Abstract

In an effort to maximize revenue from the motor vehicle tax, the local government is pursuing numerous strategies, one of which is to introduce the e-Samsat (PAD) program to increase revenue from the motor vehicle tax. However, in the current system, there is no system to monitor these payments. Therefore, many people pay their taxes late. The objectives of this research are: (1) Design and develop a web-based application to monitor tax payments using Whatsapp gateway. Data collection techniques using interviews and direct observation at the research site. The results of this application research can display a list of taxpayers and can add to the list of taxpayers. It also generates outputs in the form of data reports in various forms and types. Designing an application to process vehicle tax data makes it easier for employees to detect late tax payments. The public can learn about tax payments via WhatsApp notifications without having to visit Samsat Siak.

Abstract

Land fires in South Sumatra are an annual problem during the long dry season. It was recorded that in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018, the land fires spread massively in the four districts of South Sumatra. The peatlands located within oil palm plantations in the Districts of Ogan Komering Ilir, Banyuasin, Musi Banyuasin, and the district of Ogan Ilir were the source of the fire. The haze not only attracts national but also international attention. Besides human contribution to land fire, climate change should also be considered. The role of El Nino makes the season uncertain. Land fires affect human health and other human activities in the affected areas. Three legal instruments guarantee and protect the people's right to the environment, i.e., The 1945 Indonesian Constitution, the 2009 Law No. 32 on the Environment, and the 1999 Law No. 39 on Human Rights. The problem raised herein is to what extent people can claim the right to a clean environment as human rights guaranteed and protected in those legal instruments. The results of the discussion show that those three legal instruments do not protect people whose human rights have been violated. This is because 2000 Law No. 26 on Human Rights has no jurisdiction over environmental matters. It is suggested that establishing a special Environmental Court is the solution to protect community environmental human rights cases.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Minuman serbuk Choco Sarabba merupakan produk minuman inovasi sarabba yang dibuat oleh PT Choco Sarabba Indonesia. Metode: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, mengidentifikasi kontaminasi mikroba dan analisis hedonik produk sediaan serbuk minuman Choco Sarabba dengan metode analisis mikrobiologi dan hedonik. Hasil: Hasil analisis cemaran mikroba berdasarkan Angka Lempeng Total bakteri terhadap lima sampel produk menunjukkan nilai pada sampel 1 = 1,266 x 102 koloni/g, sampel 2 = 2 x 101 koloni/g, sampel 3 = 1,666 x 101 koloni/g, sampel 4 = 1,666 x 101 koloni/g, sampel 5 = 0 koloni/g, dan berdasarkan Angka Kapang Khamir menunjukkan nilai pada sampel 1 = 0,666 x 101 koloni/g, sampel 2 = 2,5 x 102 koloni/g, sampel 3 = 1,333 x 101 koloni/g, sampel 4 = 0,333 x 101 koloni/g, sampel 5 = 1 koloni/g. Hasil analisis hedonik berdasarkan indikator skor warna = 5,366; aroma = 5,733; tekstur = 5,766; dan rasa = 6,2. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil analisis cemaran mikroba, produk sediaan serbuk minuman Choco Sarabba memenuhi syarat sebagai minuman serbuk berperisa (yang dalam komposisinya mengandung susu atau krimmer atau cokelat) berdasarkan peraturan BPOM tahun 2019 dan hasil analisis hedonik menunjukkan konsumen suka dengan memenuhi skor rata – rata = 5,766.
