Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand image and brand trust on purchasing decisions among students of the Faculty of Economic Islamic University of Malang. The population and samples were taken from 96 Faculty of Economics student. Data collection can be through questionnaires and direct interviews with respondents. Analysis of thi data using SPSS version 16. Sampling using purposive sampling method and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis and testing the research hypothesis.The results of the analysis show that there is a partial effect of brand image and brand trust and simultaneously on the decision to purchase Samsung smartphones in the student Faculty of Economic & Business, Malang Islamic University.Keywords : brand image, brand trust, and buying decision.

Abstract

This research was conducted  to reveal the effect of the Gibberellins concentration  (GA3) on the content of crude protein (CP), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) of Calopogonium caeruleum. The design of experiment was the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) in factorial arrangement. The first factors were the concentrations of GA3 namely 0, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 ppm, for G0,G1, G2, G3, G4, and G5 respectively and the second factors were the soaking time at 6, 12 and 24 h, for T1, T2 and T3 respectively. Each treatment has three replications. The results showed that there were not significant (P< 0.05) effect of the concentration of GA3 on the content of CP, ADF and NDF of Calopogonium caeruleum

Abstract

The Purpose Of This Study Was To Determine The Form Of Employee Training And To Determine The Effect On The Employee Training Of Work Productivity On House Of Batik Azmiah Kelurahan Olak Kemang Kecamatan Danau Teluk Jambi City. Productivity Is The Trigger Of Job Training. Lack Of Productivity Then Required Job Training On Employees. Thus, Low Work Productivity Can Be Overcome By Job Training. House Of Batik Azmiah Has 50 Employees And Is The Biggest Batik Business In Jambi, But Its Marketing Outside Jambi Province Such As Jakarta, Surabaya, Kalimantan And Even Its Marketing Has Reached Foreign Countries Such As India And China. This Research Shows The Positive Influence Between Training On Work Productivity Of Employees Of House Of Batik Azmiah Jambi City Which Is Shown By The Regression Equation Is As Follows: Y = (-1,775) + 1,508 X. Constant Of -1,775 Means If Variable Of Training Of Constant, Hance Work Productivity Employee House Of Batik Azmiah Jambi City Constant. Coefficient Of Training Variables 1,508 Means Training Variables Increased By 1% Then Employee Work Productivity House Of Batik Azmiah Jambi City Will Experience An Increase Of 1,508 With The Assumption Constant. For The Thitung Of 7,037 > Ttabel Of 1.67722. Meaning There Is A Significant Influance Between Training Variable (X) On The Variable (Y) Work Productivity Employee House Of Batik Azmiah Jambi City. The Implementation Of The Training Has A Positive Effect On The Increase Of Work Productivity (Y). This Happens Because The Employee Of House Of Batik Azmiah Jambi City Have A High Spirit In The Effort To Meet The Job Compelation Target After The Training.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Jurnal ini menganisis gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa dinoyo, kota malang dalam mewujudkan good governance diwilayahnya melalui study literature. Penelitia ini mengkaji berbagai teori kepemimpinan dan konsep good governance untuk memahami bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa berkontribusi dalam mencapai tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Analisis literature dilakukan dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber, seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan dokumen resmi terkait kepemimpinan desa dan good governance. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang berfokus pada pengembangan masyarakat dan pemberdayaa warga memiliki potensi besar dalam mewjudkan good governance di desa. ABSTRACT This journal analyzes the leadership style of the village head of Dinoyo, Malang City in realizing good governance in his area through literature study. This research examines various leadership theories and good governance concepts to understand how the village head's leadership style contributes to achieving good governance. Literature analysis was carried out by reviewing various sources, such as books, scientific journals, and official documents related to village leadership and good governance. The results of the analysis show that a transformational leadership style that focuses on community development and citizen empowerment has great potential in realizing good governance in the village.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the slogan (X1), advertising content (X2), and advertisement repetition (X3) have on buying interest (Y). This study uses an explanatory research approach with quantitative methods. The data collection for this research was by distributing questionnaires to 110 respondents calculated using the machine and camble formula. The data analysis technique uses SPSS software version 16, in which the data will be processed, described and discussed to answer and prove the hypothesis proposed. The research results are as follows: (1). Slogan (X1) has no influence and is not significant to Purchase Intention (Y). (2). Advertising content (X2) has significant and significant effect on purchase intention (Y). (3). Advertisement repetition (X3) has significant and significant effect on buying interest (Y). (4) Slogans (X1), Advertising Content (X2), and Advertising Repeats (X3) have significant and significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y).

