Social media use has increased significantly in recent years, including the YouTube platform. The phenomenon allows religious organizations such as the Lampung Province Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) to convey religious messages to the wider community. There are various understandings, approaches, and different interpretations of Islamic teachings. This diversity often results in division and tension, increasing the potential for intolerance and radicalism. This article is qualitatively descriptive in analyzing the implementation of religious moderation on the â€œMUI Lampungâ€ YouTube channel; how MUI Lampung constructed lectures on religious moderation from March 2020 to September 2021. This research aims to discover, describe, and analyze the content of religious moderation da'wah conducted by MUI Lampung using Teun A. Van Dijk's discourse analysis. The conclusions of this study are: (1) Lampung MUI packages da'wah videos by inserting the notion of moderation; (2) in each content of its YouTube channel, MUI Lampung provides support to the government in applying moderation to the community; (3) the affiliation of organizational power in conveying moderation discourse influences the ulema in conveying his da'wah.

This article discusses the value of da'wah based on local wisdom in the tradition of the paliare ceremony in Lampung province, considering that the community has local wisdom values and has a reciprocal relationship. The diversity of society that influences cultural diversity in the form of Semende community rituals based on local wisdom is closely related to community life, community relations, and life search systems, safety and happiness. One of the elements of culture and belief that is still preserved in the people of Lampung province is a traditional ceremony carried out in the form of a sacred event showing local wisdom in the tradition of the Pangku Paliare ceremony which is held every year on 25 Muharram. The formulation in this study is how the tradition of the Pangku Paliare ceremony and how the values of da'wah in the Pangku Paliare Ceremony Tradition. This type of research is qualitative research using the methods of observation, interview, documentation. This study succeeded in describing the value of da'wah appearing in local wisdom in the pangku paliare upacra tradition, namely in the value of silahtuhrahmi, worship, and helping.

The empowerment of religious moderation based on local wisdom in Pujodadi Village, Negeri Katon District, Pesawaran Regency, is an important effort to strengthen religious harmony by utilizing traditions maintained for generations by the local community. There is a value of local wisdom in Lampung culture called the Pill Pesenggiri culture, which means upholding the values of dignity, dignity, and self-esteem in running the social system. The value of piil pesenggiri consists of four value terms: Juluk Adok, Nemui Nyimah, Sakai Sambayan, and Nengah Nyappur. The Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach is applied by identifying and utilizing community assets such as religious leaders, traditional leaders, places of worship, and local values to hold joint activities, develop tolerance education programs, and provide training to community leaders. Collaboration between various community groups, religions, cultures, governments, and related stakeholders is very important in this process. The main purpose of this service is to increase religious tolerance and harmony, strengthen community capacity in resolving conflicts, increase community participation, and preserve local wisdom as the foundation for harmony and tolerance between religious communities. With this approach, it is hoped that a more tolerant and harmonious society can be created in carrying out religious life, as well as ensuring the sustainability of religious moderation programs that have a positive impact on the local community.

Along with the development of the times and technology, of course there are many things that must be addressed in carrying out da'wah activities so that they are in accordance with the development of today's society. This includes the use of various existing media for da'wah purposes, both in print, internet and electronic media which are considered more effective and efficient in conveying da'wah messages, one of which is film. The focus of the problem to be studied is what are the da'wah messages contained in the film Tilik Karya Wahyu Agung Prasetyo. The purpose of this study was to determine the messages of da'wah contained in the film. This study uses a qualitative method. This type of research is library research. The data were then analyzed using Roland Barthes' Semiotics which emphasized two levels of signification, namely the denotation stage and the connotation stage. The results of this study indicate that the Tilik film contains da'wah messages which include creed, sharia, and morals.

