Abstract

Abstract  The village is the smallest part of governance. Data from the Central Statistics Agency in 2018, villages have poverty greater than cities. The village has various weaknesses and strengths such as economics, psychology, engineering, skills, capital, successful application of hydroponic agriculture and others. On the other hand, collages have mandatory programs for the entire academic such as society dedication, research and internship programs for students. In the business sector, there are companies that are required to carry out CSR (Corporate social responsibility) to follow regulations in Indonesia. The problem of all actors is the inaccurate target of the distribution of aid in their soft skills and hard skills to bring their contribution to village development. Documentation and classification of problems and strengths in the village need to be mapped. Both of these relationships will be mutually beneficial subjects and objects in a development cycle. This study will examine the importance of the backlog product of the system model that will be developed using the SCRUM method. The results of the level of importance and priority of the backlog product will be used in system development and have an influence in determining the next stage of the Scrum method namely sprint planning meeting, sprint execution and scrum analysis. The results of the college backlog priority analysis are facilities 1,3,4,5,8,2 and 6. On the other hand, the priority order of backlog products for villages / communities is facility 1, 4,2,3,6,7,9, and 8 while Facility 5 is a very undesirable only 36%. The conclusions of the synchronization of two stakeholders based on their respective needs are facility 1, which is about the community's need for assistance from tertiary institutions and the needs of objects by tertiary institutions. Abstrak - Desa merupakan bagian terkecil dalam tata kelola pemerintahan. Data Badan Pusat Statistik tahun 2018, desa memiliki tingkat kemiskinan lebih besar dari kota. Desa memiliki berbagai kekurangan dan kelebihan seperti masalah, perekonomian, psikologi, bidang teknik, skill, permodalan, keberhasilan penerapan pertanian hidroponik dan yang lainnya. Disisi lain, perguruan tinggi memiliki banyak program wajib untuk seluruh civitas akademika dosen seperti pengabdian, penelitian dan program magang atau kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) bagi mahasiswa. Pada bidang bisnis, ada perusahan yang wajib melakukan CSR (Corporate social responsibility) sesuai aturan yang diberlakukan di Indonesia. Permasalahan ketiga aktor tersebut adalah kurang tepatnya sasaran penyaluran bantuan dalam softskill maupun hardskill yang mereka miliki untuk membawa kontribusinya bagi pembangunan desa. Dokumentasi dan klasifikasi permasalahan serta kelebihan yang ada di desa perlu dipetakan. Kedua hubungan ini akan menjadi subjek dan objek yang saling menguntungkan dalam sebuah siklus pembangunan.  Penelitian ini akan menguji tingkat kepentingan produk backlog dari model sistem yang akan dikembangkan menggunakan metode SCRUM. Hasil dari tingkat kepentingan dan prioritas produk backlog akan dipakai dalam pengembangan sistem dan memiliki pengaruh dalam menentukan tahap metode scrum berikutnya yaitu sprint planning  meeting, eksekusi sprint dan analisis scrum. Hasil analisis prioritas backlog perguruan tinggi adalah fasilitas 1,3,4,5,8,2 dan 6. Disisi lain, urutan prioritas produk backlog untuk desa/masyarakat adalah fasilitas 1, 4,2,3,6,7,9, dan 8 sedangkan Fasilitas 5 menjadi fasilitas yang sangat tidak diinginkan karena hanya 36 %. Adapun simpulan singkronisasi dua stakeholder berdasarkan kebutuhan masing-masing adalah adalah fasilitas 1 yaitu tentang kebutuhan masyarakat akan bantuan dari perguruan tinggi dan kebutuhan objek oleh perguruan tinggi. Kata Kunci - Teknologi, Desa, Permasalahan, Solusi, Singkronisasi

