Abstract

Tulisan ini menunjukkan, bahwa penerapan syariat Islam di Aceh tetap menjamin kebebasan pendidikan bagi peserta didik lintas agama. Dengan mengambil kasus di Perguruan Kristen Methodist, penulis menemukan, bahwa komunikasi antarbudaya dan agama di Banda Aceh terjadi dalam beberapa interaksi, seperti pedagogis, budaya, dan kerja. Dengan mengamati interaksi yang terjadi di Perguruan Kristen Methodist Banda Aceh, penulis merumuskan model konstruksi harmoni dalam relasi lintas agama dengan mengikuti beberapa langkah: Pertama, saling menghormati budaya etnis lain. Kedua, saling menghindari konflik lintas agama. Ketiga, peran Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB) dalam melakukan dialog antarumat beragama secara berkala dan terencana. Kesimpulannya, harmonisasi tercipta dalam relasi sosial di lembaga pendidikan yang diamati karena multikulturalisme atau keragaman budaya adalah konsep klasik di Aceh. Abstract

Character building is a critical element in education. The Banda Aceh Municipal Government launched the Diniyah Education program to build adolescent character at the Public Senior High School level. This study aims to explore information about implementing the Diniyah Education program and the problems in implementing the Diniyah Education program at public senior high schools in Banda Aceh. This research is naturalistic qualitative research with phenomenological methods. The subjects of this study include six diniyah teachers, three principals and nine students. The subject of this research was chosen by purposive sampling, divided into three Senior High Schools in Banda Aceh. Data collection techniques are done through semi-structured interviews, direct observation and documentation. While the interview was conducted with diniyah teachers, principals and students, direct observations were made on implementing diniyah education at the three high schools above. The results showed that, first, the management of Diniyah Education was going well. It was evident from the following facts, recruitment of teachers professionally; a reward that is appropriate for the teacher; the use of learning methods and media according to the age of students; the selection of learning resources which are suitable for the program purpose such as the Jami' Jawami' book. Second, problems of the program include miscommunication of duties and responsibilities between diniyah teachers and schoolteachers, lack of teaching material resources about Diniyah Education, parental involvement problems, and the absence of sustainability program policies in universities. The implication of this research is to provide recommendations to the Government of Banda Aceh in order to continue and develop the diniyah education program as the spearhead of students' Islamic character building. There need to be binding regulations for the program's sustainability at the tertiary level and curriculum adjustments that are applicable and progressive according to the development of the technological age.

Abstract

Dayah is a progressive educational institution in Aceh that constantly to adapt and adjust to developments in education. Lately, the development of dayah education is entrepreneurship with its peculiarities and characteristics. This research aims to determine the model of Islamic education and Arabic Language learning in Dayah Entrepreneur Darussalam SMK ASD. This research is a qualitative approach with the case study method. Data collection process using interviews, observation and documentation. The research subject is the dayah leader, vice headmaster of curriculum, Arabic teacher and students. Analysis of the research data using data analysis techniques Miles and Huberman with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the reseacrh show that the application of Islamic education in Dayah Entrepreneur Darussalam uses an integrative curriculum. The collaboration and integration between the Vocational High School curriculum into the Islamic boarding school education curriculum. The curriculum integration model used is the across several disciplinary integration model. Learning Arabic at Dayah Entrepreneur Darussalam SMK ASD uses a boarding school educational model with the characteristics of a conservative boarding school. The Arabic material presented is integrated into the teaching of the kitab kuning text. The problems of learning Arabic at Dayah Entrepreneur Darussalam ASD Vocational School, lack of native speakers teaching Arabic, lack of focus in daily Arabic conversation (muhadatsah) and students unable to read the kitab kuning in learning Arabic. The solution is published a concise edition of the Matan Taqrib kitab for the convenience of students to understand Fiqh as well as Arabic. Launched Arabic and English week with rewards and punishments and inviting teachers from Middle East alumni as substitutes for native Arabic speakers.

