Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the principal's supervision and leadership style on the performance of public high school teachers in the driving school program. The research method is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The research population is all school principals and teachers, totaling 137 people, and a sample of 58 people was selected based on the proportional random sampling technique. Based on the data processing results with the help of the SPSS version 25 for the Windows program, the regression coefficient value for the academic supervision variable (X1) was found to be 0.603 with a positive value. Tcount was 5.554 > ttable 2.004 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. For the leadership style variable ( X2), The value of the regression coefficient obtained is 0.629 positive value, and tcount of 5,805> ttable 2,004 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. Then, the results (F test) show an Fcount value of 20,476 > Ftable 3.16 for a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. In conclusion, leadership influences teacher performance, and educational supervision influences teacher performance, then school culture influences teacher performance, and the principal's leadership, academic supervision, and school culture influence teacher performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the influence of the principal's leadership and the independent curriculum together on the performance of vocational teachers in Banyuasin III District. This research was carried out at SMK located in Banyuasin III District which consisted of 4 schools, namely, SMK Unggul Negeri 2 Banyuasin III, SMKN 1 Banyuasin III, SMKS Muhammadiyah Pangkalan Balai and SMKS PGRI Pangkalan Balai. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 116 teachers and principals. After calculating using the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 55 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, simple correlation analysis, multiple correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, t tests and F tests. The results of this study are There is a positive influence of the principal's leadership and independent curriculum together on teacher performance at SMK in Banyuasin III District by 81.2%. This can be seen from the results of the Fhitung>Ftabel test the influence can also be seen from the results of the thitung> ttabel test which means Ha3 is accepted and Ho3 is rejected. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the influence of Instructional Leadership of school principals and teacher professionalism together on the quality of learning of public junior high schools in West Merapi District. held at SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Merapi Barat which consists of 2 (two) schools including: SMP Negeri 1 Merapi Barat and SMP Negeri 2 Merapi Barat. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive method. The population and sample in this study amounted to 70 teachers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, simple correlation analysis, multiple correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, t tests and F tests. The result of this study is that there is a significant influence together between the principal's instructional leadership and teacher professionalism on the quality of learning in West Merapi District. Conclusion: There is a significant joint influence between the principal's instructional leadership and teacher professionalism on the learning quality of State Middle Schools in West Merapi District. Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the partial and simultaneous influence of managerial competence and work discipline of school principals on teacher performance in state junior high schools in West Prabumulih District. The population in this study were all teachers at Public Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District, namely Public Middle School 4 and Public Middle School 9 in Prabumulih City, totaling 116 people and a total sample of 90 people. The sampling technique in this research is random. This research uses a descriptive analysis method and a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques use data using observation, questionnaires, and documentation analysis using t-test and F-test. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the principal's managerial competence on teacher performance in State Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District; the school principal's work discipline influences the performance of teachers in Public Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District; and the principal's managerial competence and principal's work discipline simultaneously influence teacher performance in State Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District by 82.6%. The remaining 17.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. In conclusion, there is a partial and simultaneous influence of managerial competence and work discipline of school principals on teacher performance Keywords: Managerial Competence; Work Discipline; Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the influence of the principal's academic leadership and supervision, both simultaneously and partially, on teacher performance in State Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District. The population in this study were all teachers at Public Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District, namely Public Middle School 4 and Public Middle School 9 in Prabumulih City 116 people, totaling 90 people. The sampling technique in this research is random sampling technique. This research uses descriptive analysis methods using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques use data by means of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Analysis using the t test and F test. The results of the research show that: (1) there is an influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance in State Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District; (2) the principal's academic supervision influences teacher performance in State Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District; and (3) the principal's leadership and the principal's academic supervision simultaneously have an influence on teacher performance in State Middle Schools in West Prabumulih District of 79.2% and the remaining 20.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