Abstract

UD.Sari Murni atau biasa dikenal orang dengan nama Jenang Lasimun bergerak di bidang industriolahan makanan berupa jenang atau dodol, yakni makanan yang wajib ada di acara hajatan atau sebagaioleh – oleh khas. Peran SDM di dalam usaha kecil menengah ini diharuskan untuk menggunakan sistemterkomputerisasi agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar yang semakin meningkat. Permasalahan yangdihadapi UD.Sari Murni yakni permintaan yang tidak menentu.Naik turunya suatu permintaan sangatberpengaruh terhadap perusahaan, khususnya dalam persediaan bahan baku. UD.Sari Murnimembutuhkan adanya suatu alternatif solusi yakni dengan adanya sistem penentuan jumlah produksijenang atau dodol. Dengan algoritma fuzzy tsukamoto. Suatu sistem berbasis aturan fuzzy yang lengkapterdiri dari 4 komponen utama yaitu fuzzifikasi, rule , interferensi ,dan defuzzifikasi. Logika fuzzy inimembutuhkan inputan berupa variabel permintaan, persediaan , dan bahan baku. Metode tsukamotodalam penentuan jumlah produksi jenang atau dodol pada UD.Sari Murni dapat memberikan prediksijumlah produksi yang ideal sesuai dari data-data yang sudah terjadi. Dari pengujian data yang telahdilakukan, sistem yang dibangun mampu mengatur keseimbangan antara jumlah permintaan denganjumlah persediaan, output yang dihasilkan dari sistem ini berupa jumlah produksi sesuai permintaan.Tingkat keberhasilan sistem penentuan jumlah produksi jenang atau dodol menggunakan metode fuzzytsukamoto adalah 90,60%.

Abstract

Purpose: This research addresses increasing online sales competition and the use of SEO techniques, focusing on UD Bima Baru's Instagram. Method: This study employs a mixed-method research approach. The research design involves a combination of qualitative and quantitative elements to comprehensively investigate the impact of SEO techniques on online sales via Instagram. Data collection encompasses surveys, website traffic analytics, and content analysis of the Instagram account. Statistical analysis and content coding are utilized to derive meaningful insights from the collected data. Practical Applications: Our findings offer practical advantages, enhancing online visibility, engagement, and sales benefiting businesses across industries. Conclusion: This research highlights SEO's effectiveness in boosting visitor traffic and sales, offering actionable insights for thriving in the digital marketplace.

Abstract

Electricity load forecasting plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, maintenance optimization, and uninterrupted power supply. The double exponential smoothing (DES) method is widely used in forecasting time series data due to its adaptability and robustness, particularly in handling linear trends without seasonal patterns. However, determining the optimal value of the alpha parameter in DES is crucial for accurate forecasting results. This study proposes the use of the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm to optimize the alpha parameter in DES for electricity load forecasting. PSO is a computational method that iteratively improves candidate solutions by moving particles in the search space based on simple mathematical formulas. By optimizing the alpha parameter using PSO, we aim to enhance the accuracy of short-term electricity load forecasts. Our results demonstrate that the PSO-optimized DES approach achieves a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 2.89% and an accuracy of 97.11%, indicating significant improvements in forecasting performance. While the PSO algorithm provides promising results, future research may explore the application of other metaheuristic algorithms, such as the whale or orca algorithms, to further enhance the optimization of DES parameters for electricity load forecasting. This study contributes to the advancement of forecasting techniques in the power industry, facilitating more efficient power generation and distribution planning.

Abstract

Abstract. The non-fungible token (NFT) is a unique token used to represent digital assets such as art, music, videos, and other collections. NFT has gained significant attention from the business and industry sectors in recent years. This study reports an increase in the number of active NFT users from 77,000 to 222,000 in early 2021. Investment in NFT has advantages and disadvantages, and one of the challenges faced by investors is that they may not have enough knowledge about investing risks and may find it difficult to recognize and evaluate potential dangers. To address this problem, this study proposes a system that provides information on NFT collection sales rankings and volume sales forecasts. The simple additive weighting (SAW) method is used to determine the NFT collection rankings, and exponential smoothing is used to forecast sales volume. The Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method is applied to optimize the parameter alpha of the Exponential Smoothing method. With an accuracy rate of 80.38%, the combination of using the Single Exponential Smoothing method with PSO optimization can provide good predictions for future NFT sales. The proposed system aims to provide investors with accurate information to make informed decisions when investing in NFT. Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dilakukan peramalan jumlah penumpang pada Siluet Tour and Travel, yaitu salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa tour dan travel. Karena data jumlah penumpang mengandung unsur musiman, peramalan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Triple Exponential Smoothing. Tahapan yang dilakukan pada proses peramalan meliputi input data, uji data, proses perhitungan, dan output. Hasil dari pengolahan dataset digunakan untuk perhitungan proses ramalan yang menghasilkan MAPE=9,86 alpha=0,4 m= 1 dengan hasil peramalan jumlah penumpang pada bulan November 2015 adalah 501. Hasi peramalan jumlah penumpang tersebut diimplementasikan dalam sebuah aplikasi peramalan.

