Abstract

DAS Seluang merupakan salah satu DAS yang masuk dalam Kawasan Ibu Kota Nusantara (KIKN). Kebutuhan data-data penunjang untuk pembangunan IKN akan semakin meningkat termasuk kebutuhan data curah hujan. Pada area Ibu Kota Nusantara sendiri telah dibangun pos curah hujan sebanyak tiga pos, yaitu Pos Curah Hujan Sepaku, Pos Curah Hujan Karang Jinawi dan Pos Curah Hujan Pemaluan. Namun, untuk menggunakan data curah hujan pada pos-pos tersebut untuk analisis hidrologi masih belum dapat digunakan karena rentang waktu data masih kurang dari 5 tahun. Salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan data curah hujan berbabis citra satelit seperti Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM). Tujuan dari studi ini adalah melakukan uji korelasi dan validasi antara data hujan GPM dan data hujan ground station. Setelah dilakukan uji korelasi (r) data hujan GPM, didapat korelasi paling tinggi sebesar 0,65 (korelasi kuat) dengan Pos Curah Hujan Sepinggan Balikpapan. Dari hasil uji koreksi dan validasi data didapat nilai korelasi (r) menjadi 0,99 (korelasi sangat kuat), nilai Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE) sebesar 0,99 (baik),  nilai Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) sebesar 0,44 (baik), dan nilai Kesalahan Realtif (KR) sebesar 0,087 (baik). Sehingga, data curah hujan GPM terkoreksi menunjukkan kualitas data yang baik untuk analisis hidrologi pada DAS Seluang.

Abstract

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in agarwood oil production in Lubuk Begalung, Padang, West Sumatra, represent a type of natural resource-based business that involves a relatively high level of occupational risk. These risks primarily arise during the extraction and processing stages of agarwood, which involve high-temperature operations, pressurized processing equipment, and potential exposure to chemical substances. Preliminary observations conducted by the community service team revealed that business owners lack sufficient understanding and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) principles. This condition poses a significant threat of workplace accidents, reduces productivity, and may disrupt the continuity of business operations. To address this issue, the community engagement team implemented a structured OHS program comprising three key components: the introduction and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), the enforcement of safe work procedures, and the cultivation of a healthy and safe workplace culture. This initiative was designed using a participatory approach to ensure that it would be easily understood and adopted by MSME stakeholders. The results of the program indicate a marked increase in awareness and adherence among business operators regarding personal protection and workplace safety during operational activities. Through this implementation, it is expected that a safer, more comfortable, and productive work environment will be established, thereby supporting the sustainability of the agarwood oil production business.

Abstract

This investigation involved micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMES) engaged in home furniture manufacturing services. The conventional method used by these craftsmen usually uses tools that are easily available around us, using a woven or plaited system. Commonly used materials include Manau, bamboo, ropes and nails. This work is also said to pose a risk, because rattan, if it has been scraped or thinned to make it flexible, can endanger the craftsman. However, there are complaints from craftsmen who say that nowadays not many people want to use furniture made from handicrafts or from natural materials. People who have used a lot of home furniture made from various materials such as plastic, glass and others. In making this craft, a heating system is also used to heat the Manau with fire so that it can be easily bent to form parts of the craft framework.

Abstract

Ratio Decidendi Putusan Hakim Pengadilan Agama Sidoarjo Nomor 3628/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Sda Perspektif Para Imam Madzhab merupakan penelitian kasus cerai gugat, dengan mengambil satu putusan Hakim, kemudian membandingkan dengan beberapa kasus yang serupa. Adapaun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini, yaitu bagaimana ratio decidendi putusan Hakim Pengadilan Nomor 3628/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Sda, bagaimana peandangan para Imam Madzhab tentang ratio decidendi putusan Hakim Pengadilan Nomor 3628/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Sda. penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif-analitic sebagai cara untuk menyelesaikan suatu masalah dengan menganalisis subjek dan objek penelitian yang berkaitan dengan fakta, dan masalah yang terjadi. Sumber data primer penelitian ini ialah putusan Hakim Nomor 3628/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Sda tentang cerai gugat, Undang-Undang No.1 tahun 1974 tentang perkawinan, Kompilasi Hukum Islam, kitab-kitab fikih, dsb, sedangkan data sekunder berupa buku dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang sedang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ratio decidendi Hakim pada putusan Nomor 3628/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Sda ialah Hakim berlandasan telah terjadi perselisihan dan pertengkaran terus menerus sehingga rumah tangga telah pecah dan sudah tidak bisa disatukan kembali dengan tanpa melihat apa dan siapa pemicu terjadinya perselisihan. Hal ini berlandasan pada Yurisprudensi Mahkamah Agung No.38K/AG/1990, No. 534/K/Pdt/1996, dan No. 285/K/AG/2000. Dan perlu diketahui bahwa kasus cerai gugat pada putusan Hakim Nomor 3628/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Sda ini tidak sama dengan cerai gugat (khulu’) yang dibahasas oleh para Imam Madzhab dalam kitab-kitab fikih, melainkan putusan tersebut merupakan kasus cerai gugat atau dalam istilah kitabnya at-tafriq al-qodlo’i (pemisahan atau talak secara pengadilan) yang disebabkan peselisihan, kemadharatan, atau ketidakharmonisan. Para Imam Madzhab berbeda pandangan mengenai hal tersebut, dari keempat Imam Madzhab hanya Imam Malik saja yang membolehkannya, dengan berlandasan untuk menolak kemadaratan yang terjadi dalam rumah tangga.

