Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan expost facto. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data korelasi linier sederhana dan korelasi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS For Windows Versi 22 untuk uji signifikansi menggunakan uji-T dan uji-F. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Ilir Timur Tiga Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini memberi kontribusi bagi kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan cara kerja supervisinya dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru agar kinerja guru menjadi lebih baik.

The purpose of the researchers in conducting this study was to find out and describe the influence of the leadership of the school principal and the role of the school committee together on the performance of teachers of public junior high schools in the District of Pangkalan Lampam. The time for conducting this research was from August to October 2022, and it was carried out at the public middle school in Pangkalan Lampam District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This study employed correlational quantitative research, employing the method after the fact. The sample in this research is made up of 81 participants. From the results of the research, it was found that the influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of state junior high school teachers in Pangkalan Lampam District amounted to 16.1%. The size of the contribution of the influence of the school committee on the performance of state junior high school teachers in Pangkalan Lampam Subdistrict was 8.5%. And the size of the contribution of the influence of the principal's leadership and the role of the school committee together on the performance of state junior high school teachers in Pangkalan Lampam Subdistrict was 21.5%. while the remaining 78.5% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this research.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen model teaching factory di SMK Negeri 2 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan mereduksi data, mendisplay data dan memverivikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen model teaching factory di jurusan desain pemodelan dan interior bangunan SMK Negeri 2 Palembang mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasaian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Siswa sudah mampu merancang dan membuat model desain pemodelan dan informasi bangunan sesuai dengan project yang diberikan pembimbing. Pembimbing hanya berperan sebagai fasilitator dalam memberikan bimbingan dan pengarahan kepada siswa. Evaluasi model teaching factory dilaksanakan dengan kegiatan pemeriksaan terhadap hasil produk oleh ketua program keahlian, jika ketua program keahlian sudah menganggap bahwa hasil produk sudah baik, maka ketua jurusan atau ketua program akan meneruskan hasil kerja untuk diperiksa oleh kepala sekolah. Evaluasi manajemen model teaching factory dilakukan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan program yang telah direncanakan dan dilaksanakan dan digunakan juga untuk membuat perencanaan program selanjutnya. Implementasi tindaklanjut manajemen model teaching factory sudah terlaksana dengan baik

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkap upaya yang telah dilakukan SMK Negeri 1 Lawang Wetan dalam rangka meningkatkan serta membangun citra sekolah yang dibuktikan dengan penyerapan alumni. Desain penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian dengan instrumen penelitian wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa SMK Negeri 1 Lawang wetan yang memiliki misi menciptakan tenaga kerja tingkat menengah yang terampil dan profesional serta siap terjun ke dunia kerja/dunia industri dan diharapkan mampu menyalurkan alumninya atau bertindak sebagai pengantar kerja. Pemikiran ini terealisasi dengan adanya perjanjian kerja sama antara Disnaker dan Dinas Pendidikan. Sebagai tindak lanjut dari adanya perjanjian kerja sama tersebut, maka SMK Negeri 1 Lawang wetan merasa ikut bertanggungjawab dan ikut memikirkan alumninya untuk memperoleh pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan minat, bakat dan kemampuannya dengan cara mendirikan Bursa Kerja Khusus.