Abstract

Smart Class adalah sebuah sistem aplikasi IoT yang dapat memonitoring dan mengontrol ruang kelas secara otomotis dan terkomputasi. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah masalah yang sering dijumpai pada lingkungan sekitar, yaitu sistem kendali guna mengatur on-off lampu dan AC serta auto lock pintu ruangan berbasis IoT. Dengan adanya sistem kendali ini dapat mengontrol penggunaan daya listrik dan meningkatkan sistem keamanan kampus. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dibangun sistem monitoring ruangan menggunakan beberapa sensor yang diterapkan pada Raspberry Pi dan ditampilkan kedalam media berbasis web yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan user dalam memantau secara real-time, mengendalikan komponen yang terdapat pada kelas agar penggunaan daya listrik lebih efisien dan meningkatkan sistem keamanan kampus. Hasil dari pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa bahwa sistem informasi Asia Smart Building (ASB) berhasil pada semua proses dalam menambah, merubah data maupun dalam menghapus data serta memonitoring. Dengan adanya Asia Smart Building mempermudah dalam memonitoring suhu, kelembaban, energy yang terpakai secara real-time, dapat mematikan maupun menyalakan perangkat elektronik didalam kelas tanpa menggunakan saklar, dan dapat memonitor ruang kelas melalui aplikasi telegram dengan efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membantu pemerintah provinsi untuk membuat kebijakan keuangan, kebijakan keuangan tersebut digunakan untuk memperhatikan Kota atau Kabupaten mana saja yang dirasa perlu mengembangkan kondisi perekonomiannya. Hal itu disebabkan oleh adanya kebijakan yang mewajibkan setiap pemerintah daerah untuk mengembangkan daerahnya masing-masing. Keberhasilan dalam mengembangkan daerahnya dapat diukur melalui kebijakan dalam mengelola keuangan daerah. Pemilihan metode SAW dirasa dapat menganalisis kondisi pertumbuhan perekonomian Kota dan Kabupaten di Jawa Timur, dengan empat kriteria diantaranya jumlah perusahaan, tenaga kerja, investasi, dan nilai produksi. kriteria tersebut diperoleh melalui Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2017. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan metode SAW, diperoleh hasil rangking tertinggi adalah Kabupaten Malang, dan yang paling rendah adalah Kota Batu.

Abstract

This paper discusses various optimization algorithms, a mathematics and computer science method essential to solving challenging real-world problems. The presented real-world scenario centers on a power system with dynamic unit commitment. Power systems involve many variables and constraints that can be changed. Metaheuristic optimization can be an effective method for finding an excellent solution to a problem. Dynamic unit commitment optimization is a critical aspect of power system operation. Dynamic unit commitment discusses determining the operating schedule of generating units and how much their production capacity is at each specific time interval to minimize production costs. This research aims to investigate the current trends and future challenges in applying metaheuristic optimization algorithms to power system problems, using the PRISMA approach to conduct a systematic literature review (SLR). This research starts by formulating research questions: what metaheuristic methods can be employed to tackle dynamic unit commitment challenges in power systems, and how effective are these methods in optimization? We established specific criteria for including and excluding studies, such as choosing articles published in English and concentrating on unit commitment in power systems. Out of the 487 papers discovered from the abstracts, only 14 were chosen for review after an extensive screening process based on complete studies that specifically addressed dynamic unit commitment. The conducted analysis provided insights into the accuracy and efficiency levels attained when using metaheuristic algorithms to solve the dynamic unit commitment problem. The research underscores the pivotal role of metaheuristic optimization in modern energy and power systems, highlighting its significance in tackling diverse challenges associated with enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of power system utilization. Using metaheuristics in academic research has significantly improved scientific publications, resulting in an average annual increase of 43% in citations. This research's real contribution to the academic field is to provide an alternative reference for approximately 66 ASEAN universities with power system engineering majors.

Abstract

Mathematical models for the spread of tuberculosis is a reference to the mathematical modeling of mechanisms of the spread of tuberculosis in the form of systems of differential equations is not linear. Particularly at the Hospital of Lung Batu.Penelitian aims to determine the modeling of the spread of tuberculosis to the system of differential equations and to find out the analysis of mathematical models of the spread of tuberculosis. These results indicate that the mathematical modeling of the spread of tuberculosis has three differential equations are not linear (1) the number of people susceptible tuberculosis at the time t (S (t)) in this case is the number of employees and aircraft hospitalization (excluding patients with TB) , (2) the amount of latent human tuberculosis (infected but not contagious, TB passive) at the time t (L (t)), and (3) the number of people infected with tuberculosis (infected and infectious, active) at time t (I (t) ). And of the system obtained two fixed points which is a fixed point of the first to show that all human beings are both healthy and potentially infected with tuberculosis (global stability)
