Abstract

Ikan Kerapu (Ephinephelus sp)  merupakan  komoditas perikanan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang cukup tinggi, sehingga sangat sesuai untuk dikembangkan sebagai salah satu komoditas perikanan budidaya di Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian lahan untuk pengembangan budidaya ikan kerapu (Ephinephelus spp) berdasarkan parameter fisika, kimia dan biologi perairan. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara langsung pada tiga stasiun penelitian yang telah ditentukan. Data penelitian difokuskan pada 12 parameter perairan yang terdiri dari kedalaman, kecerahan perairan, kecepatan arus, suhu perairan, substrat dasar, pH, oksigen terlarut, salinitas, phospat, nitrat dan kepadatan phytoplankton. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan indeks kesesuaian berdasarkan skoring dan  matriks kesesuaian budidaya ikan kerapu dan dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan SIG untuk membuat peta kesesuaian. Kesesuaian lahan dikategorikan kedalam tiga kelas yaitu sangat sesuai (S1), sesua (S2) dan tidak sesuai (S3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiga stasiun penelitian yang terdapat di perairan Langge termasuk dalam kategori sangat sesuai (S1) untuk dijadikan lokasi pengembangan budidaya laut dengan total nilai indeks kesesuaian antara 86 – 94 berdasarkan skor pada matriks kesesuaian budidaya ikan Kerapu.  Kata Kunci : Ephinephelus sp, Kesesuaian Lahan, Parameter Fisik, Kimia dan biologi Perairan,

Abstract

Community perception and participation are important factors that support the sustainability of tourism in an area. One marine tourism that has just opened in Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency is the Binuanga Mangrove Tracking tourism. Binuanga Mangrove Tracking tourism certainly has considerable potential to be developed, so the involvement of the Binuanga Village community is very much needed for tourism sustainability. This study aims to determine the perception and participation of the community towards the management of the Binuanga Mangrove Tracking tourism. This research was conducted from December 2021 to April 2022 in the Binuanga Mangrove Tracking tourism area. The method of determining the respondents used are purposive sampling. The number of respondents was 260, spread over four hamlets in Binuanga Village. Community perceptions and participation in the management of the Tracking Mangrove Binuanga Tourism were analyzed using a Likert scale referring to and the results of the category assessment for each question item were posed using five classes. The results showed that the community in the Binuanga Tracking Mangrove tourism area had a very good perception of the management of Tracking Mangrove tourism, with an average value of 1093.98 or 84.15%. Likewise, community participation is in very good criteria, with an average value of 1206.07 or 93%. The high perception and participation of the community towards the management of the Binuanga Tracking Mangrove tourism show that this tourism benefits the community in Binuanga Village.

Abstract

Memanfaatkan lahan dan sumber daya alam untuk tujuan ekowisata membutuhkan desain yang terkait dengan kesesuaian atraksi dan daya dukung wilayahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kesesuaian alokasi lahan kawasan dan daya dukungnya untuk kegiatan pariwisata di wilayah Pantai Tilalohe. Metode penelitian terdiri dari metode survei untuk kondisi bio-fisik dan penelitian literatur untuk karakteristik area pantai Tilalohe, serta kesesuaian dan daya dukung wilayah sebagai tujuan wisata. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pantai Tilalohe secara geomorfologis memiliki karakteristik pantai saku. Jenis atraksi yang paling cocok adalah duduk dengan santai di semua stasiun pada lahan utama dengan luas 1315,45 m2 dengan garis pantai di sepanjang 114,84 m. Perairan di depan tanah utama, dengan luas 5965,20 m2 dan garis pantai 182,79 m, sangat mendukung pengunjung untuk kegiatan mandi dan berenang di wilayah timur. Studi ini menunjukkan peran penting analisis kesesuaian dan daya dukung untuk arahan peruntukan lahan untuk kegiatan ekowisata berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip perlindungan lingkungan dan keberlanjutan manfaat. Utilizing land and natural resources for ecotourism purposes requires a design related to the suitability of the attractions and its region's carrying capacity. This study aims to assess the suitability of the region's land allocation and its carrying capacity for tourism activities in the Tilalohe Beach area. The research method consists of survey methods for bio-physical conditions and literature research for the characteristics of the Tilalohe Beach area, as well as the suitability and carrying capacity of the region as a tourist destination. The results show that geomorphologically Tilalohe beach has characteristics of a pocket beach. The most suitable attraction is sitting casually at all stations on the main land with an area of 1315.45 m2 with coastlines along 114.84 m. This study shows an essential role of analysis of the suitability and carrying capacity of the area in the direction of land allotment for ecotourism activities based on the principles of environmental protection and the sustainability of benefits.