Communication provides the delivery of messages or information between librarians and users in order to produce good communication. Library is a place to get information from a librarian according to the needs of the visitors so that an effective communication process can occur. To carry out good communication between librarians and users, a vertical and horizontal communication is needed, each of which has a different purpose. Vertical communication consists of downward and upward communication, downward communication, namely communication that conveys messages between leaders and subordinates, while upward communication is communication between subordinates and superiors and horizontal communication is horizontal or sideways communication between coworkers. The research method uses an analytical method that provides ideas and data collection in research, in library services with a more Islamic perspective, librarians believe in prophetic values in the form of communication delivered through the Koran. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi desain komunikasi dalam perpustakaan dari perspektif teoritis. Fokusnya pada bagaimana teori komunikasi dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi di perpustakaan. Pendekatan yang dipakai literature review, penelitian ini menganalisis elemen-elemen penting dalam desain komunikasi, seperti komunikator, pesan, saluran, penerima, dan umpan balik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan pencarian berbasis website di Scopus, Google Scholar, Garba Rujukan Digital (Garuda), DOAJ, dan EBSCOHost. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pustakawan memiliki peran sentral sebagai komunikator utama, sementara pesan dan saluran komunikasi perlu dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pemustaka untuk memastikan keberhasilan penyampaian informasi. Teori komunikasi seperti model Shannon-Weaver, paradigma Lasswell, dan teori media richness terbukti relevan untuk memahami dan meningkatkan proses komunikasi di perpustakaan. Selain itu, teknologi informasi seperti media sosial dan email perpustakaan, telah menjadi alat penting dalam mendukung desain komunikasi modern. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan pustakawan dalam keterampilan komunikasi dan penerapan strategi berbasis teori untuk menciptakan komunikasi yang lebih inklusif dan efektif. Dengan menawarkan kerangka konseptual yang kuat, studi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan desain komunikasi perpustakaan di era digital.Communication Design in Library Science from a Theoretical Perspective. This research explores communication design in libraries from a theoretical perspective. It focuses on how communication theory can improve library communication effectiveness. Using a literature review approach, this research analyzes important elements in communication design, such as communicator, message, channel, receiver, and feedback. Data collection was done by conducting web-based searches on Scopus, Google Scholar, Garba Rujukan Digital (Garuda), DOAJ, and EBSCOHost. The results show that librarians have a central role as the main communicator, while messages and communication channels need to be designed according to the needs of the users to ensure the successful delivery of information. Communication theories such as the Shannon-Weaver model, Lasswell's paradigm, and media richness theory prove relevant to understanding and improving the communication process in libraries. In addition, information technologies such as social media and library email, have become important tools in supporting modern communication design. This research recommends training librarians in communication skills and implementing theory-based strategies to create more inclusive and effective communication. By offering a strong conceptual framework, this study contributes to the development of library communication design in the digital age.

Seorang pustakawan memilki peranan penting dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan. Tidak adanya kemampuan pustakawan untuk berkomunikasi secara interpersonal adalah salah satu alasan mengapa pemustaka tidak puas dengan layanan perpustakaan. Untuk memberikan layanan yang baik dan memuaskan pengunjung, pustakawan harus mampu berperan secara aktif menjadi sumber informasi bagi pemustaka, sehingga pemustaka merasa nyaman dan puas dengan layanan yang diberikan perpustakaan. Akibatnya, pustakawan diharuskan untuk dapat berkomunikasi dengan orang lain. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah kajian studi literatur dengan metode Systemic Literature Review (SLR) pada database Google Scholar dalam rentang waktu lima tahun terakhir. Adapun hasil penelitian ini, menemukan bahwa adanya integrasi antara kemampuan komunikasi Interpersonal, pustakwan, dan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal pustakawan pada artikel-artikel yang telah dipublikasi ini. Oleh karena itu, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa sebuah perpustakaan yang baik adalah pustaka yang mampu memuaskan hasrat pembaca tidak hanya dari sisi kelengkapan buku yang akan dibaca, akan tetapi, juga memiliki kemampuan dalam berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam pelayanannya. A librarian plays an important role in library management. Librarians' lack of ability to communicate interpersonally is one of the reasons why visitors are not satisfied with library services. To provide a good service and satisfy visitors, librarians must be able to play an active role as a source of information for visitors so that they feel comfortable and satisfied with the services provided by the library. As a result, librarians are required to be able to communicate with others. This research is a literature review using the Systemic Literature Review (SLR) method on the Google Scholar database within the last five years. The results of this study found an integration between Interpersonal communication skills, librarians, and librarians' interpersonal communication skills in these published articles. Therefore, the author concludes that a good library is a library that can satisfy the desires of readers not only in terms of the completeness of books to be read but also can communicate well in its services.

