In this writer took 40 respondents were categorized as age, sex, grade, length of service and level of education. The highest rate of absenteeism in 2010 there were as many as 0.18 %. In the remuneration and incentives in 2014, awarding the highest remuneration in accordance with the plan is 24.46% and the lowest was 11.78% indicates that there are still salary and incentives under the UMP, thus making employee motivation is still very low. Based on the analysis of variable descriptions discipline according to the respondents the average value is quite good and also to some respondents gave excellent ratings. From the results of this analysis is that the linear regression equation simple abtained results Y = 0.168 + 0,94X. This answers the question if the discipline has a positive direction on employee motivation. Coefficient of discipline, 0,94 will increase by 1%, then the motivation will be increased by 0,94%. In statistical tetst disciplinenary effect partially on motivation based calculation, the amount of 8,849 t> t table 1.68385. So there is a significant relationship between the variables of discipline on the motivation of employees at Credit Unions “AMANAT” Jambi region.Keyword: motivation, discipline

This study aimed to test to influence Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock price at industry telecommunication in indonesia stock exchange during the periode 2011-2014. The independent variabel studied were Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock price at industry telecommunication in indonesia stock exchange. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption (normality, multicollininearity , autocorrelation and heteroskedasitas), hypothesis testing (F test and t test), and the coefficient of determination. Based on the result of multiple regression analysis showed that the PER and EPS simultaneosly significant effect on stock price, amounting to 64,8% and the reamining 35,2% influenced by other factors beyond the research the Adjust R Square value of 0,648. In partial, PER does not effect the stock price while the variabel EPS partially significant effect on stock prices. Conclusion this study shows that regression model is formed by the independent variabel consisting of PER and EPS can be used to predict the stock price on the industry Telecommunication in indonesia Stock Exchange.Keyword: price earning ratio, earning per share

Management is a process that consists of the functions of planning, organizing, leadership and control of the activities of human resources and other resources to achieve the stated goals efficiently. From the results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that the work environment variables (X) is able to explain the variable (Y) or employee productivity is 2.3% and 97.7% of the studied variables outside. From the opinion of management experts who deal can be concluded that the management process is the planning, organizing, leadership and control of the activities of human resources to achieve the goals it has set. In this study, there are indicators of several variables, namely work environment variables. Employee relations, environmental noise level work, work regulations, lighting, air circulation, security. While productivity indicators covering ability, increasing the results achieved, morale, self-development, quality, efficiency. Based on simple linear regression equation calculates, obtained the following mathematical equation Y = 41.935 + 0.173 X from the following equation looks positive impact on the environment kerjater facing employee productivity Business Unit Kayu Aro. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI (Persero) Region Jambi. If the work environment experienced a 100% increase in the productivity of employees in the Business Unit Kayu Aro PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI (Persero) Region Jambi evident from the regression coefficient sebesar17,3% This fact shows that the working environment had no effect on employee productivity Business Unit Kayu Aro. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI (Persero) Region Jambi. Work environment Business Unit Kayu Aro. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI (Persero) Region Jambi being with an average score of 298, while productivity was with an average score of 297, which means that the working environment and productivity hypothesis Business Unit Kayu Aro PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI (Persero) Region Jambi rejected.

The right proportion of carbon in high N organic matter source in composting process will result good decomposition process. In this study, rabbit manure was composted with different portion of sawdust, and then the chemical properties were evaluated. The compost then applied to determine the growth response of dwarf elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) in terms of plant height, number of leaves, root and shoot dry matter, shoot and shoot ratio, and N content in shoot. The results showed that compost consisted of rabbit manure + sawdust with the ratio of 3:1 and 1:1 had good chemical properties (pH around 7.56 - 7.94, C/N ratio 17 – 19, C- organic 19 – 24%, Nitrogen 0.84 – 1.31%, Phosphor 0.43 – 0.82%, and Potassium 0.27– 0.37%) as well as sole rabbit manure compost. Applying compost to Mott grass resulted a good growth response which reflected in plant height (78.29 - 83.46 cm/plant), leaves number (53.50 - 57.92 blades), shoot dry matter (39.69 – 54.56 g DM/plant), root dry matter (16.50 – 18.16 g DM/plant), shoot : root ratios (2.52 - 3.20), and shoot N content (37.14 - 48.55 g DM/plant). The study concluded that compost rabbit manure + sawdust with ratio of 3:1 resulted the same growth response with sole rabbit manure compost.

The study was conducted to obtain the concept and comparison of the term "sentence" in Arabic and Sundanese. The term "sentence" in Sundanese, although it is an upturned word from Arabic, has a different meaning due to a change in meaning itself. On the other hand, almost all of the Nahwu book begins with a discussion related to the term "sentence", this indicates that the Nahwu science scholars have paid special attention to the urgency of "sentence" in Arabic Syntax. The term "Sentence" in Arabic means singular (Mufrad) means it is not composed of units which have meaning if separated, while in Sundanese the definition is a grammatical construction meaning consisting of units and is predicative. These differences require a bridge to be able to make interpretations and get the correct understanding. Through literature study, as well as descriptive analysis and translational equivalents, the concept of sentences in the syntax of the two languages will be explained, then the matching of terms is carried out in each language to obtain an objective concept.

