Sudoku is a game that sharpens the brain and is very well known. But the problem faced in this condition is how we can find a solution for the completion of this game. Problems with the Sudoku game can be solved by using the concept of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Some of the algorithms that can be used are the Breadth First Search (BFS) and Depth Limited Search (DLS) algorithms. The purpose of this research is to find a solution for Sudoku and make a comparative analysis of the search results of the two algorithms. The results obtained are application design in the form of a simulation of the completion of the Sudoku game problem with two algorithms. And it has been proven from the two algorithms that DLS is more efficient and faster than BFS. While BFS itself has advantages, in terms of a more structured and systematic search system that is able to find all possible numbers in each box. In this case, if a Sudoku question has more than one answer, then BFS will find it.

Pharmacies are part of the distribution category of drug sales and purchases. The demand for drugs becomes a focal point in the distribution of customers to drugs. Employees act to prepare and record drug purchase orders for the following month. The activity of sorting the available and unavailability of drug supply data often takes a long time. Exponential smoothing method is a method of forecasting moving averages by providing easy-to-analyze weighting. Time series sales data with Exponential Smoothing forecasting method is expected to be able to handle optimal inventory for controlling drug stock inventory. The use of data for the last 6 months as reference data for recording the past for forecasting experiments for the next 3 months. Experiments with different Alpha tests for accuracy in real life. The results of the experiment with alpha 0.3 are close to the real value in forecasting the next 3 months.

As developments in the industrial sector move forward, there is more and more competition, but now there is one major barrier, namely the Covid-19 pandemic. This pandemic has forced the government to implement Large-Scale Social Restrictions and the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities. This has a negative impact on one of the small-scale businesses, namely Ibu Olan's home-based business because there is a decline in people's purchasing power which has an impact on the profit of Ibu Olan's business which is also reduced. This problem experienced by Ibu Olan has become a dynamic that is also felt by other small-scale businesses. In order for this business to continue to survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic storm, it can use one of the methods contained in the Linear Program, namely the Simplex method. The main objective of this research is to help small-scale businesses in terms of resource optimization. As a result, Ibu Olan's home-based business earns a profit of IDR 90,000,- per day from the sales of Sampoerna and Surya cigarettes. These results are used as a reference or benchmark for small businesses in terms of making decisions for business development and the main guarantee is that this method provides the best solution for problem solving.

Perkembangan dalam bidang industri semakin maju serta dampak pandemi Covid-19, membuat usaha-usaha berskala kecil harus terus bersaing dan berinovasi. Salah satunya adalah pemilik usaha Kios Ibu Olan. Ibu Olan mengalami masalah dalam memaksimalkan keuntungan dari hasil penjualan rokok. Untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan yang diperoleh Ibu Olan, maka tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Victory Sorong menawarkan pengunaan Program Linier (PL) dengan Metode Simpleks dan teknologi informasi berupa software POM-QM for windows 5.0. Selain itu tim PkM juga menerapkan pendekatan pendidikan masyarakat, dalam hal ini tim PkM melakukan pelatihan untuk menghitung bersama keuntungan dari hasil penjualan rokok. Pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran pemilik usaha sekaligus merupakan hasil akhir dari kegiatan PkM ini.Kata kunci: metode simpleks, pelaku usaha, pelatihan, software POM-QM Abstract: Developments in the industrial sector are increasingly advanced as well as the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, making small-scale businesses have to continue to compete and innovate. CV. Tanaya is one of the companies engaged in the field of suppliers, this CV buys raw materials in several Agents. The availability of goods is very influential in production planning, therefore inventory data is needed. Goods inventory data processing in the CV. Tanaya is still manual, namely for recording data using a stock card. This raises the motivation to design and conduct training in the use of information systems about inventory data items, especially in the warehouse CV. Tanaya The method used consists of two stages, the first is observation and interviews with the CV. The second stage is to carry out a community education approach, in this case training the use of the system. This aims to make it easier for companies to manage data so that it is faster, accuracy in data processing and improve accuracy in managing the entry and exit of goods stock in the warehouse of CV. PT. Cendrawasih Wiputra Mandiri (CWM) having its address at Danau Maninjau Street, Rufei No. 19 Sorong City, is a cable TV and Channel company that has a lot of demand for coverage both in the Sorong City area and outside Sorong City. However, information about the process of requesting coverage is still not optimal, this causes many customers who often cancel the process of requesting coverage due to lack of information about the process of coverage. Therefore, PT. CWM needs to take advantage of the website for business development, especially in terms of information related to coverage request services. The use of the website must be maximized by PT. CWM, many employees of PT. CWM which has not been able to operate the website for coverage requests properly. For this reason, the Community Service (PkM) team needs to educate about the use of the website. Education is an important thing and really needs to be done because with education PT. CWM employees can work more optimally, especially in terms of operating a website for coverage requests. The education carried out by the PkM team had a huge impact, because apart from teaching how to operate a website, the PkM team also shared knowledge about how to solve problems related to using the website. The main purpose of this PkM activity is to share knowledge and care for others, especially to help PT. CWM to continue to innovate and survive during the pandemic

