Abstract

Abstrak SMAN 1 Pare sudah cukup lama menerapkan E-learning dengan menggunakan moodle, namun “Logs” yang tersimpan di Moodle belum termanfaatkan.Dengan menggunakan metode CART, aktifitas siswa yang terekam di Logs Moodle dianalisa dan dimanfaatkan untuk memprediksi kelulusan siswa pada suatu mata pelajaran. Proses Algoritma CART adalah dengan melakukan pemilahan untuk setiap decision node menjadi dua cabang yang digunakan untuk membentuk candidate split. Selanjutnya dipilih Candidate split untuk penyusunan inisial partisi pada root node dan decision node berikutnya, adapun kriteria pemilihan tersebut berdasarkan nilai goodness of split yang terbesar. Penerapan Algoritma CART ini diujikan pada dua kategori data, yaitu data training dan data testing dengan perbandingan 80:20, dan diperoleh hasil pada data training dengan tingkat akurasi 75,9%. Adapun pada data testing diperoleh hasil dengan tingkat akurasi 78,43%. Kata kunci:Logs, Moodle, CART, data training, data testing. Abstract

Abstrak Pencapaian kompetensi lulusan siap kerja industri dari mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Jurusan Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Surabaya diwajibkan menempuh mata kuliah Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL). Pelaksanaan kegiatan mata kuliah PKL di dunia industri untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan mahasiswa mencapai bidang yang di tekuni. Pelaksanaan PKL dalam kenyataannya banyak mahasiswa yang tidak menyelesaikan tepat waktu selama satu semester atau ditentukan 132 hari, waktu tersebut dikurangi dengan mata kuliah merencana 2 SKS dan teori 4 SKS. Ada beberapa tahapan penyelesaian PKL yakni: persiapan 14 hari, pelaksanaan 400 jam atau 60 hari, pelaporan 14 hari, dan evaluasi 2 minggu+ 1 bulan atau 44 hari. Pendekatan yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian tentang Evaluasi Lama Waktu Penyelesaian Mata PKL Periode 2016/2017 Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang telah dianalisis dan dihasilkan ada 4 mahasiswa menyelesaikan PKL sesuai panduan dengan lama waktu kurang dari 132 hari. 23 mahasiswa lainnya tidak menyelesaikan PKL sesuai panduan dengan lama waktu lebih dari 132 hari karena hambatan terbesar pada tahap evaluasi yaitu mencakup penyelesaian laporan setelah seminar PKL sampai selesai revisi PKL. . Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Lama waktu penyelesaian PKL. Abstract Achievement of industry-ready graduates competencies from students of Building Engineering Education Study Program Civil Engineering Department of the State University of Surabaya is required to take Field Work Practice (PKL) courses. The implementation of PKL course activities in the industrial world to improve the skills of students to reach the field under study. The implementation of street vendors in reality many students do not complete on time for one semester or are determined 132 days, the time is reduced by the 2 SKS planning courses and 4 SKS theory. There are several stages of PKL completion, namely: preparation for 14 days, implementation of 400 hours or 60 days, reporting for 14 days, and evaluation of 2 weeks + 1 month or 44 days. The approach used in this research is quantitative descriptive. This research analysis uses frequency distribution. Based on the research data about the Evaluation of the Length of PKL Period 2016/2017 at Surabaya State University Period that has been analyzed and produced there are 4 students completing street vendors according to the guidelines with a duration of less than 132 days. 23 other students did not complete street vendors according to the guidelines with a duration of more than 132 days because the biggest obstacle at the evaluation stage was includes the completion of the report after the PKL seminar until the PKL revision is complete. . Abstract

Bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa asing pertama di Indonesia yang dianggap penting dalam transfer dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, seni serta membangun hubungan antar negara. Tujuan pengajaran bahasa Inggris di SMA Islam adalah untuk mengembangkan empat keterampilan berbahasa: mendengarkan, berbicara, membaca dan menulis. Pengajaran keempat keterampilan berbahasa tersebut dapat dilakukan secara integratif untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Kurangnya perhatian terhadap keterampilan berbahasa tertentu dapat menyebabkan penguasaan bahasa Inggris siswa tidak seimbang. Namun, selain menggunakan model pengajaran biasa, untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dan menciptakan situasi proses belajar mengajar yang menyenangkan, disarankan bagi guru bahasa Inggris untuk membuat variasi pengajaran dengan menggunakan model tertentu yang menurutnya cocok untuk siswa. Salah satu model pengajaran bahasa Inggris adalah metode praktis berdasarkan turnamen permainan tim. Model ini dianggap menyenangkan karena merupakan kombinasi lucu antara kolaborasi, permainan, dan turnamen. Berdasarkan alasan tersebut, peneliti ingin mempelajari tentang “Implementasi Metode Praktis Berbasis Pendekatan Team Games Tournament (TGT) dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris pada Siswa Kelas Sepuluh di MA Al-Hidayah Jenu – Tuban. Penelitian ini berbentuk analisis deskriptif yang artinya peneliti menguraikan apa yang ditemukannya di dalam kelas dan mengungkapkannya untuk membuktikan kebenaran asumsinya. Ia mencoba mencari data dan mengolahnya serta hanya menjelaskan temuannya. Dia menganalisis dan menjelaskan tentang penerapan metode praktis berdasarkan turnamen permainan tim (TGT) dalam pengajaran bahasa Inggris. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis dan metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Artinya, ia hanya memaparkan data penelitian dan temuan penelitian dalam bentuk tulisan, kalimat, dan paragraf; dia tidak mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis yang berbentuk angka. Hasil penerapan metode praktik berbasis turnamen permainan tim dalam pengajaran bahasa Inggris adalah positif dan bermanfaat.

Abstract

Bahasa Inggris adalah bahasa asing yang di anggap penting dalam mentransfer dan mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan tekhnologi serta membangun hubungan antar bangsa. Tujuan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di PTKIS adalah untuk membekali mahasiswa empat kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang meliptui Listening, Reading, Speaking dan Writing. Pengajaran keempat kemampuan tersebut di berikan secara integratif akan tetapi pada jenjang tertentu perlu ada penekanan pada kemampuan tertentu misalnya speaking dan writing dengan metode dan pendekatan tertentu. Salah satu metode dan pendekatan belajar bahasa Inggris khususnya Writing adalah metode praktis berbasis pendekatan informal. Model pembelajaran ini di dasarkan pada fenomena ddi mana mahasiswa pada saat belajar bahasa Inggris dengan disiplin dan aturan yang ketat hasil yang tampak ternyata kurang memuaskan. Maka di cobalah dengan menerapkan metode praktis berbasis pendekatan informal pada pembelajaran paragraph writing. Peneliti menggunakan paragraph writing karena ini merupakan dasar unttuk dapat menulis esei berbahasa Inggris dengan baik dan benar. Maka dari itu peneliti mengambil judul “Implementasi Metode Praktis Berbasis Pendekatan Informal pada Pembelajaran Paragraph Writing Mahasiswa Semster III Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah Institut Agama Islam Nahdlatul Ulama Tuban.” Jenis Penelitian ini Kualitatif dan bentuknya studi kasus. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini fenomenologis dan metode penelitiannya Deskriptif-Kualitatif. Peneliti, berharap hasil penelitian inni bermanfaat bagi semua pihak terutama bagi mahasiswa Prodi PAI IAINU TUBAN. Peneliti, hanya mendeskripsikan saja hasil temuan penelitian di dalam kelas di mana ternyata mahasiswa lebih suka di ajak praktek berbahasa Inggris terutama Writing dengan santai, tidak tertekan oleh keadaan dan waktu. Disamping itu, peneliti juga sudah membekali pengetahuan tentang paragraf, jenis-jenis tulisan dan langkah-langkah dalam menulis paragraph writing sehingga akan menghasilkan pembelajaran yang dapat di tindaklanjuti dengan belajar secara otodidak di rumah dan hasilnya di harapkan akan maksimal.

Abstract

The Supervision Role of the SD Head in providing quality learning for Islamic Religion SD Binangun 1 SinggahanTuban. Based on the background of the problem, this research is expected to provide answers to the formulation of the problem (1) How is the supervision carried out by the Head of SD Binangun 1 Singgahan? (2) What is the supervisory role of the madrasah head in improving the quality of Islamic learning at Binangun 1 Singgahan Elementary School in the 2021/2022 Academic Year? This research is a qualitative research. From the results of this study it was found that (1) The implementation of the supervision of the elementary school head in Islamic learning at Binangun 1 Singgahan Elementary School includes: first, the process of supervision, supervision is carried out 2 times in one semester. Second, monitoring the readiness of learning, before the teacher starts learning the head of the madrasa checks the learning tools. (2) The supervisory role of the SD head to improve the quality of learning Islamic religion at Binangun 1 Singgahan Elementary School cannot be separated from the role of the madrasa head in carrying out his duties as a supervisor and the role of a teacher as a learning implementer.

