Abstract

Logam berat Pb2+ merupakan senyawa yang sangat beracun dan sangat berbahaya bagi makhluk hidup. Salah satu cara untuk menanggulanginya adalah dengan biosorpsi menggunakan jamur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan kapasitas jerap maksimum dan model kesetimbangan biosorpsi Pb2+dengan menggunakan jamur Trichoderma asperellum TNJ-63. Sejumlah jamur Trichoderma asperellum TNJ-63 dimasukkan ke dalam erlenmeyer yang berisi larutan Pb2+ 100 ppm pada suhu ruang dengan massa jamur yang divariasikan. Lama waktu tercapainya kesetimbangan dipelajari dengan memvariasi lama waktu penjerapan dan kecepatan pengadukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa maksimum penjerapan Pb2+ pada jamur Trichoderma asperellum TNJ-63 adalah sebesar 98,24%. Mekanisme proses biosorpsi Pb2+ pada Trichoderma asperellum TNJ-63 mengikuti model isoterm Freundlich. Kata kunci: logam berat, biosorpsi, jamur Trichoderma asperellum, isoterm Freundlich Heavy metal Pb2+ is a highly toxic substance and is very dangerous for living creatures. Biosorption with fungi is one of the abatement methods to reduce the metal contaminant in environment. The present study aimed at determining the maximum biosorption capacity and the equilibrium model of Pb2+ biosorption by Trichoderma asperellum TNJ-63. Some Trichoderma asperellum TNJ-63 varied in amount were put into an erlenmeyer flask containing a solution of Pb2+ with an initial concentration of 100 ppm at room temperature. Variation of stirring speeds (80, 130 and 180 rpm) was also carried out to study its effect on the time required to reach equilibrium. The result showed that Pb2+ could be effectively adsorbed by Trichoderma asperellum TNJ-63 as the biosorbent and its biosorption could reach its maximum by as much as 98.24% (w/w). Calculation result showed that the mechanism of Pb2+ biosorption on Trichoderma asperellum TNJ-63 followed Freundlich isotherm model with an average error of 0.098%. Abstract

Financial well-being karyawan memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di tempat kerja, dimana hal ini pada akhirnya akan menunjang keberhasilan organisasi atau perusahaannya. Namun, mencapai financial well-being merupakan proses yang tidak mudah, terutama bagi seseorang yang tidak mempunyai pengetahuan atau kemampuan yang mencukupi tentang pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Sejauh ini, penelitian tentang financial well-being karyawan di Indonesia juga masih belum banyak. Dengan demikian, tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah financial literacy, self-control, dan financial behavior berpengaruh terhadap financial well-being karyawan di Indonesia. Data telah dikumpulkan dari 341 karyawan Indonesia melalui survei kuesioner secara online. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy dan self-control berpengaruh langsung terhadap financial well-being. Selain itu, ditemukan juga bahwa financial behavior berpengaruh terhadap financial well-being dan dapat memediasi pengaruh financial literacy dan self-control terhadap financial well-being. Oleh karena itu, karyawan di Indonesia perlu memiliki financial literacy yang tinggi, self-control dan financial behavior yang baik untuk mencapai financial well-being. Perusahaan dan organisasi di Indonesia juga dapat membantu karyawannya dalam mencapai financial well-being dengan memberikan program-program tentang financial well-being.

Abstract

The need of dissolving pulp (DP) for rayon fiber production is increasing rapidly in recent years. Sustainable sources of DP raw materials and an effective manufacturing process are urgently required. This study aims to manufacture dissolving pulp (DP) with high brightness from Sansevieria-trifasciata (ST) fiber through the pre-hydrolysis, soda-Anthraquinone (Soda-AQ) cooking, and chlorine-free bleaching processes. The cellulose content, kappa number, pulp yield, and viscosity were analyzed. The results showed that the ?-cellulose content in ST raw material (39.43%) was relatively similar to the ?-cellulose content in Acacia pulping kraft (39.2%). Furthermore, the variations in pre-hydrolysis time affected the Kappa number, pulp yield, and viscosity. The DP obtained by the elementary chlorine-free (ECF) bleaching process had a viscosity of 9.3 cP, ?-cellulose content of 97.7%, and the brightness of 90.1% which was higher than the ISO standard of pulp brightness. The high DP brightness obtained from this unique combination of pre-hydrolysis, soda-AQ cooking and chlorine-free bleaching sequences has great potential for further development, as it can be used in viscose rayon staple fibers production.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan pemahaman tentang investasi di kalangan siswa-siswi kelas XI di SMAN 17 Makassar. Melalui pelatihan interaktif, siswa diperkenalkan pada konsep dasar manajemen keuangan dan investasi, termasuk jenis-jenis investasi, manfaat, dan strategi berinvestasi. Metode partisipatif diterapkan dengan melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam sesi pembelajaran dan permainan edukatif, yaitu "Tebak Kata" yang berfungsi untuk alat evaluasi pemahaman. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat pemahaman siswa yang tinggi, dengan rata-rata persentase jawaban benar mencapai 82,25%. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan yang diperlukan untuk mengelola keuangan mereka secara bijak di masa depan.