Abstract

The occurrence of silting of the lake and sedimentation in Limboto Lake has become a place for the deposition of heavy metals, especially mercury. In recent years it has been known that the water of Lake Limboto has been polluted by mercury based on data from the Agency for the Environment, Research and Technology (Balihristi), Gorontalo Province in 2007.This study aims to analyze the mercury (Hg) content of mujair fish (Oreochromis mossambicus) in Limboto Lake. This research was conducted in November 2018- June 2019. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Sampling of water and fish was carried out by purposive sampling by dividing the research location into 2 stations, namely Station I in the floating net cages  and Station II outside the KJA Measurement of mercury content (Hg) was carried out at the Laboratory of Fisheries Product Quality Development and Testing (LPPMHP) Gorontalo City using the Atomic Absorbtin Spectrophotometer (AAS). From the results of the study, it was found that,  the Mercury (Hg) Content in Lake Limboto Waters,  Stasion I was 0.0014 ppm and Station II was 0.0007 ppm, and for mujair fish organs the highest was in meat, namely outside KJA 0.0037 ppm and in meat, the lowest was in KJA 0.0035 ppm.. Nakoe et al. (2014) examined the risk of exposure to mercury (Hg) in humans who consume Mujair (Oreochromis niloticus) from Lake Limboto using the Limboto approach. Limboto using an environmental health analysis approach with a variable test method of body weight, consumption level and frequency. Concentration mercury levels of tilapia in Lake Limboto are between 0.007 - 0.089 mg/kg while the mercury levels in the lake are between 0.0014 mg/L. lake is around 0.0014 mg/L.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pendapatan nelayan (Loligo sp) di Desa Langgula Kecamatan Batudaa Pantai Kabupaten Gorontalo saat pandemi Covid1. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan Maret 2021-Juli 2021 bertempat di Desa Langgula Kecamatan Batudaa Pantai Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan saat penelitian yakni menggunakan metode kualitatif.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pendapatan nelayan tertinggi saat covid-19 ialah Rp. 5.120.000 dan pendapatan terendah saat Covid-19 sebesar Rp. 1.280.000. Sedangkan pendapatan nelayan tertinggi sebelum Covid-19 ialah sebesar Rp. 6.400.000 dan pendapatan terendah sebelum Covid-19 ialah sebesar Rp.1.600.000,-

Abstract

This research aims to determine the density, diversity and dominance index as well as the current condition of the seagrass ecosystem in Ponelo Village, Ponelo Islands District, North Gorontalo Regency. This research was carried out from March to August 2019. Samples were collected using the line transect method in a systematic manner using 1x1 meter quadrants. All research study areas are divided into 3 stations based on the presence of seagrass. Data analysis includes density, diversity and dominance index as well as current conditions. There were 4 types of seagrass found at the research location from 2 families, namely Enhalus acroides and Cymodocea rotundata from the Potomogetonaceae family and Halophila ovalis and Thalassia hemprichii from the Hydrocharitaceae family. The type of seagrass that has the highest density is Cymodocea rotundata and the type of seagrass that has the lowest density is Halophila ovalis. Seagrass diversity was obtained at stations 1 and 2 with a value of 0.98-0.91 with low status, while station 3 obtained a value of 1.38 with medium status. The Dominance Index results from stations 1, 2, and 3 obtained a value of 0.25-0.50 in the low category. The condition of the seagrass beds is based on density values, namely that the conditions at stations 1, 2 and 3 are rather dense and sparse.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of welfare of the vannamei shrimp farmers in Mootinelo Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency. The sampling method used in this study is the saturated method (Census), which is the activity of collecting data and information by observing all elements of the specified population. With the research respondents as many as 32 people are farmers in Mootinelo Village, Kwandang District, NorthGorontalo Regency. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively supported by primary and secondary data. The results showed that the farming community in Mootinelo Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency was included in the medium welfare category with a score of 1.80.