ABSTRAKKabupaten Sorong, Papua Barat memiliki banyak pertanian. Salah satunya pertanian khusus menghasilkan produksi lemon cina dan daun jeruk purut yang dikelola oleh petani Mama Mia beralamat di kilometer 22. Petani Mama Mia sering mengalami kendala penurunan harga jual hasil pertanian yang terjadi pada bulan Februari hingga Juni. Agar pada bulan tersebut tetap mendapatkan keuntungan yang optimal maka perlu dilakukan optimasi hasil produksi, hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknologi Informasi (TI). Salah satu software yang dapat digunakan adalah POM-QM for Windows. Dalam software ini terdapat modul Pemrograman Linier (PL) dan juga metode simpleks. Software POM-QM for Windows mampu menganalisis keuntungan optimum dari setiap kali produsi selama 5 bulan. Melihat kendala yang terjadi, maka tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Universitas Victory Sorong melakukan pelatihan serta pendampingan yang berkesinambungan. Pelatihan serta pendampingan ini sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan serta kesadaran para petani. Kegiatan PkM ini juga memberikan dampak yang besar, karena selain melatih penggunaan software dapat juga mengoptimalkan hasil produksi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah sharing knowledge and care terhadap sesama dengan maksud mengoptimasi hasil produksi dan menjadikan petani lebih inovatif. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah tingkat pemahaman mitra yang meningkat pesat. Pemahaman mitra terkait menganalisis masalah meningkat menjadi 97%, pemahaman menggunakan metode simpleks meningkat menjadi 96%, pemahaman menggunakan software POM-QM juga meningkat menjadi 98% serta pemahaman terkait pemanfaatan TI meningkat menjadi 99%. Kata kunci: optimasi hasil produksi; petani; teknologi informasi; pelatihan; pendampingan. ABSTRACTSorong Regency, West Papua, has a lot of agriculture. One of them is a special farm that produces Chinese lemons and kaffir lime leaves which is managed by farmer Mama Mia, whose address is at Kilometer 22. Mama Mia's farmers often experience problems with decreasing selling prices of agricultural products that occurs from February to June. In order for that month to still get optimal profits, it is necessary to optimize production results, this can be done using Information Technology (IT). One of the software that can be used is POM-QM for Windows. In this software there is a Linear Programming (PL) module and also the simplex method. POM-QM software for Windows is able to analyze the optimum profit from each production for 5 months. Seeing the obstacles that occurred, the Community Service team at Victory Sorong University conducted training and continuous assistance. This training and assistance is very much needed to increase the knowledge and awareness of farmers. This Community Service activity also has a big impact, because in addition to training in the use of software, it can also optimize production results. The purpose of this activity is to share knowledge and care for others with the aim of optimizing production results and making farmers more innovative. The result of this activity is a rapidly increasing level of partner understanding. The understanding of partners related to analyzing problems increased to 97%, understanding using the simplex method increased to 96%, understanding using POM-QM software also increased to 98% and understanding related to IT utilization increased to 99%. Teknologi informasi (TI) merupakan salah satu hal yang tidak akan lepas dari kehidupan manusia. Tanpa adanya TI, manusia akan kesulitan untuk berkomunikasi dan menyampaikan informasi. Saat ini perkembangan TI sangat pesat, mulai dari games, video, handphone, internet, dsb. Selain itu, internet juga merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat mempengaruhi generasi milenial. Generasi milenial sangat mengandalkan media sosial sebagai tempat mendapatkan informasi. Hingga saat ini, media sosial telah menjadi platform pelaporan dan sumber berita utama bagi masyarakat. Namun hal yang perlu diperhatikan disini adalah dengan semakin mudah dan familiarnya mereka dengan internet dan menemukan berbagai macam informasi, tidak boleh mengurangi pertumbuhan verbal dan sosial anak dalam dunia nyata. GKI Efata Malanu khususnya Persekutuan Anak dan Remaja (PAR) mengadakan kegiatan Sekolah Alkitab Liburan (SAL), dimana pada kegiatan tersebut berisi sosialisasi dan ceramah dengan topik “Dampak IT Bagi Generasi Milenial”. Tujuannya yaitu agar anak dan remaja GKI Efata Malanu dapat memahami pengaruh penggunaan TI. Hal ini dilakukan sebab kurangnya pengetahuan anak dan remaja tentang dampak dari penggunaan TI. Kegiatan ini bekerja sama dengan Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Victory Sorong. Sorong City is a part of West Papua Province, Indonesia. This city is one of the cities which have been affected by the Covid-19. This research attempts to provide a solution for the Sorong City Covid-19 Task Force’s need for forecasting number of potential Covid-19 positive patients in the coming months so that faster treatment could be made. Such need has emerged due to the absence of laboratories and the increasing number of positive Covid-19 patients in the city. The absence of laboratories in the city has made the task force to send samples of presumed Covid-19 patients to the laboratories in Makassar City in order to be examined and tested. This process has been time consuming and further reducing the task force’s already reduced performance effectiveness because of the social distancing policy applied in cities in Indonesia. The forecasting methods utilized in the research were the Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing. The methods were applied using POM-QM Software for Windows Version 5. The results of the Exponential Smoothing method are better than the results of the Moving Average method in forecasting the number of possible Covid-19 patients in July. For August and September forecasts, the results of the Moving Average method are better than the results of the Exponential Smoothing method. The results from both methods could be used as reference by the Sorong City Covid-19 Task Force in making decision and establishing policy.

Shiau Printing is one of the businesses engaged in printing. This business often experiences production optimization problems, namely in terms of determining the maximum profit from the two types of products produced, namely banners and billboards. Constraints faced in the form of limited production resources, such as flexi materials. This problem can be solved by implementing linear programming using the simplex method and then testing it using the POM-QM application for Windows. Based on the results of calculations that have been made, a decision was drawn that the Shiau Printing could obtain a maximum income of IDR 15,000,000 -, / month.