Abstract

Abstract English is an international language used by most people in the world, so being able to speak English is a mandatory skill. Responding to this urgency, the Indonesian government has set a policy so that English is taught since Elementary School as local content. Learning English at the elementary school level is considered difficult and demands teacher competence and requires innovative strategies, methods, and media. Interesting media such as animated videos are still quite rarely used in elementary schools, especially in rural areas. SDN Sendanghaji is one of the schools that tries to apply this method despite the limited facilities owned by the school. In this case, this study aims to describe how teachers teach, what approaches, strategies, methods and media they use during the teaching and learning process. This research is a qualitative research in the form of a case study. The approach in this study is a phenomenological approach where researchers observe phenomena and facts during English learning and then describe them. The data in this study are in the form of lesson plans and facts that occur in the classroom and data sources are taken from facts and phenomena in the classroom and from the books used. The results of the study indicate that teachers have taught students well and successfully. Teachers use lecture, Q&A or discussion methods and role-playing; teachers apply scientific approaches and learning models to explore potential; teachers use animated video media supported by textbooks such as Student's Book My Next Words, Smart English Book and Grow with English; teachers use supporting equipment such as LCD Projectors and others, and are able to manage classes and learning time well. Students are enthusiastic about following lessons; they are motivated to practice and do homework and are able to understand the lessons very well.

Abstract

Teaching English at Islamic Junior High School in the digital era needs habit and Information-Technology knowledge, therefore English teacher must be able to keep up with the times. He must also use suitable materials, method, strategy and modern- attractive media. However, digital media like animated video is rarely used in the suburban private Secondary School like Islamic Junior High School, MTs. Maarif NU Tuban because of the limited facility the school has. Because of it, the researcher is interested to discuss it by choosing the title of research, “Implementation of Animated Video-Based English Learning for Seventh Graders: A Case Study at MTs. Maarif NU Tuban.” The researcher wants to know and to describe how the teacher teaches, what approach, strategy, method and media he uses during the process of teaching and learning. The research is qualitative research in form of case study. The approach he uses is phenomenological approach in which the researcher observes the facts and phenomena during the teaching of English and he then describes them. The data is in form of information from the teacher, teaching guideline, animated video and the facts happening in the classroom during the learning of English and the source of data is taken from You tube, interview with the teacher and from the guide books. The method of research is descriptive-qualitative method meaning the researcher just describes his data and his finding during the process of teaching-learning. The result of the research shows that teacher has taught the students well and successfully. He uses the method of speech, Q and A /discussion and role play; he applies scientific approach, and model of discovery learning; he uses learning media of animated videos supported by Guide books or handbooks he has determined, instrument of learning LCD Projector or handphone, and manages the class and time of learning well. The students are enthusiastic to join the lesson, motivated to train, do the homeworks and can understand the lesson optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of job insecurity and job stress on Turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable among employees of PT. Bank Muamalat branch in Yogyakarta. A total of 36 employees were selected as samples using the simple random sampling method. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) measurements in Smart PLS 3.2.9. The test results indicate that job insecurity has a positive and significant impact on Turnover intention, while it does not have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Job stress has a positive and significant impact on Turnover intention but does not have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant impact on Turnover intention. Additionally, job insecurity and job stress have a positive and significant impact on Turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Making ecoprints to improve skills in using natural materials in learning arts and culture and crafts for elementary school children in Kalijambe, Sragen. Making this ecoprint means that the motifs produced on each fabric have different colors and patterns even though they use the same type of plant leaves. This is due to several factors, the relatively different shapes of the leaves. The introduction of ecoprinting to elementary school children creates a creative experience in learning arts and culture and crafts. Another contribution that can be achieved from this training is the growth of students' awareness of the potential of the environment and the desire to preserve nature. Ecoprint work training also provides real and meaningful learning experiences. Exploring the variety of natural materials around, especially leaves, adds value to aesthetic sensitivity. Apart from that, ecoprints also have quite a lot of selling value.
