Abstract

The development of information technology in the digital era 4.0 continues towards the era of society 5.0, providing a variety of innovations and benefits for the community, especially career women. The social era of society 5.0 is a concept that defines technology and humans will coexist sustainably, improving the standard of living. However, limited people realize that social media can be used as a medium to create professional personal branding. This study aims to determine the use of social media in building personal branding for career women in the era of society 5.0. This research uses the Library Research Method and data collection based on previous research and journal. This study confirmed that Personal branding is crucial for self-promotion and support achievement for career women, specifically in the era of Society 5.0. The primary strategy to develop personal branding for career women is to utilize social media. Building strong personal branding on social media will make it easier for us to be known, both individually and in a professional scope. People can easily see our work, expertise, and achievements through social media that is automatically connected worldwide. 0 social media has a massive role in building someone's branding, including for a woman. Building strong personal branding on social media will make it easier for us to be known, both individually and in a professional scope. Social media lets people easily regard our work, expertise, and achievements worldwide.

Abstract

This Study aims to describe role of Information Communication Technology (ICT) as a Library Service Media began to be carried out by the Diniyyah Lampung Institute of Technology and Science (INSTIDLA) as a form of adjustment to the development and needs of students in the current era of Society 5.0. This study aims to determine the influence of information and communication technology on INSTIDLA library services. This research uses a qualitative method with an analytical descriptive approach where the role of ICT is explained comprehensively in the INSTIDLA Library as a Library Service Media. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. The object of this study is instidla's library and social media services. INSTIDLA Library Services is a combination of manual services and information and communication technology (ICT) based services that support library professionalism in improving INSTIDLA library services. The result of this study is a significant influence between the development of ICT and library services through social media, including helping and facilitating the work of library staff, attracting visitors to the library, and facilitating the communication of librarians with library visitors and finally, the library information base via social media

Abstract

The mass media actually has an important role in disseminating information or in terms it can be said as an agent of socialization, this is very important if applied to convey appeals related to Covid-19 vaccination in the pandemic era to all levels of society. Previous research has stated that the mass media plays an important role as agents of ideological socialization and political passion to young people, and other studies explain the role of print media in disseminating the vaccination appeal. This paper refers to mass media coverage, social media, journal articles, and all resources that can be accessed online, or using library research methods. This paper explains how the mass media are able to become agents of socialization, especially in conveying appeals regarding vaccination policies in the pandemic era at various levels of society regardless of all the dynamics and obstacles that become obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Implementation of the Koran Surah al-'Alaq verses 1-5 in Islamic journalism . Contained in Surah al-alaq 1-5. On these dates, Surah al-Arak 1-5 comes from the Qur'an, and several experts from Al-Malagi, Ibn Katzir, Al-Misbah, and Al-Mizan. The data used were the Talley method and the content analysis method. The results of this study show that the concept of learner/learning in Sura al alaq is interpreted in terms of intellectual enlightenment. This becomes a habit of further study/application thereof, as can be seen from his double repetition of the word iqra. When it comes to learning/reading on iqra, you don't just read the text here, you naturally read the situation as well.

Abstract

PT. DMS Tours and Travel is one of the institutions engaged in Hajj and Umrah services with a large number of pilgrims. Services provided by PT. Daanish Mika Salsa Tours and Travel, namely: Administrative services, including registration and document processing. Manasik guidance services, carried out 3 times with lecture, simulation and discussion methods. The transportation service provided is the transportation of pilgrims starting from the point of embarkation, while in Saudi Arabia, and returning to the place of debarkation from Indonesia. Accommodation services, PT. Daansh Mika Salsa Tours and Travel provides five-star hotel facilities, ranging from three, four and five stars according to the package chosen by the congregation. Consumption service, Each pilgrim will get food 3 times a day, namely in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and the tarvel provides additional Indonesian menus while at the hotel. Health services, carried out before departure and during worship.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sebagai institusi yang menyediakan layanan informasi dan edukasi memiliki peran penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Komunikasi interpersonal di antara pengunjung dan petugas perpustakaan memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan pengalaman positif bagi pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau literatur mengenai komunikasi interpersonal sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung di perpustakaan. Penelitian ini meliputi analisis terhadap artikel-artikel ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan topik tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif antara pengunjung dan petugas perpustakaan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung dan mempengaruhi persepsi positif terhadap layanan yang disediakan oleh perpustakaan. Faktor-faktor seperti kemampuan mendengarkan, responsif, dan empati merupakan beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam membangun komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi komunikasi juga dapat memfasilitasi komunikasi interpersonal yang lebih efektif antara pengunjung dan petugas perpustakaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan saran untuk meningkatkan pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal bagi petugas perpustakaan, serta penerapan teknologi komunikasi yang lebih canggih guna meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung di perpustakaan.

