Abstract

The Cendrawasih Wiputra Mandiri company is a cable and channel TV company located in Sorong City, precisely on Danau Maninjau road, Number 19 Rufei. This company which is engaged in broadcasting and broadcasting services continues to develop its business while maintaining the quality of its broadcasts to customers so that customers can still get satisfaction. In these companies, requests for coverage are still manual, where customers come to the office or through marketing, causing ineffective and efficient services. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based information request information system to make it easier for customers to request coverage. The system design method used is Method V with a design model using Data Flow Diagrams. The software used in this research is Adobe Photoshop as a system framework, Brackets for coding and display design, XAMPP as a database server, Composer as a place to download Laravel, and Mozilla Firefox as a browser to run the system. The results of system design in this study display the main page, login form, coverage request form, price information, coverage category information, contact information and information about us. Then the results of the system design were tested using the Blackbox and the results went well (valid).

Abstract

Email is one of the advanced features related to electronic correspondence by utilizing internet technology. One of the reasons why many people use email, because it provides an easy and fast way to send information. But email is also inseparable from security problems such as being intercepted, forged, infiltrated by viruses, spamming, mailbombing, mail relay. But email confidentiality is threatened not only by hackers, but by system administrators themselves. One way to overcome this is to encrypt the email using Gnu PG. So, the focus of this research is on email security issues as well as to create a trusted certification path. In this study, an authentication protocol is proposed that makes the certificate repository size as log2 N using the concept of Hamming Distance, convincingly to create a secure certification path from one node to another. It also provides a public key management mechanism for issuing, updating and revoking certificates between nodes based on Hamming Distance.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kampung Wisata Arborek terletak di distrik Meos Mansar, Kabupaten Raja Ampat, Provinsi Papua Barat. Kampung wisata ini memiliki luas wilayah sekitar 7 hektar dengan penghuni sekitar 40 keluarga. Masyarakat Kampung Wisata Arborek pada umumnya memiliki mata pencaharian sebagai nelayan dan pengrajin (tas dan topi). Kampung Wisata Arborek berkembang pesat sebagai pelopor diantara 18 desa yang indah di Papua Barat yang telah memulai pengembangan peraturan lokal untuk konservasi laut berbasis masyarakat. Tahun 2015, Arborek mendapatkan tempat pertama dalam kompetisi desa provinsi untuk Papua Barat, dan mendapatkan reputasi yang luar biasa diantara otoritas lokal dan komunitas internasional. Kampung Wisata Arborek umumnya telah dikenal oleh masyarakat luas, tapi hanya sebatas objek wisata yang ada pada kampung seperti snorkeling, memberi makan ikan, dan melihat ikan pari (manta) yang menjadi ikon kampung wisata ini. Namun saat ini belum adanya informasi yang lengkap dan spesifik tentang Kampung Wisata Arborek yang menonjolkan keindahan alam, kearifan lokal dan budaya kampung ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan promosi dan penyediaan informasi dengan menggunakan media informasi berbasis website. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mempromosikan Kampung Wisata Arborek agar dapat dikunjungi lebih banyak wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara, sehingga dapat berdampak pada peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat kampung wisata tersebut. Perancangan model sistem ini menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sedangkan untuk metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Waterfall. Kata kunci: arborek, kampung wisata, sistem informasi, waterfall, website. Abstract: Arborek Tourism Village is located in the Meos Mansar district, Raja Ampat Regency, West Papua Province. This tourist village has an area of about 7 hectares with about 40 families occupants. Arborek Tourism Village community in general has a livelihood as fishermen and craftsmen (bags and hats). Arborek Tourism Village is growing rapidly as a pioneer among 18 beautiful villages in West Papua that have begun the development of local regulations for community-based marine conservation. In 2015, Arborek get first place in the competition for the province of Papua Barat village, and get a remarkable reputation among local authorities and the international community. Arborek Tourism Village is generally well-known by the wider community, but only limited to existing tourist objects in the village such as snorkeling, feeding fish, and seeing stingray (manta) which is an icon of this tourist village. However, currently there is no complete and specific information about Arborek Tourism Village that emphasizes the natural beauty, local wisdom and culture of this village. Therefore, promotion and provision of information using website-based information media is needed. The purpose of this research is to promote the Arborek Tourism Village to be able to visit more local and foreign tourists, so that it can have an impact on improving the economy of the tourist village community. The design of this system model using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), while for the system design method used is Waterfall. Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi (TI) saat ini sangat berdampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, tanpa kecuali pada proses bisnis yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang mengandalkan TI dalam operasional kerja, maka perlu dilakukan proses audit yang dikerjakan oleh auditor. Tujuannya adalah untuk memastikan apakah semua pengendalian (Environmental Controls, Physical Controls, Logical Controls, IS Controls) sesuai dengan ketentuan atau prosedur yang ada, baik dalam hal keamanan gedung kantor sampai kepada aplikasi yang digunakan. Metode yang digunakan, antara lain interview, survey, review (kebijakan/prosedur), perform tests of key controls dan audit techniques (audit software and test data). Hasil yang diperoleh berupa informasi (temuan dan rekomendasi) yang dapat membantu PT. XYZ dalam kelancaran operasional sehari-hari, sehingga nantinya sistem yang ada menjadi maksimal, lebih efektif dan efisien dalam pengoperasiannya.

