Abstract

This study aimed to determine trends in scientific publications and map the scope of thematic research in the field of Physical Education, especially for articles published in reputable international journals (Scopus) writen by Indonesian authors. The research process was focused on the following questions: (1) how is the productivity of Physical Education publications developing in Indonesia?; (2) who are the main contributors (author, University, and name of publication) for the published publications?; (3) what are the thematic areas that attract the most attention of academics?; and (4) what topics are emerging in the field of publication?. It’s used the Scopus database as the source of bibliometric analysis data for the research sampling process. The samples were 55 articles found through keyword "physical education" in the "article title" published in international journals indexed by Scopus. This study applied keyword co-occurrence analysis to identify and explore the main thematic areas and topics that appeared in publications. The VOSviewer software was used to support the analysis process and visualize findings. The results of the study show that physical education is a research area that still needs to be developed, referring to the productivity of publications from 2013 to 2020, which the range of publication was still below 15 per year. The collected research results were scattered in the fields of engineering studies (21), social sciences (18), and materials science (14). The main contributor of the publication was Indonesian University of Education (24). The most prolific author was Tedi Supriyadi from the Indonesian University of Education. In the Physical Education publications, six major thematic groups were identified, namely: (1) physical activity of school pupils; (2) sports; (3) Physical Education; (4) health; (5) education; and (6) creativity. This study conveyed to public that the mapping using bibliometric analysis contributes to a better understanding of the development patterns of publications in the field of Physical Education. By finding thematic areas and topics appearing in publications, this study conveys information of important issues for further research and theory development as well as for educational practice or application.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low fundamental movement skills possessed by students today. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the movement education model program on improving fundamental movement skills. The method in this research is experimental with the use of one group pre-test and post-test design. The subjects came from 101 students at Al-Azami Junior High School, then they were selected in a random cluster and the students in grades VII-A and VIII-B were selected (N=41). The Fundamental Movement Skill instrument uses locomotor, object-control and stability tests. The movement education model intervention program was carried out for 9 meetings. Data analysis using the SPSS application which aims to find the minimum, maximum, mean and standard deviation, normality, homogeneity and paired sample t-test values. The main findings show that there is an influence of the movement education model on the improvement of fundamental movement skills (P <0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the movement education model learning that is integrated into physical education is proven to be able to change fundamental movement skills for the better than before.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to identify and analyze the anthropometric and biomotor skills of athletes with disabilities in sitting volleyball in terms of injury characteristics and quality of physical condition. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis technique with the help of SPSS version 24.0 application. The results of this study indicated that anthropometric and biomotor in terms of injury characteristics and quality of physical condition as an important component to improve the performance of seated volleyball athletes in terms of injury characteristics and quality of physical condition. In conclusion, to improve the performance and achievement of athletes, one of them is to identify injuries and the quality of physical conditions. Abstract

Perluasan kesempatan belajar dan persepsi keliru serta kecenderungan mendiskriminasikan anak penyandang disabilitas merupakan persoalan serius yang dihadapi oleh Desa Kromengan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mewujudkan aksesibilitas dan kesetaraan hak untuk memperoleh pendidikan yang layak bagi anak disabiltas dalam bentuk rintisan kelompok belajar di Desa Kromengan, Kecamatan Kromengan, Kabupaten Malang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan diantaranya melakukan pendataan dan verifikasi data anak disabilitas usia sekolah yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi pentingnya pendidikan bagi anak disabilitas serta memberikan pendampingan langsung dalam bentuk kelompok belajar kepada anak-anak disabilitas. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah teridentifikasinya sejumlah anak disabilitas usia sekolah; berhasil memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya pendidikan bagi anak disabilitas bagi orang tua dan seluruh komponen masyarakat; dan terwujudnya rintisan kelompok belajar bagi anak usia sekolah di Desa Kromengan. Kegiatan ini berdampak sangat besar dalam mewujudkan kepedulian masyarakat Desa Kromengan terhadap layanan pendidikan anak disabilitas usia sekolah dan mewujudkan kesempatan serta wadah belajar bagi anak disabilitas, sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan taraf pendidikan dan kesejahteraan bagi anak disabilitas di Desa Kromengan.

