Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of e-government maturity in Kupang City using the Layne and Lee and Hiller and Belanger models and combine them with the SPBE model to provide a more comprehensive approach. The method used to develop an audit model involves a literature study to understand the e-government maturity model, identification of specific objectives for analysis of the Kupang City Population and Civil Registration Service (DUKCAPIL) website, determination of scope based on the SPBE model, determination of design audit criteria and benchmarks, collection and data synthesis from the Kupang City DUKCAPIL e-Government site, as well as analysis of audit findings, and using the GT Metrix tool for performance analysis and evaluation of the Kupang City DUKCAPIL website. The research results show that the lowest rating is F out of six, which indicates poor service performance. The Layne and Lee Model assessment gives a score of 18, indicating the technology's lack of integration and complexity. Hiller and Belanger's Model assessment gives a value of 13, indicating an immature level. These findings highlight significant gaps between the models evaluated. Recommendations based on research are to increase citizen participation by improving the Kupang City DUKCAPIL website based on a maturity model and the need for regular audits and ongoing evaluations to improve public services in Kupang City in e-government maturity. In conclusion, this research provides a new contribution to the field of e-government by highlighting the need for audits using several e-government maturity models to improve public services in Kupang City.

Abstract

Migrasi ke komputasi awan telah menjadi pertimbangan penting bagi organisasi di berbagai sektor, didorong oleh keinginan untuk memanfaatkan kemampuan transformatif cloud computing. Tidak adanya kerangka kerja standar yang selaras dengan strategi bisnis telah menggaris bawahi perlunya pendekatan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan yang menyeluruh. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan arsitektur untuk membantu perusahaan dalam migrasi dan optimalisasi komputasi awan. Migrasinya menggunakan metode modifikasi model Roadmap for Cloud computing Adoption (ROCCA). Data diambil dari wawancara yang dilakukan dengan CTO dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasilnya adalah implementasi model cloud computingdengan Google Cloud Platform (GCP) IaaS menunjukkan proses yang diberikan merupakan panduan yang baik dan tepat untuk mendukung pendekatan strategis PT Merkha Teknologi Indonesia dalam menganalisis dan merencanakan solusi cloud secara efektif. The migration to cloud computing has emerged as a critical consideration for organizations across various sectors, driven by the desire to harness the transformative capabilities of cloud technology. The absence of a standardized framework that seamlessly aligns with business strategies has underscored the necessity for thorough planning and execution approaches. This research focuses on the design of architectural to assist company in the migration and optimize of cloud computing. The migration using method by modification Roadmap for Cloud computing Adoption (ROCCA) model. Data were taken from conducted interviews with CTO and analyzed using SWOT analysis. The result is that the implementation of the cloud computingmodel with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) IaaS showed the processes provided are a good guidance and appropriate to support strategic PT Merkha Teknologi Indonesia approach in analyzing and planning cloud solutions effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Cafe Pelangi. From 50 questionnaire respondents, the results of statistical analysis indicate that the implementation of CRM and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. All indicators of the CRM, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty variables are valid and exhibit a high level of reliability. The data also meets the normality assumptions, allowing for the use of a multiple linear regression model. The regression results reveal that customer satisfaction significantly affects customer loyalty, with a coefficient of determination of 20.7%. This underscores the importance of enhancing customer satisfaction through CRM implementation to achieve a higher level of loyalty at Cafe Pelangi. These findings can serve as a strategic foundation for cafe management and other stakeholders to develop effective strategies in maintaining and expanding their market share

Abstract

PT Bestari Kalimantan is a contracting company specializing in network installation. Currently, the system used is still manual and not computerized for data management, including employee payroll, equipment and inventory processing, and other data. In this technological era, adopting a computerized system is crucial for companies to support the smooth flow of their business processes. Therefore, at PT. Bestari Kalimantan, an Enterprise Architecture Planning has been designed, encompassing a Strategic Plan for the computerized system, aiming to assist in optimizing business processes. From the results of the Enterprise design, proposals for applications have been generated that can be used by PT. Bestari Kalimantan to replace the current manual system. With the Blueprint from the Enterprise Architecture design, it is hoped that PT. Bestari Kalimantan can enhance its service to customers