Abstract

Abstract. Bantul Regency is a part of Yogyakarta Special Province Province which experienced land use changes. This research aims to assess the changes of shape and level of land use, to analyze the pattern of land use changes, and to find the appropriateness of RTRW land use in Bantul District in 2011-2015. Analytical methods are employed including Geoprocessing techniques and analysis of patterns of distribution of land use changes with Spatial Autocorrelation (Global Moran's I). The results of this study of land use in 2011, there are thirty one classifications, while in 2015 there are thirty four classifications. The pattern of distribution of land use change shows that land use change in 2011-2015 has a Complete Spatial Randomness pattern. Land use suitability with the direction of area function at RTRW is 24030,406 Ha (46,995406%) and incompatibility of 27103,115 Ha or equal to 53,004593% of the total area of Bantul Regency.Keywords: Geographical Information System, Land Use, Geoprocessing, Global Moran's I, Bantul Regency. Abstrak. Kabupaten Bantul merupakan bagian dari Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang mengalami perubahan tata guna lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perubahan bentuk dan luas penggunaan lahan, menganalisis pola sebaran perubahan tata guna lahan, serta kesesuaian tata guna lahan terhadap RTRW yang terjadi di Kabupaten Bantul pada tahun 2011-2015. Metode analisis yang digunakan antara lain teknik Geoprocessing serta analisis pola sebaran perubahan tata guna lahan dengan Spatial Autocorrelation (Global Moran’s I). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan tanah pada tahun 2011, terdapat tiga puluh satu klasifikasi, sedangkan pada tahun 2015 terdapat tiga puluh empat klasifikasi. Pola sebaran perubahan tata guna lahan menunjukkan bahwa perubahan tata guna lahan tahun 2011-2015 memiliki pola Complete Spatial Randomness. Kesesuaian tata guna lahan dengan arahan fungsi kawasan pada RTRW adalah seluas 24030,406 Ha atau mencapai 46,995406 % dan ketidaksesuaian seluas 27103,115 Ha atau sebesar 53,004593 % dari total luas wilayah Kabupaten Bantul. AbstrakKarakter Alfanumerik merupakan perpaduan antara karakter huruf dan angka, karakter alfanumerik ini pun sudah dikenal dan diketahui oleh semua orang. Tetapi masalah yang dihadapi dalam kondisi ini adalah bagaimana melakukan pengenalan karakter alfanumerik dengan cepat dan tepat. Permasalahan pengenalan karakter alfanumerik dapat dicari penyelesaiannya dengan menggunakan konsep Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan (JST) dan melakukan perhitungan menggunakan Algoritma Hamming Distance. Tujuan dari perancangan perangkat lunak ini adalah untuk mengenali pola karakter dan nilai persentase kemiripan karakter dari hasil pengenalan dengan menggunakan Algoritma Hamming Distance. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah perancangan aplikasi pengenalan karakter alfanumerik dengan menggunakan Algoritma Hamming Distance. Dan telah terbukti bahwa Algoritma Hamming Distance lebih cepat dan tepat dalam melakukan pengenalan karakter alfanumerik.  Kata kunci: Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan, Hamming Distance, Segmentasi Citra