Abstract

Research related to religious activities carried out by habaib located in the South Sumatra Region, more precisely in Lampung and its role in Islamic proselytizing in the period 1998 to 2014. The majority of habaib in the archipelago are predominantly from Hadralmaut and are quite large in spread, while this research is more specifically only discussing habaib in the Lampung region. This research was conducted to find out the history of the entry of habaib in Lampung as well as habaib religious activities in Lampung which of course have a variety of activities to broadcast Islamic proselytizing, as well as strengthen the Islamic community in Lampung. The research method used by the author is a historical research method, which is research that studie past events or events based on the traces produced, through four stages, namely: heuristics (collection of sources), criticism (internal criticism and external criticism), interpretation, and historiography (historical writing). Based on the research, it can be concluded that: first, this habaib community came from Hadhramaut (Yemen) in the 18th century. Initially, the habaib community in Lampung was still classified as an Arab community in Palembang, but in 1872 the Lampung community broke away from the Palembang Arab community, and spread throughout the area in Lampung. Although the Arab-Lampung community is younger than the Palembang Arab community, Secondly, this habaib community carries out religious activities in Lampung consisting of weekly, monthly and yearly activities As for the religious activities of the habaib community that are carried out per week are the reading of Rattibul Hadad, and the reading of 40 shalawat, then the monthly habaib religious activities, which contain the reading of the history of the Apostle, and the Dhikr Asmaul Husna. The last is the religious activity per year habaib, which is carried out at the Lampung sports center which is held every November to coincide with the anniversary of Lampung Regency.

Abstract

Social media use has increased significantly in recent years, including the YouTube platform. The phenomenon allows religious organizations such as the Lampung Province Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) to convey religious messages to the wider community. There are various understandings, approaches, and different interpretations of Islamic teachings. This diversity often results in division and tension, increasing the potential for intolerance and radicalism. This article is qualitatively descriptive in analyzing the implementation of religious moderation on the “MUI Lampung” YouTube channel; how MUI Lampung constructed lectures on religious moderation from March 2020 to September 2021. This research aims to discover, describe, and analyze the content of religious moderation da'wah conducted by MUI Lampung using Teun A. Van Dijk's discourse analysis. The conclusions of this study are: (1) Lampung MUI packages da'wah videos by inserting the notion of moderation; (2) in each content of its YouTube channel, MUI Lampung provides support to the government in applying moderation to the community; (3) the affiliation of organizational power in conveying moderation discourse influences the ulema in conveying his da'wah.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of crisis communication for the Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah organization to have an effective crisis communication strategy to increase organizational resilience and strengthen organizational sustainability in the future. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design, conducting interviews with the Chairman of the Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah Kota Bandar Lampung. The study found that crisis communication is crucial for the organization to respond to crises effectively. The organization must have a clear and structured crisis communication plan, as well as the ability to respond to crises quickly and accurately. Effective communication can reduce the impact of crises, maintain stakeholder trust, and improve organizational resilience. The study also showed that the organization has a high level of resilience in dealing with crises, with the ability to adapt, identify, respond, and learn from crises. The study can also be analyzed using organizational communication, trust, and resilience theories, which highlight the importance of effective communication, building trust, and having supporting factors such as good leadership, adequate resources, member commitment, and a wide network to enhance organizational resilience. Overall, the handling of crises within the Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah organization is good, and resilience can be achieved with supporting factors within the organization.

Abstract

In today's modern era communication really needs to be used, because as the times progress the better communication needs to be applied. Interpersonal communication needs to be used in organizations, interpersonal communication is divided into 2 types, namely formal and non-formal communication. Formal communication is used at official events or during teaching and learning activities on campus. Non-formal communication is usually used when we communicate with peers. According to Adler and Elmhorst, (1996) explaining communication can also be interpreted as one of the most important skills that greatly influences a person's performance. And the method used in this research is by collecting respondents to find out how they communicate with their environment, so this research is aimed at finding out whether in the modern era like today people are able to communicate well in the community and in the organizational environment. The purpose of this research is to find out how well people understand how to communicate well.