Abstract

Information technology services have been widely used in various agencies. This is done because information technology services help many business processes in an agency. Government agencies, companies, and education are examples of agencies that utilize information technology services to support their business processes. One educational institution that uses IT services to support its business processes is the UKDW library. The UKDW Library utilizes IT services for borrowing, returning, searching for books and journals, checking for plagiarism, and more. To further improve the quality of IT services, evaluating and developing them is necessary to better respond to business needs. In this study, researchers measured the maturity level of an IT service in the UKDW library. Researchers use the ITIL V3 framework in measuring maturity levels. This research focuses on the service operation domain and its five sub-domains (problem management, event management, incident management, access management, and request fulfillment). The final results of the study show that IT services in the UKDW library are at the managed level, which means that information technology services in the UKDW library have been planned and carried out routinely. There are standards for documentation, and process performance measurement has been implemented.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi sangat membantu dalam membuat, mengubah, meyimpan, mengkomunikasikan dan menyebarkan informasi. Penerapan pada dunia bisnis dalam perusahaan khususnya dibidang manajemen proyek bermanfaat untuk mengelola, mengorganisasi, merencanaan hingga memaksimalkan pencapaian tujuan proyek. PT Lingkar Inovasi Nusantara merupakan perusahaan konsultan yang bergerak dibidang teknologi informasi (TI) dan berdomisili di Kota Kupang, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Dalam melakukan kegiatan manajemen proyek di perusahaan belum menggunakan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi, sehingga pelaksanaan tugas suatu proyek belum maksimal seperti kesulitan dalam perencanaan, pemantauan, visibilitas dan koordinasi. Enterprise Architecture Planing (EAP) digunakan sebagai metode dalam perencanaan pembuatan sistem informasi terintegrasi berbasis website menggunakan perangkat lunak Odoo untuk manajemen proyek di PT Lingkar Inovasi Nusantara. Penerapan EAP pada perusahaan diharapkan dapat membantu organisasi dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan arsitektur yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis, memberikan panduan yang jelas untuk pengembangan sistem dan teknologi, dan memaksimalkan kemampuan perusahaan melalui penggunaan sumber daya yang efektif.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a finance company that engages in lending. Its activities include branch offices, aiming to increase new customer acquisition. Prospective customer data is required to determine their potential and the location of the nearest branch office. PT. XYZ previously used a third party, but the result was not equal to what was required, and the company was forced to pay to obtain data equal to what was required. Google Maps is a data source that is utilized and freely accessible. This study scraped prospective customer data using robotic process automation. Robotic process automation was developed using UiPath with Google Maps and Plus Codes as data sources. The Haversine method is used to determine the location of the nearest branch office. 595 prospective customer records were obtained through robotic process automation using seven search keywords. The result for 579 prospective customers is correct, but the result for 16 is incorrect. Haversine Method applies to 582 prospective customer records; however, the remaining records lack latitude and longitude, making Haversine Method inapplicable.

Abstract

In preparing for the accreditation of units, study programs, and tertiary institutions to achieve a superior rating, Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta (UAJY) often faces challenges in gathering and accessing the necessary resources. These difficulties stem from the accreditation preparation process, ineffective resource management, a lack of data integration, and restricted resource access. Taking advantage of advancements in information technology, UAJY has adopted the ERP Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to effectively manage the resources within its educational laboratories. These laboratories serve as a vital support unit in fulfilling the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and play a significant role in enhancing the learning process at the university. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a strategic tool that can provide organizations with a competitive edge by synchronizing, integrating, and optimizing data. The implementation of ERP LIMS serves as a solution for better resource management within the UAJY Informatics Department's educational laboratories.

Abstract

Kalimantan Barat merupakan provinsi terbesar ketiga di Indonesia. Sebagai Ibukota Provinsi, Pontianak juga memiliki banyak objek wisata, kuliner, rumah adat dan sebagainya. Banyaknya tempat wisata yang ditawarkan di Pontianak sendiri membuat wisatawan terkadang bingung untuk menentukan pilihan objek wisata mana yang akan dikunjungi. Sering juga ketika memutuskan untuk berkunjung ke sebuah tempat wisata, kadang wisatawan belum mengetahui apakah objek wisata yang hendak dikunjungi tersebut sesuai atau tidak dengan keinginannya. Oleh karena itu penulis akan membuat sistem rekomendasi objek wisata kota Pontianak. Sistem rekomendasi objek pariwisata ini bertujuan untuk membantu wisatawan untuk mendapatkan informasi objek-objek wisata yang berada di kota Pontianak dan sekitarnya. Dengan menggunakan metode Content-based Filtering, sistem akan melihat objek wisata yang wisatawan pilih sebelumnya dan memberikan rekomendasi objek wisata menggunakan metode tersebut. Agar nyaman penggunaan sistem saat berwisata, sistem ini dibangun untuk ponsel pintar bersistem operasi Android menggunakan Android Studio.Kata Kunci: Pariwisata, Sistem Rekomendasi, Pontianak, Content-based Filtering.

Abstract

Digitalizing subsidized fertilizers distribution control is one of the government's efforts to increase program effectiveness. Information technology on Kartu Tani can record various transaction records, such as the remaining subsidized fertilizer quota for each farmer and purchase records. However, using Kartu Tani is still not optimal because some problems apply to this technology. The problems that often occur are data recording errors, using cards that do not fit their purpose and other distribution problems. This research aimed at reducing system weaknesses in the farmer card program has been carried out before, but the application of Blockchain technology in the distribution of subsidized fertilizers has not been widely discussed. This research will propose using Blockchain with the Hyperledger Fabric Framework to design a subsidized fertilizer distribution information system. Blockchain technology was chosen because it has suitable properties to overcome problems, including decentralization and immutability. These characteristics can be developed to build a transparent and integrity information system. The output of this study is an architectural design of subsidized fertilizer distribution that farmers easily accept.
