Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of the Electronic Word Of Mouth (Ewom) variable on interest in visits to tourism objects in Malang. The analytical tool used in this study is the analysis of multiple regression. The results showed that the intensity variables and content variables did not significantly influence, with the results of the calculation of t-hitung smaller than t-table. While the Valence of Opinion variable has a significant positive effect with the results of t-hitung 4.205 greater than t-table 1.993. Multiple regression analysis produces Fhitung has a value of 19.408 greater than F-table, which is 2.73. Thus, it can be said that the intensity variable, valence of opinion variable and content variable simultaneously influence the interest of the visit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the variables of price and quality of customer in influencing repeat buying both directly and indirectly through variable of customer satisfaction. The analytical tool used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed several findings that were consistent with previous studies. The price variable has a significant positive effect on Barbershop customer satisfaction The service quality variable has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction Variable customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repeat buying Price variable has no significant effect on repeat buying. Price variable has a significant positive effect on repeat buying through customer satisfaction variables The customer satisfaction variable is a full mediator. Abstract

The research objective to know the role of innovation in mediating market orientation to increase competitive advantages of Small Busines Enterprises (SMEs). Directly, the influence of  market orientation to competitive advantages is significant, but indirectly through innovation,  the influence of  market orientation to competitive advantages is not significant. This result show that is in the condition of SMEs are not export directly to the foreign consumer and they depend to the middlemen they can not easily to make some decision in  innovation. All of the product they made had to appropriated to the middlemen needs and wants without their own innovation efford. The location of research in Malang Raya and the repondend are SME’s with the export goal.

Abstract

Typing with the blind 10 finger technique is one of the competencies that must be possessed by vocational students. Achieving this competency is not easy, to further support the efforts of the teachers in facilitating the implementation of their work it would need support from various parties. Malang State Polytechnic as part of the community, which is a higher education institution, with one of its tasks is to improve the quality of human resources through the Community Service pathway obliged to provide guidance assistance to teachers of Malang Muhammadiyah 2 Vocational School about key boarding technique teaching methods using the application.Technological advances allow teaching that is more fun and not boring. One of the technologies that can be applied to keyboarding subject teaching is to use the Typing Master Pro application. It is expected that the varied teaching methods will facilitate the achievement of the competencies needed by students.

Abstract

The target in this activity is Pos PAUD Mergosono, Kedungkandang District, Malang. Community dedication activities in PAUD Pelangi in Mergosono Sub-District, Kedungkandang District, Malang City are very beneficial for partners, especially in improving the quality of learning. Thus, teaching and learning activities will be more interesting and children will have the opportunity to develop their potential, which in turn will also improve children's motor skills. The activities that have been carried out in community dedication are aimed at increasing APE equipment and lockers to store them. While for managers, training on management and administration of PAUD managers is given. Based on the results of the implementation of the service that has been done can ask for advice: 1) The existence of follow-up activities that contain special training so that it can improve the ability of teachers to carry out teaching and learning. 2) APE procurement needs to be done to improve children's motor skills.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan tentang pentingnya pengembangan kepribadian kepada masyarakat khususnya kaum wanita yang terorganisasi dalam kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan khususnya kelompok PKK. Sesuai dengan tujuan dari organisasi ini adalah untuk memberikan pendidikan kesejahteraan keluarga dan masyarakat secara intensif agar para ibu-ibu sebagai pendidik paling pertama di keluarga dan anak- anaknya dirumah serta lingkungan masyarakat pada umumnya Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah dan tanya jawab, yaitu penyampaian materi tentang karakter kepribadian dan cara mengembangkannya. Selain ceramah juga dilakukan diskusi dan Tanya Jawab untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta dalam memahami lebih lanjut tentang materi yang disampaikan.Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa para peserta memperoleh wawasan dan pemahaman (kognisi) tentang pentingnya etika dan cara mengembangkan diri khususnya dalam menghadapi perkembangan kehidupan di era globa ini, sehingga dapat menerapkan kepribadian yang efektif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan mudah beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi.

Abstract

Some of the problems that arise in PKK RT2 RW 9 Dusun Klandungan Landungsari Village are related to entrepreneurship, including: the absence of an entrepreneurial spirit, the absence of entrepreneurial abilities/skills, the absence of field coaches who guide entrepreneurship, and the absence of capital for entrepreneurship. Training is needed to overcome the problems that occur in PKK RT2 RW 9 Dusun Klandungan Landungsari Village in entrepreneurship. The training that needs to be carried out on entrepreneurship includes: increasing entrepreneurial motivation, providing entrepreneurial skills, mentoring in collaboration with competent field supervisors, entrepreneurship capital/equipment assistance.

Abstract

The community in Dusun Petungsewu, Duwet Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency is a producer of corn rice (gerit). So far, the production process is carried out using manual equipment. Where for the corn milling process (slep) is carried out in the market. Then the process of separating the slep from the feces is done manually using a tampah (nampeni). Therefore, this community service activity aims to increase the production capacity of gerit through the procurement of a gerit sieving machine. It also makes the production process more continuous. This activity is in the form of providing a sifter and woven bamboo machine for drying to the MSME partners of Polinema and providing assistance on how to operate the production equipment to partners. In addition, the program is expected to provide positive benefits for gerit producers. Procurement of sifting machine can increase the productivity of gerit producers. In addition, the results of sieving using a sieving machine have increased compared to conventional methods. By using this machine, less power is needed and can shorten the time to sieve the gerit.

