Abstract

Lack of fublic knowledge about fake signing in debt agreements, especially the rights in one's name, so that there is a conflict between fake signing and in the name. When there is a misunderstanding in the community about fake signing in debt, it tends to fight for their rights for those who do not know about the incident, This Palewai village is one of the areas in Tanggetada sub-district, Kolaka regency which is quite good and its people work as fishermen and UMKM so that there tends to be misuse of signatures without the knowledge of the owner of the name listed. The community's lack of understanding of the legal efforts that can be taken when a fake signature occurs causes the loss of their rights.  This outreach program also has a positive impact on local residents with the increasing development of electronic-based tools. Thus, fake signings can be identified and encourage the Palewai village community to be more courageous and not afraid of people who use their rights. ABSTRAKKurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat umum tentang penandatanganan palsu dalam perjanjian hutang piutang, terutama hak atas nama seseorang sehingga terjadi konflik antara penandatanganan palsu dan atas nama. Ketika terjadi kesalahpahaman masyarakat tentang penandatanganan palsu dalam hutang piutang menyebabkan cenderung untuk memperjuangkan hak-haknya bagi mereka yang tidak tahu menahu atas kejadian tersebut. Desa palewai ini merupakan salah satu kawasan di kecamatan tanggetada kabupaten kolaka yang cukup baik serta masyarakatnya yang di mana bekerja sebagai nelayan dan UMKM sehingga cenderung terjadi penyalahgunaan tandatangan tanpa sepengetahuan pemilik nama yang tertera. Ketidaktahuan masyarakat tentang apa yang akan dilakukan hukum yang dapat dilakukan ketika terjadi penandatanganan palsu sehingga kehilangan haknya. Program penyuluhan ini juga memberikan dampak positif bagi warga lokal dengan semakin berkembangnya alat yang berbasis elektronik. Dengan demikian, penandatanganan palsu dapat diketahui serta mendorong masyarakat desa palewai semakin berani dan tidak takut terhadap orang yang menggunakan hak-hak mereka.

Abstract

Iron deficiency anemia is a common health problem among adolescent girls due to increased iron requirements during growth and menstruation. Lack of knowledge about anemia prevention and low adherence to iron tablet consumption are the main factors contributing to the high prevalence of anemia. This community service activity aims to improve adolescent girls' understanding of anemia and encourage compliance with iron supplementation through health education and iron supplementation. The method used in this activity includes interactive lecture-based health education and discussions, as well as the provision of iron tablets. Evaluation was conducted by comparing participants' knowledge levels before and after counseling. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of anemia after the intervention. This program contributes to the development of knowledge in health education by providing effective strategies for anemia prevention in adolescent girls. It is hoped that this activity can serve as a model for sustainable school health programs.

Abstract

This study describes how the management of Nambo beach by the Kendari City Culture and Tourism Office to increase regional revenue during the Covid-19 emergency response. Through a qualitative approach, data collection activities are carried out through observation, interviews, document study. The informants in this study were 12 people consisting of the Head of the Service, the Head of the Destination Division, the Head of the Tourism Attraction Section, the Head of the Planning Subdivision, the Beach Manager and the Tourism Awareness Group. The findings of this study indicate that the Nambo beach management process in the aspects of planning the determination of targets and formulation of strategies has been well arranged. Even though the target achievement has not been met due to the decline in the number of visitors to Nambo beach during the Covid 19 pandemic. Furthermore, the organization in terms of the number of staff and the division of duties has not been effective because of the excessive number of staff and also no division of work areas such as the division of staff work areas. encouraging employee workmotivation has been effective because the provision of smooth incentives can  increase employee morale. Control in terms of comparison between plans and realization has not been effective. Where, in addition to the obligatory factor of levies who are not aware of the importance of paying fees, there is also poor management of traders because they do not know the number of active traders

Abstract

E-government sebagai media layanan pengaduan masyarakat dengan studi kasus di aplikasi NTBcare merupakan sebuah layanan yang disiapkan oleh pemerintah NTB sebagai media yang memungkinkan masyarakat untuk menyampaikan keluhan atau masalah secara elektronik dan juga dapat meningkatkan aksebilitas dan efisiensi dalam penanganan pengaduan pemerintah Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah ingin menganalisis bagaimana E- government sebagai media pelayanan pengaduan masyarakat khususnya pada aplikasi NTB Care. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi layanan online, Aplikasi NTB Care telah menjadi salah satu aplikasi yang cukup ampuh dan efektif di provinsi NTB untuk pengaduan masyarakat dan menjawab aduan dan saran yang masuk dari masyarakat. Masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengamati setiap hari perkembangan yang ada di daerah mereka, tanpa harus menanyakan langsung ke instansi pemerintahan terkait, dan langsung messsndapatkan penjelasan dan konfirmasi dari permasalahan tersebut.Dengan demikian aplikasi NTB Care menjadi tujuan pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayana terhadap masyarakat dengan mudah, efisien dan efektif dengan sistem online yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan serta kualitas hidup masyrakat