Abstract

Seiring dengan berkembangnya bisnis yang disertai persaingan yang begitu ketat, banyak sekali masalah yang timbul dan turut mempengaruhi Usaha Dagang Bintang Tiurma salah satunya terkait ketersediaan bahan baku. Keadaan seperti ini membuat Usaha Dagang Bintang Tiurma harus memperjuangkan aktivitas usahanya. Demi terjaganya perkembangan produksi, dibutuhkan tahap-tahap agar dapat mengalokasi bahan baku serta meningkatkan keuntungan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini, dapat menggunakan metode Simpleks serta software POM-QM for windows 5.0. Ditambah dengan adanya pendampingan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan untuk membantu kegiatan Usaha Dagang Bintang Tiurma. Hal ini memberikan dampak yang begitu besar kepada Usaha Dagang Bintang Tiurma karena selain menyelesaikan masalah keterbatasan bahan baku, perhitungan dengan menggunakan software POM-QM for windows 5.0. menjadi bertambah manfaatnya karena dapat digunakan untuk prediksi penjualan selama masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Samsung Partner Plaza is a company that sells smartphones and serves large-scale sales by adopting the membership and computerized systems. The company’s inventory management activities consist of the normal inventory flow direction and management, ranging from the inventory procurement, storage to sales. The company would often face a problem where it would be running out of finished goods inventory to be sold in coming months. The remaining inventory would be inadequate to meet the customer demands. Such situation, and the fact that the company has competitors both inside and outside Sorong city, might cause customers to find other companies that could meet their demands, thus reducing the company’s capacity to generate profit. Given the situation, this research was conducted to create an information system which could be used by Samsung Partner Plaza for inventory forecasting. The system would provide information regarding the correct amount of inventory which could meet the customer demands. The waterfall method was employed to develop the system whereas the exponential smoothing method was employed by the system to perform forecasting. The research produced a forecasting information system which was helpful for the company in predicting the adequate amount of inventory to be ordered to meet the customer demands. The system was tested using the Black Box testing and the results showed that all functions of the system worked well (valid).

Abstract

The Sorong Islands District Office has problems in terms of employee payroll, because it is still carried out by means of recording using an employee job record book and tax deductions, etc. So it takes a very long time to record the salaries of employees according to class and position. This problem can be solved by utilizing ICT, which is to create a payroll information system according to class or position and the deductions evenly. The method used to design this payroll information system is the waterfall method, with Unified Modeling Language (UML), Macromedia Dreamweaver CS 6 for interface design and XAMPP for database design. The purpose of this research is to be able to process all employee salary data at the Sorong Kepulauan District office in detail so that it is effective and efficient in order to produce an information system that is fast, precise, and accurate.

Abstract

Bintang Tiruma Trade Business is a Trading Business (TB) that is engaged in trade, namely the production of furniture such as minimalist doors and panel doors. Along with business development accompanied by intense competition, many problems arise and also affect TB, one of which is related to the availability of raw materials. Available raw materials have a limited amount that affects the production process. In order to maintain the development of production, it takes several stages in order to allocate raw materials and increase profits. The combination of the simplex method in processing data and the use of POM-QM software for Windows 5.0 for data analysis can be used as a solution in solving this problem. The result is that this method can speed up and simplify the calculation in determining the maximum profit obtained from the sale of minimalist doors and panel doors made within 1 (one) week. In addition, this greatly helps Bintang Tiurma TB to overcome the constraints of the availability of raw materials.
