<![CDATA[This research is a descriptive research that focuses on the effectiveness of employee performance at the Bappeda office in Medan City. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) Medan City. The effectiveness of employee performance at Bappeda Medan City is measured by 4 indicators, namely quality of work, timeliness of completion of work, good cooperation, and communication skills. The data is sourced directly from the Bappeda of Medan City and is of the secondary data type. Quantitative secondary data in question is data on the performance of Bappeda Medan City employees. While the secondary qualitative data in question is a reference to several books that concern and support this research. The results showed that the quality of work, accuracy and discipline in time of completion of work, good cooperation, and communication skills. Of the 4 indicators, all of them have been achieved well so that the performance of employees at the Medan City Bappeda is declared effective.]]>

<![CDATA[The banking industry has historically dominated Islamic financial institutions. In fact, Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) provide alternatives for the public's different financial needs. For Islamic Non-Bank Financial Institutions, the youthful Muslim generation is a very promising target market. The goal of this study is to see whether literacy can improve young Muslims' intention to use Non-Bank Financial Institutions' products. On 138 Muslim youngsters in North Sumatra, this study takes a quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis. The study's findings show that literacy has a positive and significant impact on the younger generation of Muslims' intentions to use Islamic Non-Bank Financial Institutions products. Socialization and education, both formal and informal, are important elements in raising the literacy of Muslims' younger generations.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya-upaya dalam proses peningkatan kinerja karyawan yang dilakukan oleh Regional 1 PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (persero). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode diskriptif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan hasil penelitian, proses pelatihan akan dilakukan setelah hasil evaluasi kinerja yang rutin dilaksanakan keluar. Strategi yang dilakukan untuk pelatihan kerja dengan cara on the job dan off the job. Juga merekomendasikan karyawan untuk mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan kerja diluar lembaga. PT. Pelindo juga melaksanakan pengembangan pengetahuan karyawan dengan membuat program beasiswa untuk Kuliah baik diluar mauupun didalam negeri yang bertjuan untuk mensuport karyawan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan dapat menjadi Leader dimasa yang akan datang. Adapun pengembangan kualitas maupun kuantitas kinerja karyawan, setiap pemimpin divisi dan pemimpin departemen mempunyai kebijakan untuk memberikan arahan dan motivasi kepada setiap karyawan supaya bisa meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan dapat menghasilkan karyawan yang mempunyai banyak inovasi yang bisa menguntungkan perusahaan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of E-Commerce services in the form of PosPay Financial Services (JASKUG) and PosAja courier services on Income Levels at PT. Pos Indonesia KC Langsa. While the research method uses a quantitative research approach. In this study using primary data, namely distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were PosPay and PosAja users, totaling 50 people, the number of samples used was 50 respondents. The method of analysis is using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23. The results show that the results of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2), that e-commerce PosPay(X1) and e-commerce PosAja(X2) simultaneously affect the level of income (Y) is 70.2%, while the remaining 29.8% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. PosPay e-commerce test results (X1) on income levels (Y) Tcount<Ttable with a value of -0.007<2.011 and arithmetic significance value>table significance value 0.994>0.05 means that PosPay E-Commerce has no effect and is not significant to Income Level, PosAja e-commerce (X2) to Income Level (Y) obtained Tcount>Ttable with a value of 6.758> 2.011 and a calculated significance value <table significance value 0.00 <0.05 means that PosAja E-Commerce is influential and significant on Income Level, the F test obtained an Fcount value of 22.867> Ftable of 3.19 and a Sig F value of 0.000 <0.05 there was a significant effect of PosPay E-Commerce and PosAja E-Commerce simultaneously on PT. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of Halal Products, Brand Image, and Price through Digital Marketing as a moderating variable on the purchasing decision of MS Glow Skincare products among Muslim women in Medan City. The method used a quantitative approach. The sample consists of 100 women skincare product users in Medan City. Primary data collection instruments were used. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: the regression coefficient of the Halal Products variable of 0.469, indicating that an increase in the Halal Products variable will increase the decision of Muslim women in Medan city to use MS Glow skincare by 46%. The regression coefficient of Brand Image variable of 0.335, indicating that an increase in the Brand Image variable will increase the decision of Muslim women in Medan city to use MS Glow skincare products by 33%. The regression coefficient of the Price variable is 0.365, indicating that an increase in the Price variable will increase the decision of Muslim women in Medan city to use MS Glow skincare products by 36%. The variables of Halal Products, Brand Image, and Price collectively influence 42% of the decision of Muslim women in Medan city to use MS Glow skincare products. Digital Marketing, as a moderating variable, is able to strengthen the relationship by 59.7% between Halal Product, Brand Image, and Price on the Purchase Decision of MS Glow skincare products.