Abstract

Abstract. Floods due to the Downstream Serayu River overflow inundate agricultural land and houses in parts of Banyumasand Cilacap district every year. Based on the classification of flood hazard level referring to Chief of BNPBRegulation Number 2 the Year 2012 on General Guidelines for Assessment of Disaster Risk, some location pointsexperienced a high level of flood hazard (>1.5 m). The objective of this study is to develop a flood risk map by usingGIS. Flood hazard assessment uses the HEC-RAS 5.0.6 two-dimensional model, verified with field observation data.The river discharge is obtained from hydrological calculations, while the tidal component is obtained usingMATLAB-LP Tides BIG. River geometry uses river cross-section from field measurement data for hydraulicmodeling combined with MERIT DEM as its banks. The capacity level also refers to the BNPB Number 2 the Year2012. In this study, BNPB and PUPR parameters are used. The vulnerability component refers to a 2014 study fromthe Ministry of Public Work and Housing (PUPR) Indonesia. The 50-year flood return period shows that the totalarea of risk flooded areas in the Downstream Serayu River Basin is 6.22 km2, while high-risk flooded areas are 2.2 km2. Banjir akibat luapan Sungai Serayu Hilir setiap tahun menggenangi lahan pertanian dan perumahan di sebagianwilayah Kabupaten Banyumas dan Cilacap. Berdasarkan klasifikasi tingkat bahaya banjir mengacu padaPeraturan Kepala BNPB Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 tentang Pedoman Umum Pengkajian Risiko Bencana, beberapa titiklokasi mengalami tingkat bahaya banjir tinggi (>1,5 m). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan petarisiko banjir dengan menggunakan SIG. Pemodelan banjir menggunakan model dua dimensi HECRAS 5.0.6, yangdiverifikasi dengan data observasi lapangan. Debit sungai diperoleh dari perhitungan hidrologi, sedangkankomponen pasang surut diperoleh dari perhitungan menggunakan MATLAB-LP Tides BIG. Geometri sungaimenggunakan penampang sungai dari data pengukuran lapangan untuk pemodelan hidrolik yang dikombinasikandengan MERIT DEM sebagai bantarannya. Tingkat kapasitas juga mengacu pada Peraturan Kepala BNPB Nomor2 Tahun 2012. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan parameter BNPB dan PUPR. Komponen kerentanan mengacu padastudi tahun 2014 dari Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Indonesia. Periode ulangbanjir 50 tahun menunjukkan bahwa total luas area yang berisiko banjir di DAS Serayu Hilir sebesar 6,22 km2,sedangkan area dengan tingkat risiko banjir tinggi sebesar 2,2 km2. Abstract

Abstract The coastal areas of Pekalongan City face a significant threat due to flooding and tidal surges. The low, flat topography complicates the management of drainage systems, given the relatively gentle land slope. Flooding incidents frequently occur in various parts of Pekalongan City. Furthermore, the global rise in sea levels and land subsidence in the region exacerbate this issue. This study aims to model the drainage system, considering factors such as rainfall, sea level rise, and land subsidence in Pekalongan City. The modeling is conducted by integrating 2D and 1D models using the Personal Computer Storm Water Management Model (PCSWMM) software. The modeling results encompass three parameters: flood depth, flood velocity, and flood duration. Subsequently, a flood hazard map is developed based on the Flood Hazard Index, incorporating these three parameters. Recommendations to address this issue include constructing embankments and flap gates upstream in flood-affected areas, as well as modifying the drainage system to enable gravity-driven water flow downstream without the use of pumps. However, it is essential to note that these recommendations may not be effective in scenarios involving significant land subsidence. This research is anticipated to assist stakeholders in making informed decisions regarding the management of the drainage system in Pekalongan City. Abstract

 Over the past ten years, flooding has been the most frequent problem in South Sumatra Province, Indonesia. As the capital of South Sumatra Province, Palembang City faces similar problems, where Lambidaro Watershed is the watershed with the highest 25-year potential flood discharge in Palembang City. One of the causes of flooding is the lack of river channel capacity related to land erosion in the watershed. This study aims to learn the prediction of sediment volume and efforts to reduce it in the Lambidaro watershed, Palembang City. This study uses two types of modeling, namely numerical models and empirical models. The numerical model uses the HEC-RAS 6.3.1 application, while the empirical model uses the USLE and SDR equations. The input parameters of the numerical model use some data derived from field measurements. The sediment concentration and observation discharge parameters were measured three times in September 2022. The grain size distribution parameters were sampled at three locations each once in August 2022, and the cohesive parameter was sampled at one location twice in August 2022. The result of the prediction of sediment volume by the numerical model is 1,421.86 m3/year. In contrast, the result of the prediction by the empirical model is 476,941.25 m3/year. Efforts to reduce the prediction of sediment volume USLE method are in the form of applying the intercropping method. The results of the conservation study show that the efforts made can reduce the volume of sediment by 17%.Keywords:       sediment, flood, conservation, intercropping, Lambidaro
