Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan makalah ini adalah membuat model pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam upaya pembangunan ekonomi lokal berbasis produksi di pedesaan. Dasar dari pembuatan model adalah telaah UU Desa No 6 Tahun 2015 dan Rencana Strategi Kemendes Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Tahun 2015 – 2019 serta PP tentang Dana Desa No 50 Tahun 2015. Dalam Renstra Kemendes PDTT terdapat 4 strategi yang ditetapkan oleh kementerian perdesaan, dan dari ke-4 strategi tersebut yang dianggap penting dan bersinggungan langsung dengan masyarakat desa dalam pemenuhan pangan adalah strategi ke-3 yaitu upaya pembangunan ekonomi lokal berbasis produksi di pedesaan. Analisis kebijakan digunakan model Pearson untuk mencari solusi terhadap kesenjangan antara tujuan dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil akhir dari analisis kebijakan yang dilakukan adalah diusulkan model pemberdayaan dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan petani melalui penguatan kelembagaan, dan pembentukan desa mandiri spesifik lokalita melalui pendampingan. Kata Kunci: Analysis Kebijakan, Desa Mandiri, Spesifik Lokalit, Pemberdayaan ABSTRACT This paper aims to create a model of community empowerment to develop a local economy based on production in rural areas. The basis of modelling is Law No. 6 of 2015 and The Strategic Plan of Ministry of Rural Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Year 2015 – 2019. Also, Government regulation on Village Fund No. 50 the Year 2015. The rural ministry establishes four strategies. The four strategies that are considered essential and in direct contact with the villagers in the fulfilment of food is the 3rd strategy that is local economic development efforts based on production in the countryside. Policy analysis used the Pearson model to find solutions to the gap between the objectives and the constraints faced in improving the community's welfare. The final result of the policy analysis is the proposed empowerment model to increase farmers' income through institutional strengthening and the establishment of specific villages localities through assistance. Abstract

The center-based learning model is an educational approach that integrates play elements into the teaching and learning process to foster effective and engaging learning for children. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design to analyze the impact of the center-based learning model on children's development within the 2013 curriculum at TK-KB Al-Hijrah. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results show that the implementation of the center-based learning model in the 2013 early childhood education curriculum has a positive impact on various aspects of children's development. Children demonstrated significant improvement in cognitive, socio-emotional, physical-motor, moral, language, and artistic skills. This study suggests that educators and policymakers should adopt and develop the center-based learning model in kindergartens.