Abstract

Persepsi positif dalam pengembangan suatu destinasi wisata tidak lepas dari persepsi wisatawan terhadap keberadaan destinasi tersebut. Pada dasarnya, persepsi wisatawan merupakan salah satu bentuk penilaian terhadap eksistensi pariwisata yang bertujuan untuk pengembangan destinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi wisatawan terhadap sarana dan prasarana, persepsi wisatawan terhadap aksesibilitas, persepsi wisatawan terhadap sumber daya alam, dan persepsi wisatawan terhadap kualitas kawasan wisata.  Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai bulan Januari sampai April 2023, dengan menggunakan metode campuran (mix method). Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini ditentukan sebanyak 100 orang berdasarkan formula Slovin. Metode analisis data menggunakan skala likert untuk menganalisis persepsi wisatawan terhadap wisata Pantai Tilalohe. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi wisatawan terhadap keberadaan destinasi wisata Pantai Tilalohe berada  dalam kriteria baik, dengan nilai persentase sebesar 73,51%. Persepsi wisatawan terhadap sarana dan prasarana memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 75,52%, persepsi wisatawan terhadap aksesibilitas sebesar 61,25%, persepsi wisatawan terhadap sumber daya alam sebesar 77,73%, serta persepsi wisatawan terhadap kualitas kawasan wisata memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 79,53%.  Meskipun secara umum persepsi wisatawan terhadap keberadaan objek wisata Pantai Tilalohe mendapat hasil yang positif, tetapi masih adanya wisatawan yang memberikan persepsi rendah terhadap keberadaan destinasi wisata ini, perlu menjadi perhatian pihak pengelola dan pemerintah daerah sebagai upaya menjaga eksistensi destinasi Wisata Pantai TilaloheTitle: Tourist Perceptions of Tilalohe Beach Destinations in Gorontalo RegencyThe positive perception and development of a tourist destination cannot be separated from the perception of tourists towards the existence of the destination. Tourist perception is a form of assessment of the existence of tourism that aims at destination development. This study aims to determine tourist perceptions of facilities and infrastructure, tourist perceptions of accessibility, tourist perceptions of natural resources, and tourist perceptions of the quality of tourist areas in Tilalohe Beach. This research was conducted from January to April 2023, using a mixed method: observation, interviews, and questionnaires to collect research data. Respondents in this study were determined as many as 100 people based on the Slovin Formula. The data analysis method uses the Likert scale to assess tourist perceptions of Tilalohe Beach tourism. The results show that, in general, tourists' perceptions of the existence of the Tilalohe Beach tourist destination are good, with a percentage value of 73.51%. Tourists' perceptions of facilities and infrastructure obtained a percentage value of 75,52%, and tourists' perceptions of accessibility were 61,25%, tourists' perception of natural resources was 77,73%, and tourists' perception of the quality of tourist areas obtained a percentage value of 79,53%. Although, in general, tourists' perception of the existence of the Tilalohe Beach tourist attraction has received positive results, there are still tourists who have a low perception of the existence of this tourist destination, and it needs the attention of the management and regional government to maintain the existence of Tilalohe Beach tourist destinations.

Abstract

The relatively high potential for natural wealth has apparently not been able to overcome the problem of poverty in the Bone Bolango area. The problem of poverty does not only occur in Bone Bolango district but is still a national problem. This research aims to determine the achievement of SDGs targets as the basis for economic development in Bone Bolango Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses expert respondents who are related to or know directly the SDGs achievement indicators for Bone Bolango district. Data analysis uses procedure hierarchy analysis (AHP) using expert choice 11 software. The results of the research show that there are six indicators that are problems in Bone Bolango district based on the SDGs achievement categories. Based on the results of the analysis of the answers given by respondents, the values obtained based on importance are: 1) eliminating extreme poverty (0.368), 2) reducing the percentage of poverty (0.240), 3) reducing the percentage of poverty based on gender and age (0.223), 4 ) increasing the proportion of women in parliament (0.075), 5) increasing GDP per capita (0.054), and 6) increasing the tax to GDP ratio (0.040). Achieving the SDGs indicator targets which is a problem in Bone Bolango Regency requires support, so there are five aspects assessed in this research, namely regulatory support, RPJMD priorities, institutional support, budget support and partnerships.