Da'wah and society are complementary sides of the coin in the process of Islamic da'wah. Da'i and the community who are both elements of da'wah become vital objects in the process of success of da'wah. Da'wah that is oriented to an individual piety and generally social must pay attention to things that are very urgent, namely the local wisdom of the local community. For example in the hegemony of the struggle and the long journey of da'wah in Indonesia, which lives with the heterogeneity of society and the majority is Muslim and has religious characteristics. Differences in race, ethnicity, culture, ethnicity, language, and accent from various regions are used as the foundation and fundamental value of religious religiosity as a belief. As a form of purification and for the effectiveness of the implementation of da'wah, every da'wah interpreter or dai must rely on the texts of the Qur'an and Hadith. Expertise in an effort to respond to the conditions of the community that he will preach is a form and management of da'wah that must be organized from a da'wah interpreter. In addition, the Indonesian people have a plural society structure. Then if every dai or da'wah interpreter pays attention to the conditions of this very pluralistic society, it will certainly affect all kinds of da'wah strategies that will be launched to the community. The needs and desires of the diverse plural society in discussing religion must be considered and able to be captured by the da'wah interpreter in concocting his da'wah so that it reaches a pluralistic society like Indonesia. And such da'wah should be a special concern of da'wah activists and each da'i is expected to be able to carry out his da'wah to be able to maximize the aspect of religious development for the people. So there are various Islamic studies that can be used as a stepping stone in determining the direction of da'wah, especially in Islamic society and in general pluralistic society in Indonesia. The conception of da'wah that includes the social, cultural, emotional arguments of the community is expected to be able to answer all the challenges of da'wah in the pluralistic body of society. It is used as a form to build an ideal society khoirul ummah as a form of manifestation of the development of the ummah firmly. The nature of Islam that the lil a'lamin is felt to be enough can be an injection that the empowerment of the Muslim community both mentally and spiritually in the effort to realize the welfare and unity of the ummah is very appropriate. Other forms are religious social and national social. These are the pluralistic values â€‹â€‹embraced by the majority of Indonesian society.

Interpersonal communication activities occur in various places, also in the world of libraries, how is the relationship between librarians and users and vice versa. Observations made in this paper regarding interpersonal communication activities of librarians to improve the work ethic carried out in the library environment at MTs N 2 Bandar Lampung, which include interpersonal communication activities between librarians and users, interpersonal communication between librarians and educators, interpersonal communication between librarians and educators. The head of the library with the librarian, and interpersonal communication between the librarian, the head of the library, and the principal. In addition, this study also discusses interpersonal communication in Islam. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis to see interpersonal communication activities carried out by librarians, using data collection methods by interviewing librarians in the library of MTs N 2 Bandar Lampung, observing and practicing directly by carrying out practical lectures, as well as documentation in the form of photos of research activities, besides that this writing uses the library research method & obtains data from reading books. The results of this observation and research are that interpersonal communication activities that occur in the library are intertwined both between librarians and users and between librarians with one another, as well as the consequences if there is a lack of interpersonal communication that occurs in the library on the librarian’s work ethic.Keywords: interpersonal communication, work ethic, librarianABSTRAKAktivitas komunikasi interpersonal terjadi diberbagai tempat, tidak luput juga pada dunia perpustakaan, hubungan antara pustakawan dan pemustaka maupun sebaliknya. Pengamatan yang dilakukan pada tulisan ini mengenai aktivitas komunikasi interpersonal pustakawan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan etos kerja yang dilakukan pada lingkungan perpustakaan di MTs N 2 Bandar Lampung, yang meliputi aktivitas komunikasi interpersonal antara pustakawan dengan pemustaka; komunikasi interpersonal antara pustakawan dengan tenaga pendidik; komunikasi interpersonal antara kepala perpustakaan dengan pustakawan; dan komunikasi interpersonal antara pustakawan, kepala perpustakaan, dengan kepala sekolah. Selain itu dalam penelitian ini juga dibahas mengenai komunikasi interpersonal dalam Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah dengan metode kaualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif untuk melihat aktifitas komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan pustakawan, menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara mewawancarai secara langsung pustakawan yang ada di perpustakaan MTs N 2 Bandar Lampung, mengamati dan melakukan praktek secara langsung dengan melaksanakan kuliah praktik, serta dokumentasi berupa foto kegiatan hasil penelitian, selain itu juga penulisan ini menggunakan metode library research dan memperoleh data dari buku bacaan. Hasil dari pengamatan dan penelitian ini yaitu aktivitas komunikasi interpersonal yang terjadi di perpustakaan tersebut terjalin baik antara pustakawan dengan pemustaka maupun antara pustakawan satu dengan yang lain, serta akibat jika kurangnya komunikasi interpersonal yang terjadi di perpustakaan terhadap etos kerja pustakawan.
