This study aims to examine and analyze the role of value-based selling and courteous selling behavior in resolving the research gap between customer orientation and sales force performance. The population of this research is the salesforce at BPR Group Saudara in Central Java Province and DI Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, there are only 108 questionnaires that meet the requirements. The analysis technique uses structural equations, the solution is using SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The results show that one hypothesis is rejected, while the remaining five are accepted. In addition, the variable value-based selling and courteous selling behavior were not able to complete the research gap. However, value-based selling can mediate the influence of customer orientation on courteous behavior.

Fenomena yang ada dari kondisi kemiskinan masyarakat menunjukkan masih kurang maksimalnya program pengintegrasian perempuan dalam pembangunan di Kabupaten Semarang . oleh karena itu penelitian bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah model pengentasan kemiskinan dengan menggunakan variable pemberdayaan perempuan, kewirausahaan sosial dan motivasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Ungaran Timur Kab Semarang, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 39 orang yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan persamaan structural /SEM yang diolah dengan bantuan smartpls versi 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kewirausahaan sosial, kewirausahaan sosial berpengaruh terhadap pemberdayaan perempuan, kewirausahaan sosial berpengaruh terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan ,pemberdayaan perempuan berpengaruh terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan dan variable pemberdayaan perempuan terbukti memediasi pengaruh kewirausahaan sosial terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan.

Kelurahan Susukan terletak di Kecamatan Ungaran Timur merupakan salah satu kecamatan di wilayah Kabupaten Semarang, Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Di Kec. Ungaran Timur masih sedikit jumlah usaha dan masih banyak ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang kurang produktif. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah memberikan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga dengan memanfaatkan limbah rumah tangga menjadi bernilai ekonomi serta memotivasi ibu-ibu rumah tangga agar mau berwirausaha. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga menjadi paham tentang kewirausahaan, mempunyai semangat untuk berwirausaha, mempunyai kemauan untuk berwirausaha, pendapatan keluarga meningkat dan menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi lingkungannya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah metode ceramah dan diskusi.Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah adanya perubahan yang positif pada masyarakat serta peningkatan semangat berwirausaha dengan memanfaatkan limbah rumah tangga.Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan, Kewirausahaan, Motivasi

The increasing expenditure of the mother's household in Gedanganak is felt along with theincrease in the price of daily necessities. In general, housewives are still less creative in dealingwith household expenses. Most housewives are still monotonous in managing their householdfinances and have not been able to fill their spare time with productive businesses. Therefore it isnecessary to have enlightenment on how best to anticipate business opportunities and provideexamples of how to fill useful free time. One of the solutions provided by the team is to providecounseling on business opportunities and the practice of making dishwashing soap in the hope thatit can help reduce family economic expenses and as a way to open business opportunities that canbe run. In addition, information from village officials, in general, housewives still rely on theirhusbands as the main source of income. This is an interesting phenomenon for counseling about theimportance of fostering economic independence by taking advantage of new business opportunitiesfor housewives. After attending the counseling and practice of making dish soap, participants areexpected to be more creative in taking advantage of business opportunities so that their householdeconomic independence will grow and for those who already have a business, it is hoped that theirbusiness will increase.

The purpose of this service is because the Savings and Loan Cooperative / Savings and Loan Unit is a financial institution that serves funding needs for members and prospective members, must be able to present financial reports accurately and in a timely manner.GenerallyKSP / USP in Surakarta City records transactionsmanually,so that the financial statements consisting of Balance Sheet and Calculation of Operating Results cannot present accurately and on time. This has an impact on decision making and the function of financial management cannot run properly. One solution implemented is to use a Myob-based accounting program, so that the cooperative can present financial reports quickly and accurately. As for the training material, participants are taught the basics of accounting, financial accounting standards, how to install Accounting Myob software version 18, and create an account that is in accordance with the accounts in each KSP / USM, how to fill in the balance / initial balance along with how to operate it , and hands-on practice. The results after participating in this direct training are being able to apply it in the cooperative of each participant.