The goal of this study was to identify and evaluate the supporting and impeding elements in the implementation of the principal’s strategy to enhance teacher teaching performance utilizing the autonomous curriculum at SMK Aisyiyah Palembang. This study uses descriptive qualitative research to obtain trustworthy information regarding the procedures used in data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The administrators and instructors at SMK Aisyiyah Palembang served as the study’s informants. According to the study’s findings, the principal has tried to enhance teachers’ abilities to teach utilizing the autonomous curriculum, specifically through education and training. implementation of a private curriculum for teachers and school administrators. Mentoring programs and independent curriculum training were also implemented in addition to the aforementioned technique. In this study, there were additional challenges like the creation of ATP, Teaching Modules, and the somewhat complex methods or media that needed to be used, as well as a lack of infrastructure to support them in the form of learning media, student handbooks, teacher handbooks, and assessments on the independent curriculum. beginning with formative and summative evaluations.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the influence of motivation and work ethic together on the performance of teachers of State Senior High Schools in the Mobilization Program throughout the Kayuagung District. This research is a quantitative research with a causal study form. The population in this study were all school principals and teachers who served in State Senior High Schools in the Kayuagung District, totaling 137 people. The number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula with a result of 58 people. The method of collecting data in this study is a questionnaire/questionnaire method, documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis of data, independent variable descriptive analysis, dependent variable descriptive analysis and statistical analysis of research data. The results of this study are that there is an influence between motivation and work ethic together on the performance of teachers of Public High School Program Mobilization Schools throughout the Kayuagung District with an influence contribution of 29.6%. The fundamental difference from this research is that the research subjects specifically examined driving schools in the Kayuagung sub-district. This study aimed to determine the effect of principal leadership and the independent curriculum on teachers' performance in SMA Negeri Program Mobilization Schools in Kayuagung District. This research was conducted at Kayuagung 1 Public High School, Kayuagung 2 Public High School, and Kayuagung 3 Public High School. This research is a type of quantitative research. The research design used in this study is correlational. Data collection methods in this study used questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The total population in this study amounted to 137 people. Based on the calculation of the number of samples in this study, there were 58 people. Data analysis techniques use data normality tests, data linearity tests, data multicollinearity tests, t-tests, F tests, and the Coefficient of Determination. The results of this study show a positive influence of the leadership of the principal and the independent curriculum together on the performance of teachers at the State High School Program Mobilization in the Kayuagung District. This can be seen from the results of the Fcount>Ftable test. The effect is also seen from the tcount> table test results, which means that Ha3 is accepted and Ho3 is rejected. In conclusion, there is an influence of the leadership of the principal and the independent curriculum on the performance of the teachers of the State High School Program Mobilization Schools in Kayuagung District. This study aims to see and describe the influence of the principal's leadership style and teacher work culture on the performance of state high school teachers in Lubuk Raja District, OKU Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Data in the form of a questionnaire is classified as quantitative data. The independent variable in this study is the Principal Leadership Style (X1) and Teacher Work Culture (X2), and the dependent variable in this study is Teacher Performance (Y). Data analysis techniques, namely 1) simple and multiple linear correlation test; 2) Significant test using t-test and f-test. The leadership style of the principal and work culture together have a positive effect on teacher performance. The coefficient of the second variable between the second independent variable and the variable in Ry.12 is 0.670. From this coefficient, it can be calculated that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.449, meaning that 44.90% of the teacher performance reports can be linked with the principal's leadership style and teacher work culture.

The abstract should be clear, concise, and descriptive. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing whether or not there is an influence between the teacher's social competence on Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta high school learning achievement. Failure to achieve good learning achievement shows the lack of success of an educational process. It is expected that with efforts to apply good and appropriate social competence, it is hoped that students' Muhammadiyah learning achievement will be achieved well and satisfactorily. The method used in this research is quantitative-correlational. The population in this study were all grade X students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta, totaling 208 students. Data collection techniques chosen by researchers are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software in processing the data obtained. The results showed that: 1) The social competence of teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta shows a percentage of 69% with a moderate category; 2) Then for Muhammadiyah learning achievement in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta shows a percentage of 40% with a low category; 3) Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been carried out, it shows that r count 0.241> r table 0.235 which means that there is a significant influence between the social competence of teachers on Muhammadiyah learning achievement at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta with a variable contribution of teacher social competence of 5.8% to Muhammadiyah learning achievement.

Educational efforts are planned to influence other people, both individuals, groups, and communities so that they do what is expected by educators. This study provides a problem definition for the object of the research problem on the Influence of Leadership Style and Motivation on Teacher Performance in Junior High Schools Jirak Jaya District Musi Banyuasin Regency. The method in this research is a quantitative method with a survey approach using the Cluster Random Sampling Area technique and data analyzed using the SPSS Software For Windows Version 21 assistance program. The result in this research there are significant influence of leadership style on the performance of Junior High School teachers in Jirak Jaya District and contributes 29.7%, the performance of Junior High School teachers based on effect of teacher work motivation in Jirak Jaya District and contributes 29.4% of the influence, and the performance of Junior High School teachers based on leadership style and work motivation in Jirak Jaya District and contributes 70.8% influence, and the rest is influenced by other factors not listed in this study.