Food is one of the needs consumed by humans every day to support survival. Food consumed by humans certainly produces waste from unused food waste. The existence of livestock bones and egg shells that are abundant in the community as food waste from animal materials can be used for organic fertilizer. The effective content of the waste can support the completeness of fertilizer nutrients applied to plants. "PTC Organik" is here as a pioneering innovation in quality waste fertilizer from a combination of cow, chicken, and eggshell bone meal in order to support sustainable agriculture as well as food security due to the scarcity of subsidized fertilizers. The objectives of this program are 1) creating a diversification of organic fertilizers; 2) providing sustainable and environmentally caring organic fertilizer needs; and 3) foster an entrepreneurial spirit. The method of sales is carried out directly as well as indirectly. Product sales have been carried out from August to September 2022, where "PTC Organik" products were sold as much as 85 pcs with a weight of 500 grams each, revenue of Rp. 1,800,000,-, a profit of Rp. 471,508,-. While the BEP price is Rp. 24,000 and the BEP of the product is 47 pcs and B/C Ratio 1,28. Based on this, the product business "PTC Organik" indicates the potential to be developed.

This study aims to evaluate the characteristics of accession of Bengal grass that grows in the city of Jambi. The research was conducted in two stages, namely the field observation stage to obtain qualitative data and quantitative data related to the characteristics of Bengal grass. The results of the observation phase were validated to obtain four accessions that had the same morphological characteristics. There were four accessions which were then planted in polybags in a greenhouse, namely Tlp1, Dns2, Jlt1 and Ktb2 as treatments with repeated 10 times. The design used was a completely randomized design. The parameters observed were plant height, leaf length, leaf width, internode length, number of internodes, stem circumference and leaf color. The results showed that the Jlt1 accession was an accession that had different characteristics (P <0.05) compared to other accessions.

Broiler livestock in a partnership is one of the efforts to make it easier for farmers to run their business. The objective of this partnership is increasing livestock productivity along with business efficiency and in turn improve the welfare of farmers. From the core company side in the partnership, this core company records the production costs for each plasma. This is in order to determine profit sharing from harvesting livestocks. In order to support the recording of the plasma’s production costs carried out by the core company, an information system can be used so that the recording process can be better. Research on the development of an accounting information system for calculating the cost of production of broiler livestocks is needed. An application that is suitable for this purpose can be produced. ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand image and brand trust on purchasing decisions among students of the Faculty of Economic Islamic University of Malang. The population and samples were taken from 96 Faculty of Economics student. Data collection can be through questionnaires and direct interviews with respondents. Analysis of thi data using SPSS version 16. Sampling using purposive sampling method and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis and testing the research hypothesis.The results of the analysis show that there is a partial effect of brand image and brand trust and simultaneously on the decision to purchase Samsung smartphones in the student Faculty of Economic & Business, Malang Islamic University.Keywords : brand image, brand trust, and buying decision.

The Purpose Of This Study Was To Determine The Form Of Employee Training And To Determine The Effect On The Employee Training Of Work Productivity On House Of Batik Azmiah Kelurahan Olak Kemang Kecamatan Danau Teluk Jambi City. Productivity Is The Trigger Of Job Training. Lack Of Productivity Then Required Job Training On Employees. Thus, Low Work Productivity Can Be Overcome By Job Training. House Of Batik Azmiah Has 50 Employees And Is The Biggest Batik Business In Jambi, But Its Marketing Outside Jambi Province Such As Jakarta, Surabaya, Kalimantan And Even Its Marketing Has Reached Foreign Countries Such As India And China. This Research Shows The Positive Influence Between Training On Work Productivity Of Employees Of House Of Batik Azmiah Jambi City Which Is Shown By The Regression Equation Is As Follows: Y = (-1,775) + 1,508 X. Constant Of -1,775 Means If Variable Of Training Of Constant, Hance Work Productivity Employee House Of Batik Azmiah Jambi City Constant. Coefficient Of Training Variables 1,508 Means Training Variables Increased By 1% Then Employee Work Productivity House Of Batik Azmiah Jambi City Will Experience An Increase Of 1,508 With The Assumption Constant. For The Thitung Of 7,037 > Ttabel Of 1.67722. Meaning There Is A Significant Influance Between Training Variable (X) On The Variable (Y) Work Productivity Employee House Of Batik Azmiah Jambi City. The Implementation Of The Training Has A Positive Effect On The Increase Of Work Productivity (Y). This Happens Because The Employee Of House Of Batik Azmiah Jambi City Have A High Spirit In The Effort To Meet The Job Compelation Target After The Training.