Kemampuan berbahasa inggris yang baik sangat diperlukan oleh pelaut. Secara keseluruhan, Bahasa Inggris untuk pelaut atau yang lebih jamak dikenal dengan Bahasa Inggris Maritim sangat penting bagi seorang pelaut untuk berkomunikasi secara efektif saat berada di atas kapal, oleh karena itu, semua calon pelaut harus memberikan waktu yang cukup untuk memahami Bahasa Inggris Maritim dan mencapai kefasihan dalam hal yang sama. Hal yang sama juga terjadi bagi seluruh pelaut kita di indonesia. Kemampuan bahasa yang kurang mengakibatkan kita kalah bersaing dengan pelaut di Luar Negeri yang bisa berbahasa inggris. Oleh sebab itu Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang sebagai lembaga pendidikan tinggi bidang maritim memiliki tiga tugas pokok dalam Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi,yaitu pendidikan dan pengajaran,penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Dalam kesempatan ini memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan kepada pelaut sehingga dapat meningkatkan 3 soft skill yaitu kemampuan berinovasi, berkreasi dan kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan bahasa asing.

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu anggota Forum UMKM Pedurungan Semarang yang menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengelola keuangan usahanya berbasis ramah lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil pra-survey, banyak UMKM yang belum mampu mengelola keuangan dengan tertib dan efisien. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April hingga Juni 2025, menggunakan metode PALS (Participatory Action Learning System), yang melibatkan peserta secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Pelatihan dan pendampingan diberikan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang rapi, tertib, dan ramah lingkungan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa anggota Forum UMKM Pedurungan berhasil memahami dan menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan dengan lebih terstruktur, sesuai dengan prinsip akuntansi ramah lingkungan. Metode PALS terbukti efektif sebagai pendekatan yang membumi dan aplikatif dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat, khususnya UMKM, dengan meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola keuangan yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini juga berpotensi memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan riset terkait akuntansi untuk UMKM dan dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan di bidang akuntansi.

AbstractThe purpose of the study to verify the research model, Adding to the variable the ability to make courteous sales presentations so that the results of this study can solve the research gap. This research unit is the Rural Bank, and the respondents are the sales force of the Rural Bank (BPR) in Semarang City with 72 people. This research used a purposive sampling technique. Data processing using SmartPls version 2.0. This study succeeded in proving the role of courteous sales presentations in improving the performance of salesforce. Practical implications -This study provides input on the importance of courteous sales presentation.

Purpose: Student learning achievement is the output of an educational institution. Achievement of learning achievement is determined by external and internal factors of students. Therefore, the learning achievement of each student varies. This phenomenon prompted this research to examine the influence of the use of social media as an external factor in learning achievement and learning motivation as an internal factor in learning achievement on learning achievement using empirical data. Design/methodology/approach: The research was conducted on 146 cadets of the Semarang Maritime Science Polytechnic (PIP) which was carried out through interviews using a questionnaire. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. Findings: From the results of this research it can be proven that social media is statistically proven to have a significant positive effect on learning motivation and learning achievement and learning motivation is statistically proven to have a significant positive effect on learning achievement Research limitations/implications: This research has not categorized internal and external factors. Practical implications: Based on the results of this research, to improve student learning achievement, it can be done through two approaches. First, learning achievement can be improved by increasing students' learning motivation. The second approach to improving learning achievement is through the use or utilization of social media. Marunda Port, Tanjung Priok, has a high intensity of dry bulk cargo handling, particularly coal and sand, which may increase the risk of air pollution through dust and particulate emissions. Purpose – This study aims to evaluate the governance of dry and dirty bulk cargo handling, assess air pollution conditions, and identify mitigation measures implemented at Marunda Port. Methodology – A qualitative descriptive-analytical approach was applied through field observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and review of official institutional reports. Qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, while supporting quantitative data were examined descriptively by comparing cargo handling intensity, ISPU distribution, Ambient Air Quality Status Index (ISM), and pollutant indicators including PM10, PM2.5, SO₂, CO, O₃, NO₂, dust particulate, and Pb with applicable standards. Findings – The results show that cargo handling governance has been implemented through administrative verification, equipment inspection, SOP enforcement, water spraying, dust-control nets, and routine air quality monitoring. In 2024, Marunda Port handled an average of 129 loading/unloading activities and 773,147 MT of cargo per month. North Jakarta air quality was dominated by the “moderate” ISPU category, while ISM improved from 0.59 in 2023 to 0.51 in 2024. However, PM2.5 at the KBN gate exceeded the standard. Therefore, stricter supervision, improved dust-control facilities, and integrated stakeholder coordination are required