Abstract

Siswa tunagrahita merupakan salah satu siswa yang mengalami hambatan dalam intelektual di bawah rata-rata dan belum mampu melakukan aktivitas dengan sendirinya. SLB YPPC Banda Aceh merupakan pendidikan khusus yang bertujuan untuk membantu siswa berkebutuhan khusus dalam mengembangkan dan mengaktualisasikan potensinya, salah satunya mengembangkan karakter mandiri siswa. Dalam hal ini peran kepala sekolah dan guru sangat penting dalam mengembangkan karakter mandiri siswa. Tujuan penelitian (1) untuk mengetahui strategi guru PAI dalam mengembangkan karakter mandiri siswa tunagrahita di SLB YPPC Banda Aceh (2) untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI dalam mengembangkan karakter mandiri siswa tunagrahita di SLB YPPC Banda Aceh dan (3) untuk mengetahui hasil pengembangan karakter mandiri siswa tunagrahita di SLB YPPC Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ialah kepala sekolah, guru PAI, guru kelas dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, terdapat tiga strategi guru dalam mengembangkan karakter mandiri siswa tunagrahita di SLB YPPC Banda Aceh yaitu melalui keteladanan, melalui pembiasaan dan melalui pembelajaran bina diri. Kedua, dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Ketiga, Hasil pengembangan karakter mandiri siswa tunagrahita di SLB YPPC Banda Aceh dalam pembelajaran PAI pada indikator Wudhu dan Shalat menunjukkan sudah mampu mempraktekkannya walaupun tidak maksimal, karena keterbatasan mereka yang masih memerlukan bimbingan guru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine a pattern of harmonization of urban Muslim education in interfaith relations and forms of harmonization in Christian-majority schools in Manado. This research was qualitative research through a case study method. The research data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), observation, and documentation. This research was conducted at the Manado State Senior High School, with the research subjects are the principal, teachers, and students. The results show that the first pattern of harmonization that occurs in urban Muslim education in the city of Manado is accommodation. Second, harmonization of urban Muslim education in Manado occurs in four forms, namely: (1) the existence of Islamic religious teachers; (2) the availability of Islamic education facilities and infrastructure; (3) the ease in performing praying for Muslim students and teachers; (4) the freedom to wear Muslim clothing for women and to use symbols of the Islamic religion in the school; and (5) the facilitation provided by the school to celebrate Islamic holidays (PHBI).

Abstract

Islamism is a set of ideologies that believe that religion and the state are one (addinu waddaulah) as happened in Aceh, Indonesia. This research aims to find out the variants of Islamism in integrated dayah in Aceh. The phenomenological method was used to reveal the phenomenon of Islamism in six integrated dayah. The findings show that there are three variants of Islamism in integrated dayah in Aceh, namely shafiyah style, hanbaliyah style and Islamic popular style. This research is limited to integrated dayahs and only reveals dayah variants. Further research is needed on Islamist networks in various types of dayah in Aceh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendekatan guru dalam mengembangkan motorik kasar anak di PAUD Bungong Seurune di Aceh Besar dan apa saja kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam mengembangkan motorik kasar anak di PAUD Bungong Seurune di Aceh Besar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling, hal ini dikarenakan guru yang akan diteliti adalah guru yang sebelumnya peneliti observasi dan wawancara ketika mengumpulkan data awal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan observasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, pengorganisasian data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa guru mengadopsi berbagai permainan bergerak, seperti lomba lari, merangkak di bawah renda, bermain bola, dan bermain balon, untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar anak-anak. Selain itu, melalui Pendekatan Seni Gerak, guru memperkenalkan gerakan dasar, cerita bergerak, senam tematik, imitasi, dan permainan gerak kelompok, menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan merangsang. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi sejumlah kendala, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya, pengetahuan guru yang kurang memadai, diversitas kemampuan anak, dan tantangan dalam menarik perhatian anak-anak. Dalam menghadapi kendala-kendala ini, kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, dan orang tua serta pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk guru dianggap penting.