Abstract

Abstrak Ecoprint merupakan teknik pewarnaan kain yang memanfaatkan bahan alami seperti daun, bunga, dan ranting untuk menciptakan pola unik pada kain, yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Meskipun teknik ini memiliki keunggulan dalam mengurangi dampak lingkungan, proses pemanasan manual yang digunakan untuk mengunci warna sering kali tidak konsisten dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemanasan terkontrol berbasis minimum sistem untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas hasil ecoprint. Sistem ini memungkinkan pengaturan suhu pada 90°C dan durasi pemanasan secara otomatis, yang memastikan suhu tetap stabil dan durasi sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem pemanasan terkontrol menghasilkan motif yang lebih konsisten, warna yang lebih tajam, dan mengurangi risiko kerusakan kain dibandingkan metode pemanasan manual. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mampu menghemat energi hingga 20% dan menurunkan biaya operasional. Implementasi teknologi ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas UMKM, meningkatkan kualitas produk, serta memperluas potensi pasar produk ecoprint. Dengan demikian, teknologi pemanasan terkontrol ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, tetapi juga mendukung keberlanjutan industri kreatif yang berbasis pada kearifan lokal dan ramah lingkungan. Kata kunci: ecoprint; pemanasan terkontrol; pewarnaan alami; efisiensi energi; UMKM. Abstract Ecoprint is a fabric dyeing technique that utilizes natural materials such as leaves, flowers, and twigs to create unique patterns on fabric, promoting environmental sustainability. While this technique offers ecological benefits, the manual heating process used to fix the colors is often inconsistent and time-consuming. This research aims to develop a controlled heating system based on a minimum system to improve the efficiency and quality of ecoprint production. The system allows for precise temperature control at 90°C and automatic heating duration, ensuring stable temperatures and optimized time settings. The trial results indicate that the controlled heating system produces more consistent patterns, sharper colors, and reduces the risk of fabric damage compared to manual heating methods. Additionally, the system is capable of saving up to 20% in energy consumption and lowering operational costs. The implementation of this technology has a positive impact on the productivity of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), enhances product quality, and expands the market potential for ecoprint products. Therefore, this controlled heating technology not only improves production efficiency but also supports the sustainability of creative industries based on local wisdom and environmentally friendly practices. Keywords: ecoprint; controlled heating; natural dyeing; energy efficiency; SMEs.

Abstract

Abstrak Pemilik UMKM sering kali menghadapi beragam tantangan dalam menjalankan usahanya. Beberapa di antaranya adalah keterbatasan dalam aspek keuangan dan manajerial, yang menyebabkan mereka kesulitan dalam mempersiapkan modal kerja yang memadai dan memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek. Selain itu, kurangnya kemampuan dalam memperkirakan ketersediaan kas untuk kebutuhan operasional sering menjadi kendala yang signifikan. Hambatan-hambatan ini dapat menghambat perkembangan usaha dan menurunkan daya saing UMKM di pasar. Salah satu hambatan utama yang dihadapi oleh pemilik UMKM adalah minimnya kemampuan dalam hal keuangan dan manajerial. Keterbatasan ini membuat UMKM kesulitan dalam mempersiapkan modal kerja yang cukup serta memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek mereka. Akibatnya, banyak UMKM yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menjaga kelancaran operasional dan kestabilan finansial, terutama dalam menghadapi tuntutan bisnis sehari-hari. UMKM juga mengalami kesulitan untuk memperkirakan ketersediaan kas dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan operasional dan kewajiban jangka pendek. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan kas bagi UMKM Asri Kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam sosialisasi adalah ceramah dan dialog aktif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan UMKM Asri Kota Malang mengenai manajemen kas. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pelaksanaan pre-test di awal kegiatan, dengan nilai rata-rata 78,67, dan post-test di akhir kegiatan, yang menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata menjadi 89,36, memberikan bukti adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 10%. Namun, kegiatan sosialisasi ini sebaiknya dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan pendampingan kepada UMKM tersebut agar pengelolaan kas yang digunakan semakin baik dan efektif. Kata kunci: onthok yuyu; tepung ketan; Asri UMKM; jangka pendek; manajerial. Abstract Owners of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) often face various challenges in running their businesses. Some of these include limitations in financial and managerial aspects, which make it difficult for them to prepare adequate working capital and meet short-term obligations. Additionally, the lack of ability to estimate cash availability for operational needs often becomes a significant obstacle. These barriers can hinder business growth and reduce the competitiveness of MSMEs in the market. One of the main challenges faced by MSME owners is the limited financial and managerial skills. These limitations make it difficult for MSMEs to prepare sufficient working capital and meet their short-term obligations. As a result, many MSMEs struggle to maintain smooth operations and financial stability, especially when dealing with the daily demands of business. They also face difficulties in estimating cash availability to meet operational needs and short-term obligations. This community service activity was conducted to enhance knowledge about cash management for "Asri" MSME in Malang City. The method used in the outreach was a combination of lectures and active dialogue. The results of this activity showed an increase in the knowledge of "Asri" MSME regarding cash management. The method involved conducting a pre-test at the beginning of the activity, with an average score of 78.67, and a post-test at the end, showing an increase to an average score of 89.36, demonstrating a knowledge improvement of 10%.
