Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate the role of data analysis techniques in economic decision-making related to sustainable business with green technology implementation in the context of a development economics program. A qualitative descriptive method was used through an in-depth case study to explore the integration of green technology and data analytics on a micro scale (government policies). The results highlight that data analytics, including machine learning techniques and statistical analysis, provide deep insights into the effects of green technology on business sustainability and provide a solid basis for sustainable decision-making. The findings emphasize the need for investment in robust data infrastructure and integration of data analytics skills in higher education to strengthen capabilities to face environmental challenges. Keywords: Sustainable Business, Green Technology. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran teknik analisis data dalam pengambilan keputusan ekonomi yang berkaitan dengan bisnis berkelanjutan dengan implementasi teknologi hijau dalam konteks program ekonomi pembangunan. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan melalui studi kasus mendalam untuk mengeksplorasi integrasi teknologi hijau dan analisis data pada skala mikro (kebijakan pemerintah). Hasilnya menyoroti bahwa analisis data, termasuk teknik pembelajaran mesin dan analisis statistik, memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang dampak teknologi hijau terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis dan memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk pengambilan keputusan yang berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya investasi dalam infrastruktur data yang kuat dan integrasi keterampilan analisis data di pendidikan tinggi untuk memperkuat kemampuan dalam menghadapi tantangan lingkungan. Kata Kunci: Bisnis Berkelanjutan, Teknologi Hijau.

Abstract

This research aim to explore the feasibility of Market Shopping Chart Analysis as a tool to improve stock availability management in the fashion industry. In this research, a literary study with a qualitative approach was used. Research findings reveal challenges in inventory accuracy, complexity of demand forecasting, and technology integration limitations that fashion companies face. Warehouse managers emphasize the mismatch between electronic records and actual inventory count, which hinders efficient stock management. The marketing team highlight the complexity of correctly predicting market trends and the challenges of translating insight into inventory strategies due to delays in information dissemination. Additionally, financial executive and supply chain managers emphasized the need for technology integration for efficient inventory management, but noted resource limitation affecting technological progress. These findings highlight the need for comprehensive research and strategies to address these challenges, emphasizing the potential of Market Shopping Chart Analysis as a fundamental step in redefining inventory management practices in the fashion industry.

Abstract

Gresik as an industrial area is spread based on the projection of the East Java Industrial Growth Center Master Plan. The growth of the industrial sector in Gresik as an economic opportunity is followed by wage progress in 2017-2021. With this, the economic projection in Gresik is very large which leads to escalation. However, there are employment challenges, namely the high unemployment rate in Gresik. So this study finds out how the growth of the manufacturing sector, labor force, and minimum wage affect the open unemployment rate. The research method uses a quantitative approach in classical assumption testing, model testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is that the growth of the manufacturing sector does not have a significant effect on the unemployment rate because the industrial scheme in Gresik is capital-intensive. Then the growth of the labor force has no significant effect on the unemployment rate because the unemployment factor is also seen from education. The growth of minimum wage has a significant and negative effect on the unemployment rate which reflects that wage can increase labor demand in Gresik. This research provides recommendations to the government on regional development policies to be able to create a multiplier effect for the economic sector and promise employment. The limitations of this study refer to the independent variables of the study so that future researchers can add several variables such as the level of education, inflation, and economic growth to create an update on the continuity of research issues that are in line.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of population size, open unemployment rate, and poverty on the quality of human resources as measured by the human development index indicator. The Central Statistics Agency provides secondary data for the period 2010-2022. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method used in this research with the help of the SPSS program. Based on research results, population size and poverty have a significant effect on the quality of human resources in Bangkalan Regency. Meanwhile, the open unemployment rate has no significant effect on the quality of human resources in Bangkalan Regency.

Abstract

The poverty rate in Kabupaten Lamongan in 2022 is still high, above the average poverty rate in East Java. Poverty levels can certainly be an obstacle to development, and several factors cause high poverty rates in Lamongan Regency, namely population, open unemployment rates, and economic growth. This study aims to analyze the independent variables, including population, open unemployment rate, and economic growth, that affect the poverty rate in Lamongan Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with time series data over 15 years, from 2008 to 2022. The technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that the population and open unemployment rate variables affect the poverty rate in Lamongan Regency. In contrast, the economic growth variable has no effect on the poverty rate in Lamongan Regency.

Abstract

Conventional banking including Persero Bank has its main income from interest on loans distributed to the public. The purpose of this study is to prove the impact between credit congestion and credit distribution with profitability at Persero Bank in the 2013-2023 period. The source of the data for this research are from Financial Service Authority and annual financial reports of each bank. This research uses multiple linear regression as an analysis method. The result of this research prove that partially credit congestion has a negative and significant impact on profitability of Persero Bank. Meanwhile credit distribution partially hasn’t impact on profitability of Persero Bank. Simultaneously, credit congestion and credit distribution have an impact on profitability of Persero Bank.

Abstract

Katepay is an innovation introduced by the Surabaya City Population an Civil Registration Department by untilizing Child Identity Cards (KIA) as a non-cash payment tool. This initiative aims to provide students with the opportunity to learn and understand digital transactions from an early age. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Katepay program in the context of its use by students, parents, and collaborating partners. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The research results show an increase in students understanding of non-cash transactions through the use of Katepay. Parents also benefit from the security and comfort aspects of using Katepay. This program also provides a positive experience for sellers and outlets who collaborate in accepting payments through KIA. Thus, several challenges to program implementation were also identified as well as several factors that could support the success of the program.

Abstract

Kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan masyarakat suatu negara merupakan hasil dari pertumbuhan ekonomi yang merupakan representasi visual dan indikator utama kesehatan perekonomian suatu negara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemiskinan dan pengangguran terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Bali pada tahun 2012 hingga 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data runtun waktu dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software E-views 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kemiskinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan pengangguran berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Bali. Sementara itu, kemiskinan dan pengangguran berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Bali.

Abstract

Koperasi adalah organisasi ekonomi yang dimiliki oleh sekelompok orang dan dijalankan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Koperasi merupakan salah satu bagian dari susunan perekonomian di negara indonesia maka koperasi memiliki peran dalam pensejahteraan ekonomi anggota . Kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk merupakan dua faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan anggota koperasi simpan pinjam. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan anggota Koperasi Simpan Pinjam CUSawiran.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 50 anggota Koperasi Simpan Pinjam CUSawiran yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner.Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan anggota Koperasi Simpan Pinjam CUSawiran.

Abstract

Digital technology is key to increasing donor intentions to contribute to Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS). This study identified the factors influencing and dominating donors in making digital payments for ZIS. Combining UTAUT 2 and the initial trust model, this study analyzed data from an online survey involving 103 donors from various provinces in Indonesia. The study includes donors who have paid or intend to pay the ZIS digitally. The results of the analysis using the partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) indicated that performance expectancy had no significant effect on initial trust and behavioral intention. Likewise, facilitating conditions did not significantly affect initial trust. On the other hand, hedonic motivation positively and significantly affects initial trust and behavioral intention, while initial trust affects behavioral intention. This study suggests that zakat institutions must ensure that their systems offer user satisfaction, initial trust, and facilitating conditions, such as reliable networks and security.