Abstract

Terjadi penurunan kondisi fisik pada atlet bola voli Paralympic Indonesia secara drastis di era saat ini, sehingga hal tersebut berdampak kepada penurunan performa atlet khususnya berkaitan dengan servis atas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis korelasi antara kekuatan otot bahu dan daya ledak otot lengan terhadap keterampilan servis atas atlet bola voli duduk Paralimpiade Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet bola voli putri yang duduk di Paralympic Indonesia yang berjumlah 12 orang putri. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui tes servis atas kepada sasaran angka. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi berganda pada taraf signifikan 0.05. Analisis data secara keseluruhan menggunakan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian adalah menunjukan bahwa ada korelasi antara kekuatan otot bahu terhadap keterampilan servis atas atlet, ada korelasi antara daya ledak otot lengan terhadap servis atas atlet, dan ada korelasi antara kekuatan otot bahu dan daya ledak otot lengan secara simultan terhadap servis atas atlet sitting volleyball Paralimpiade Indonesia. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk memiliki servis atas yang optimal, maka atlet harus memperhatikan faktor kondisi fisik kekuatan otot bahu dan daya ledak otot lengan, karena kedua aspek tersebut sangat berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap performa servis atas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes in the long jump squat style class VII B SMP Negeri 8 Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018.This study is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles, and each cycle consists of 2 meetings. Research subjects of students of class VII B, amounting to 32 students. The data source comes from students, teachers, andresearchers. Data collection techniques use tests and observations. Data validityis by using data triangulation technique. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis technique using percentage technique.The results of data analysis showed an increase learning outcomes long jump squat style as follows. The percentage of completeness in the pre-cycles is 31.25%or 10 students, unfinished 68.75% or 22 students. The percentage of completeness in the first cycle is 46.88% or 15 students, untargets 53.12% or 17 students. While on the percentage of completeness in the second cycle is 81.25% or 26 students, untargets 18.75% or 6 students. Learning outcomes long jump squat style has reached a target attainment of 80%.Based on the analysis above it can be concluded; that the application of the method of approach play can improve learning outcomes in the long jump squat style class VII B SMP Negeri 8 Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in the temporary suspension of the training centering system which has resulted in complex decisions relating to the continuation of training activities in accordance with existing circumstances. This paper aims to provide education and guidance in the implementation of regular exercise programs that must be realized as a solution to minimize the occurrence of COVID-19 transmission in the regular training process as well as provide understanding to the main sports branch management, coaches and athletes in carrying out regular training programs. This study uses a literature review method where the researcher conducts a series of studies by reviewing and analyzing various content and data, which involves various kinds of information related to the implementation of the training centering system in the new normal era. There are 4 key principles in the re-implementation of the training process on a regular basis or training camps, including preparation for resumption of training, criteria for training commencement, assessments and guidelines that serve as a reference for the implementation of training camps, as well as management and strategies for mitigating COVID-19 risks at training camps.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan kegiatan ini adalah melakukan dengan menerapkan hasil penelitian untuk pemecahan permasalahan yang terkait dengan penerapan ilmu kepelatihan olahraga yang diprioritaskan pada pembenahan kondisi fisik serta bersama-sama meyakini adanya perubahan peningkatan prestasi atlet sebagai hasil tindakan penerapan iptek dalam program latihan pada cabor yang bersangkutan. Metode tindakan digunakan untuk mengetahui penerapan berbagai aspek performa fisik sehubungan dengan latihan setelah merefleksikan dalam beberapa episode pelatihan melalui program latihan yang disusun oleh pelatih. Secara lebih spesifik kegiatan ini dibagi menjadi empat tahapan utama, diantaranya: perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi/evaluasi. Pelatih merasakan dampak yang sangat luar biasa dengan adanya pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh akademisi dalam hal penyusunan dan pengembangan program latihan serta adanya pendampingan terhadap pelaksanaan latihan yang dilakukan selama masa persiapan atlet menuju Asean Para Games 2020. Berdasarkan perspektif atlet, pendampingan ini juga dianggap berhasil karena memberikan kesadaran penuh kepada atlet tentang dasar-dasar program latihan sehingga secara mandiri mereka dapat mereka melaksanakan latihan dan merasakan manfaat latihan yang telah disusun oleh pelatih dan kolaborator.Kata kunci: disabilitas, latihan, fisik, sitting volleyball.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the training patterns of seated volleyball athletes for the Indonesian national team. All members of the Indonesian seated volleyball national team participated in filling out a questionnaire consisting of sports participation, exercise intensity and volume, the impact of COVID-19 on exercise patterns, and training support infrastructure. A total of 11 athletes who were all male with an average age of 31.91 (± 7.43) had completed the questionnaire in the period July to August 2020. Most of the athletes practiced 5 times per week (73%) which was carried out in the morning and evening. in the afternoon (36%), they do exercises with direct guidance from online trainers both synchronously and asynchronously (82%). Athletes also feel that they experience a reduction in exercise volume and intensity (45%) compared to when they were at the national training center. Most athletes (82%) felt that they had experienced a decline in their physical condition. it is very clear that the COVID-19 pandemic is having a huge impact on the training patterns of seated volleyball athletes, they must focus more on maintaining their training to maximize their fitness so that they perform optimally when competition resumes.

Abstract

Evaluasi pengajaran merupakan langkah yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran, meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran guru, dan mencapai pengelolaan pembelajaran yang ilmiah dan sistematis. Studi ini menggali informasi yang berkaitan dengan proses belajar mengajar melalui evaluasi ekstensif pada matakuliah bermain dan permainan anak Sekolah Dasar yang menjadi salah satu matakuliah di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Mataram. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif eksploratif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan suatu keadaan tertentu dari objek yang akan diteliti. Secara lebih khusus penelitian ini akan menggambarkan kondisi apa adanya tentang evaluasi proses belajar mengajar (PBM) pada matakuliah bermain dan permainan anak SD di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Mataram. Hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan pada matakuliah ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh rangkaian proses belajar yang dilakukan telah dirasakan sangat baik dan bermakna oleh mahasiswa. Seluruh proses belajar mengajar yang dikemas dalam bentuk pembelajaran aktif (active learning) dengan memadukan teori dan praktik dapat dipertanggungjawabkan efekivitas dan efisiensinya serta dapat terlaksana dengan terarah dan terukur sesuai dengan Standar Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan (SCPL) yang termaktub pada matakuliah bermain dan permainan anak Sekolah Dasar.