Abstract

Telah dianalisis komposisi zat gizi 10 macam soto dan 12 macam sayuran siap santap asal beberapa daerah di Indonesia. Bahan-bahan untuk penelitian, sebagian dibeli dari pedagang atau restoran yang menjual masakan tersebut, lainnya dibuat sendiri di laboratorium sesuai dengan resep masakan tersebut. Analisis meliputi "proximate", mineral dan vitamin. Per porsi, kandungan energi soto berkisar antara 495 kalori (soto Padang) sampai 152 kalori (soto Kudus), protein berkisar antara 23 gram (soto Padang) sampai 4,7 gram (soto Betawi), besi antara 13,3 miligram (soto Madura) sampai 3,6 miligram (soto Betawi), karoten total antara 3134 mikrogram (soto Banjar) sampai 63 mikrogram (soto Pemalang). Untuk sayuran siap santap, kandungan energi tertinggi dalam gulai pakis (672 kal), terendah dalam sayur asem (119); protein tertinggi dalam brongkos (54.2 g), terendah dalam sayur asem (2.9 g); besi tertinggi dalam botok lamtoro (58.8 mg), terendah dalam sayur sop; karoten total tertinggi dalam gulai pakis (46069 ug), terendah dalam gudeg (642 ug).

Abstract

In the world, the issue of poverty is still a big scourge, including in the Banjarnegara Regency area. Zakat and SDGs have a close relationship related to the goal of poverty alleviation. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of productive zakat management carried out by BAZNAS Banjarnegara Regency in handling poverty and SDGs goals.This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with the type of field research (field reseacrh). Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and data analysis. Interviews were conducted with ten of the seventy mustahik recipients of productive zakat assistance in 2022. The results showed that the management realized in productive zakat in Banjarnegara Regency in achieving the SDGs program has continuity in reducing poverty. The pattern used is the utilization of traditional productive zakat through business training and provision of business capital. The form of effectiveness has been seen with an increase in the capital of MSME actors and an increase in income. Productive zakat management has proven to be effective in alleviating poverty and improving mustahik welfare as measured by BKKBN indicators on the concept of family welfare, assisted mustahik have succeeded in fulfilling the Prosperous Family II (KS II) stage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of zakat in reducing income inequality in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data from the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for the 2015–2024 period. The research method used multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) approach. The results showed that the distribution of zakat had a significant positive effect on the Gini Index (β = 0.0013511; p = 0.002), while the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita had a significant negative effect (β = –0.0000198; p = 0.000). An Adjusted R² value of 0.91 indicates that the model has a very strong ability to explain variations in income inequality. These findings show that although the collection and distribution of zakat has increased from year to year, its impact on reducing inequality has not been optimal. This can be caused by the limited amount of zakat funds collected compared to the real needs of the community and the distribution that is not fully on target. On the other hand, economic growth reflected in the increase in GDP per capita has proven to be still the dominant factor in reducing income inequality in Indonesia. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of optimizing zakat management so that it not only functions as a philanthropic instrument, but also as a sustainable economic instrument. BAZNAS and related institutions are expected to be able to strengthen the zakat distribution system through productive economic empowerment programs, so that zakat can make a real contribution in reducing inequality and supporting more inclusive development in Indonesia.