Abstract

Beberapa tahun terakhir pergolakan dan penolakan terhadap syariat Islam di Aceh semakin gencar disuarakan, selain itu banyak pertikaian berbasis agama muncul dalam masyarakat Aceh, ini menunjukkan ada masalah akut dalam penerapan syariat Islam di Aceh. Tulisan ini diawali dengan uraian fakta bahwa multikultural merupakan konsep klasik di dalam Islam yang telah ada sejak lama bahkan sejak negara Madinah lahir sebagai negara Islam pertama di dunia. Sedangkan dalam konteks Aceh, multikultural juga telah lama dikenal mengingat Aceh merupakan daerah pluralis dengan keragaman identitas masyarakatnya. Tulisan ini merupakan hasil penelitian penulis yang menunjukkan bahwa syariat Islam di Aceh seolah belum mampu memayungi aspek multikultural masyarakat Aceh. Bahwa implementasi syariat Islam di Aceh membutuhkan kepada pendekatan berbasis lokal dengan mengedepankan multikultural sebagai muara dari penetapan kebijakan. Konflik multikultural di Aceh dapat diselesaikan melalui pendekatan pendidikan melalui 2 (dua) substansi. Pertama, Substansi Teoritis, yang berhubungan dengan kurikulum pendidikan, metode pembelajaran, materi pelajaran dan lembaga pendidikan. Kedua, Substansi Praksis, yang berhubungan dengan penelitian sosial, budaya, ekonomi dan agama yang akar masalahnya bermuara pada multikulturalisme, selanjutnya dicari solusi praktis dan bijak berbasis pendidikan. Penulis merumuskan konsep Islam persuasif melalui 4 (empat) prinsip, yaitu: (1) dakwah berbasis kultur budaya, (2) mewujudkan partisipasi aktif umat, (3) dakwah berbasis psikologis, dan (4) dakwah yang bernilai optimis. Keempat prinsip tersebut diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi dalam upaya resolusi konflik agama yang terjadi di Aceh. In the last few years, the upheaval and rejection of Islamic law in Aceh is voiced intensively, besides many religion-based disputes arise in Acehnese society, this issue indicates to an acute problem in the application of Islamic law in Aceh. This paper begins with a description of the fact that multicultural is a classic concept in Islam that has existed for a long time even since the state of Medina was born as the first Islamic country in the world. While in Acehnese context, multicultural also has long been recognized in view of Aceh is a pluralist society with multiple identities. This paper is the result of a research which showed that Islamic law in Aceh as yet able to accommodate multicultural aspect of the Acehnese. Implementation of Islamic law in Aceh need to locally-based approach in promoting multicultural as the aim of the policy- setting. Multicultural conflict in Aceh can be resolved through a educational approach in two substances. First, Theoretical Substance, the substance related to curriculum, teaching methods, learning materials and educational institutions. Second, Practical Substance, the substance related to the study of social, cultural, economic and religious where the root of the problem based on multiculturalism, subsequently sought practical solutions and instant-based education. The author formulates the concept of Islamic persuasive through four principles, namely: (1) cultures-based preaching, (2) embodies the active participation of the umat, (3) psychological-based preaching, and (4) optimistic preaching. These four principles are expected to be the solutions to religious conflict resolution in Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims to find patterns of social relations formed in relations between interfaith religious believers and their implications for religious minorities in public high schools in Aceh, Bali, and North Sulawesi. This research is qualitative research with a comparative descriptive method and data collection techniques using interviews, observation, focus group discussion (FGD), and documentation. The location of this research is in Public Senior High School (SMUN) which was selected based on the diversity of students across religions in the provinces of Aceh, Bali, and North Sulawesi. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers, and students at senior high schools in Aceh, Bali, and North Sulawesi Provinces. The results showed that: firstly, the pattern of social relations formed in public schools in three locations, namely Aceh, Bali, and North Sulawesi found that the pattern of associative social relations occurred in Public Senior Schools in Aceh and North Sulawesi Provinces, while the patterns of dissociative social relations occurred in Public Senior Schools in Bali Province. Secondly, the implications of the patterns of social relations formed for religious minorities in public high schools in the three research locations (Aceh, Bali, and North Sulawesi) can be classified into three forms of implications, i.e. spiritual, psychological, and sociological implications.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pendekatan kebahasaan yang digunakan dalam menafsirkan al-Qur'an dengan menyoroti hubungannya dengan pendidikan Islam. Bahasa dalam al-Qur'an diartikulasikan melalui dimensi-dimensi yang melibatkan: (1) Aspek Dunia; (2) Aspek Metafisik; (3) Aspek Adikodrati; (4) Aspek Ilahiyah; dan (5) Aspek Lintas Ruang-Waktu, yang semuanya memiliki relevansi dengan pendidikan agama Islam. Tulisan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan stusi pustaka dalam mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mensintesis informasi dari sumber-sumber yang relevan.Pendekatan pertama mencakup pemahaman kosa kata di setiap ayat sebagai upaya untuk memperkaya perbendaharaan bahasa dan pemahaman kebahasaan pembaca tafsir, yang menjadi bagian integral dari pendidikan keagamaan. Pendekatan kedua, yaitu pendekatan kontekstual, menitikberatkan pada pemahaman konteks pembaca (penafsir) teks al-Qur'an. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, aspek kontekstualitas menjadi penting karena mencerminkan latar belakang sosial historis di mana teks muncul dan diproduksi, yang dapat membentuk pemahaman keagamaan siswa. Kesimpulan dari pendekatan ini dapat dihubungkan dengan konteks pembaca (penafsir) dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, dengan mempertimbangkan pengalaman budaya, sejarah, dan sosial mereka. Gerakan pemahaman makna teks berlangsung dari bawah ke atas, dari praksis (konteks) menuju refleksi (teks), yang dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan pemahaman keagamaan yang lebih mendalam dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Kelima macam konteks, yaitu pertama, “konteks sosio-kultural”, kedua, “konteks eksternal” (konteks pembicaraan), ketiga “konteks internal” (hubungan antarbagian teks), keempat, “konteks linguistik” (struktur dan hubungan antarkalimat), dan kelima, “konteks bacaan” (penakwilan), menjadi gerbang penting dalam menjelajahi makna teks al-Qur'an dalam konteks pendidikan Islam.
