi lebih efektif untuk untuk melindungi diri dari berbagai penyakit yang ada di sekitarnya. Tangan kita sering kali bersentuhan dengan permukaan dan benda yang mudah terkontaminasi oleh kuman, seperti halnya saat pegangan pintu, megang tombol lift, dan bahkan pegang uang. Yang mana Kuman-kuman ini dapat berpindah dari tangan ke tangan kita dan akan menyebabkan timbulnya infeksi jika tidak segera dibersihkan dengan baik dan benar. Kemudian WHO telah mengembangkan dengan adanya panduan enam Langkah cara mrncuci tangan yang dirancang untuk menghilangkan kuman secara baik dan efektif dari tangan. Yyang mana Panduan ini telah diadopsi secara luas oleh lembaga kesehatan dan organisasi di seluruh dunia, dan telah terbukti efektif untuk mengurangi penyebaran penyakit. Dosen Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan membuat program Penyuluhan Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun untuk anak usia paud dengan tujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada anak mengenai betapa pentingnya untuk mencuci tangan dengan menggunakan sabun dan bagaimana cara untuk mencuci tangan pakai sabun secra baik dan benar. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh anak usia paud sejumlah 40 orang dengan rentang usia 3 s/d 5 tahun di paud mawar suberwaru di harapkan kepada anak Setelah mengikuti penyuluhan dan praktek cuci tangan ini diharapkan anak usia paud dapat selalu menjaga kebersihan terutama kebersihan tangan dengan rajin mencuci tangan pakai sabun untuk menghindari dari penyakit infeksi,bakteri dan virus. Adanya pengingkatan Tingkat pengetahuan anak usia paud setelah diberikan penyuluhan dan paktek cuci tanganmeningkat sebelum dinerikan penyuluhan cuci tangan menggunakan sabun pakai sabun, yang mana hal ini dapat terlihat dari kelancaran dan kefasihan anak usia paud untuk mempraktikkan cara mencuci tangan pakai sabun dan menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan dengan baik oleh dosen Fakultas ilmu Kesehatan ibrahimy.

Abstract

The marketing of fishery products in Cirebon City continues to encounter challenges in penetrating global markets, primarily due to the limited English communication skills among business actors. This study aims to examine the impact of English language training on the effectiveness of fishery product marketing. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 fishery entrepreneurs who had participated in a three-month English language training program. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics and simple linear regression to determine the relationship between the training and marketing effectiveness. The findings reveal that English language training significantly improved the participants’ communication skills in promoting their products to international markets (p-value < 0.05). Moreover, the use of English-based digital marketing strategies increased from 40% prior to the training to 75% afterward. These results highlight the essential role of English language training in enhancing the global competitiveness of fishery products. The study recommends the implementation of more targeted training programs integrated with digital literacy to support successful international marketing initiatives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyses the effectiveness of e-learning in enhancing the English comprehension of Electrical Engineering students in Cirebon. The research employs a quantitative method with a journal review approach to identify trends and the effectiveness of e-learning in English learning for engineering students. The findings indicate that e-learning significantly contributes to students' comprehension improvement, particularly in reading and listening skills. Students who actively use e-learning show a 30% increase in English comprehension scores compared to those who rely solely on conventional learning methods. A total of 75% of students reported that e-learning helped them better understand technical materials in English. However, challenges remain in student interaction and learning motivation, especially in speaking and writing skills. The conclusion of this study suggests that e-learning can be an effective learning medium with proper implementation strategies, including enhancing digital interaction and developing more engaging methods for students.