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pelaksanaan akad muzara’ah di Desa Sigorbus Kabupaten Padang lawas, untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan petani dalam praktik akad muzara’ah di Desa Sigorbas Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pendekatan secara deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu pemilik lahan dengan petani penggarap. Proses pengumpulan data ini dengan data Primer dan Sekunder. Data peimer di dapatkan dari hasil wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi, sedangkan data sekunder di dapatkan dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu. Hasil Penelitian ini: 1) Pelaksanaan akad muzara’ah di desa Sigorbus antara pemilik lahan dengan penggarap, dimana si pemilik lahan menyerahkan lahannya untuk digarap oleh petani penggarap pemilik lahan menyerahkan lahan sekaligus bibit agar sipenggarap bisa mengolah bibit dilahan tersebut. 2) Kesejahteraan petani dalam penerapan akad muzara’ah di desa sigorbus Kabupaten Padang Lawas yaitu Sejahtera dilihat dari cara kerja sipenggarap dalam mengolah lahan tersebut sehingga si penggarap semangat mengolah lahan tersebut. Dapat disimpulkan dari pelaksanaan akad muzara’ah antara pemilik lahan dengan si penggarap sama-sama menguntungkan dari hasil panen tersebut, sehingga terjadinya kesejahteraan antara keduanya.]]>

<![CDATA[MSMEs are the informal sector which contributes greatly to the nation's economy. And the village government is the government that is closest to the community and is directly related to MSME problems. So that the performance of the village government in dealing with MSMEs is an interesting topic to study. This study aims to identify and analyze the performance of the village government in improving the welfare of MSME actors in Laut Dendang Village. The analysis was carried out using qualitative methods. Data were obtained through exclusive interviews, direct field observations and documentation. Data analysis was done by triangulation method. The results of the study indicate that the performance of the village government as measured by using five indicators namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and overall accountability has been carried out well. However, what needs to be emphasized is the productivity aspect which has not shown significant results but still shows positive developments.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the pillars of the national economy is supported by the presence of MSMEs. So that the efforts made by the government in the process of empowering MSMEs are always interesting topics to be reviewed. The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the empowerment of MSMEs in Laut Dendang Village and what assistance was obtained by MSME actors as a form of empowerment carried out by the government. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with triangulation analysis method through interview and observation. The results of the analysis show that the success of empowerment is conceptualized with five indicators. The three indicators, namely financial assistance, infrastructure to facilitate marketing results and training, have been realized quite well by the government. However, two other indicators deserve the government's attention on the aspects of facilities and infrastructure supporting business activities and strengthening community institutions. This is because the facilities and infrastructure that support business activities are one of the important factors that can support the performance and productivity of business actors. And institutional strengthening can open up opportunities to bridge MSME actors with various other government institutions and private parties to provide training and business development.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem dan prosedur akuntansi pada penggunaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) pada Sekolah Dasar Islam Manbaul Hidayah.Jenis penelitian yang di pakaiialah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan memakai metode pendekatan kualitatif.Subjek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, bendahar dan para guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Dasar Islam Manbaul Hidayah di Kelurahan Bunut Barat Kecamatan Kisaran Barat Kabupaten Asahan.Objek penelitian ini yaitu Sistem dan prosedur akuntansi atas penggunaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di Sekolah Dasar Islam Manbaul Hidayah.Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini memakai metode observasi dan metode wawancara. Hasil penelitian pertama memperlihatkan bahwasannya sistem atas penggunaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) telah di terapkan pada Sekolah Dasar Islam Manbaul Hidayah. Hasil penelitian Keduamemperlihatkan bahwasannya prosedur akuntansi atas penggunaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) sudah sesuai Hdenganpencatatanyang diberikan oleh Dinas Pusat.SD Islam Manbaul Hidayah menyesuaiakn perencanaan, pengelolaan, pembiyaan serta pengeluaran telah tepat dengan pedoman teknis pengelolaan yang sudah ditentukan oleh pemerintah daerah.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the influence of fertilizer prices, CPO prices, FFB selling prices on the welfare of palm oil farmers from an Islamic economic perspective. This research aims to determine the influence of fertilizer prices, CPO prices, FFB selling prices on the welfare of palm oil farmers from an Islamic economic perspective. This research data is primary data obtained directly from the first source, both from individuals and individuals, such as the results of filling out questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) 23 software. The results of the research conducted show that fertilizer prices have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of oil palm farmers in Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. CPO prices have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of oil palm farmers in Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. The selling price of FFB has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of oil palm farmers in Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency.]]>