Abstract

Acacia crassicarpa wood is widely used in Indonesia as a raw material for dissolving pulp (DP) by the kraft-cooking process. Given that Indonesia has a rich variety and abundance of cellulose-rich wood, it is deemed crucial to research alternative raw materials, such as Terminalia catappa wood. As an alternative source of raw material, Terminalia catappa possesses excellent adaptability to various environmental conditions and is easy to grow everywhere. The current research sought to produce DP using the mixtures of materials from these two plant species as raw materials by pre-hydrolysis, kraft-cooking, and Elementary Chlorine Free (ECF) bleaching. The DP produced had ISO brightness > 88%, alpha-cellulose content > 94%, viscosity > 6.2 cP, and pentosan content of 2.54%. The DP quality traits have met the SNI 938:2017 standards for rayon-grade pulp. Acacia Crassicarpa and Terminalia Catappa are the prospective wood mixture for producing high-quality dissolving pulp via the kraft-cooking process.

Abstract

A person who has free time, does not have a job and is looking for a job can be said to be an unemployed person. The problem of unemployment in Indonesia will not be exhausted to discuss, unemployment is generally caused by the level of job seekers proportional to the available jobs. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect unemployment in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely by describing various conditions and situations based on existing data. Based on the results that can be concluded, the increase in inflation has resulted in one of the causes of unemployment in Indonesia. Inflation occurred with the highest percentage due to the transportation group with (8.88%). If this is not balanced with people's lifestyles, it will have an impact on unemployment.

Abstract

This study employs K-Means clustering to analyze survey data from 91 university students, aiming to segment respondents based on their information-seeking behaviors (Question 2) and impact perceptions (Question 3) of artificial intelligence (AI). Two distinct clusters emerged: “Optimistic Problem Solvers,” who favor formal channels such as scholarly websites, peer-reviewed papers, and guided discussions, and express strong confidence in AI’s problem-solving capabilities with low concern for job displacement or dehumanization; and “Critical Watchers,” who rely more on informal, rapidly updated media (e.g., social platforms, general web searches) and exhibit heightened apprehension regarding AI’s socio-economic and ethical risks. Demographically, the former group skews toward sophomores with consistent GPAs and quantitatively oriented majors, while the latter displays broader disciplinary representation, balanced gender composition, and greater academic variability. These findings validate a dual-dimensional segmentation framework that integrates source behavior with perceptual orientation, highlighting the inadequacy of one-size-fits-all AI education. The study recommends differentiated instructional strategies, deep-dive, research-oriented modules for problem-solvers and trust-building, narrative-driven outreach for watchers, and outlines future research directions including larger, multi-institutional samples, longitudinal tracking, and mixed-methods approaches to refine and validate these profiles.

Abstract

Obesitas dan perubahan komposisi tubuh, seperti peningkatan massa lemak dan penurunan massa otot, merupakan masalah kesehatan yang signifikan karena berhubungan dengan risiko penyakit kronis seperti diabetes, penyakit kardiovaskular, dan sindrom metabolik. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi komposisi tubuh pada populasi dewasa menggunakan metode analisis impedansi bioelektrik (BIA). Pendekatan Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini. Kegiatan dilakukan di wilayah Sunter, Jakarta Utara yang mengikutsertakan 49 peserta. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 21 orang (42.86%), 12 orang (24.49%), dan 2 orang (4.08%) masing-masing memiliki kadar lemak total tubuh sangat tinggi, tinggi, dan rendah. Untuk lemak viseral, didapatkan sebanyak 17 orang (34.69%) dan 10 orang (20.41%) masing-masing memiliki kadar lemak viseral yang tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Sedangkan untuk total otot rangka, didapatkan sebanyak 39 orang (79.58%) memiliki otot yang rendah. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk dilakukan pemantauan komposisi tubuh secara rutin untuk mendeteksi risiko kesehatan lebih awal dan mendorong perubahan gaya hidup. metode BIA efektif untuk mendeteksi risiko obesitas dan penyakit metabolik, serta pemantauan ini harus diintegrasikan dalam praktik klinis untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup.

Abstract

Obesitas sentral merupakan faktor risiko utama berbagai kelainan metabolik termasuk gangguan hepatik non-alkoholik. Pemeriksaan antropometri berupa Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) dan rasio lingkar pinggang-pinggul (Waist-to-hip ratio/WHR) digunakan untuk menilai distribusi lemak tubuh pada kelompok usia produktif. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 49 peserta, terdiri dari 25 laki-laki (51%) dan 24 perempuan (49%), dengan rerata usia 44,87 tahun. Rerata IMT tercatat 26,54 kg/m² dan WHR 0,93. Pemeriksaan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta berada dalam rentang overweight dengan distribusi lemak viseral yang tinggi. Edukasi disampaikan secara kolektif menggunakan media visual mengenai hubungan antara pola makan, distribusi lemak tubuh, dan risiko gangguan hati. Hasil kegiatan menekankan pentingnya pemeriksaan sederhana sebagai upaya promotif dan preventif terhadap gangguan hepatik laten yang dapat berkembang tanpa gejala awal.
