Abstract

In 2013, the research developed a Printing Utility Lecture’s Attendance using web base of Sistem Matahari. But, due to changes in database and language of SIAKAD (Academic System Information)  University of Lampung in 2014, then the utility cannot be reused. To solving the problem, this research had successfully developed a Printing Utility of Lecture’s Attendance List, case study of Development of Computer Science, FMIPA University of Lampung. The making of attendance list is using data source from result from imported excel file format DNK (List of Student Name in A Class) retrieved from SIAKAD University of Lampung. The development is also done on improving attendance list printout with the output of a dynamic PDF file that is can be customized to user requirements.Keyword: Utility, Excel to Database, Lecture’s Attendance List

Abstract

This research developed utility for present list printing on Sistem Matahari which is integrated with Lampung University’s Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD). Development is done by carrying out an analysis the curent present list. The utility’s development system aims to support user to print the present list for each course in accordance with completeness and better structure. The development used file function with pdf cpdf.dll library extension in PHP programing language and Oracle database. This new utility sistem for present list printing on Sistem Matahari has been applied to the Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) University of Lampung.

Abstract

The rapid growth of implementing library information system causing a thrreatening risk. The main cause of the risk is from librarian it self that cannot evaluate which of the factor is a potential threat. This research intend to analyze the risk management of library information system in library of Lampung University, this research using NIST SP 800-30 method. This library information system risk management held for anticipating the source of threat by the following step risk assesment, risk mitigation, and risk evaluation. The result of this risk management is, late book returning, book disspearance, no backup data sejarah of damaged book, theres no matching between data in system and stock in library, data falsisication in borrowing book, redundant data, expired KTM, and lack of understanding when uploading skripsi by scholar. The from risk assesment for late book returning is high risk, to reduce and eliminate the impact of risk library of Lampung University do risk mitigation with early warning. The factor that influencing library information system Lampung University risk assesment is human resource that having and ability in information technology for convenience support to risk all risk in every circumstances

Abstract

The use of mobile-based technology is very useful for all fields, especially education. The rapid development of mobile technology encourages the University to be able to take full advantage of mobile technology. The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Lampung currently only has a web-based information system and does not yet have a mobile-based application that can be used to help the learning process, so that problems often occur during the learning process. Problems that often occur are forgetting class schedules, forgetting to attend student seminars, forgetting if there is a guidance schedule, not knowing the progress of guidance student studies, etc., with the development of the SIMIPA application it is hoped that it can help overcome problems that often occur in the learning process. This development focuses on the lecturer module with features such as schedule, agenda, academic calendar, endorsements, and notifications. The method used in the development of SIMIPA is the scrum method. The Scrum method has a product backlog that is divided into eight sprints and must be worked out to meet all application requirements. The Scrum method has three roles at the time of its work, namely the product owner, the Scrum master, and the development team. The scrum method has 4 stages starting from sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. The result of this research is the successful development of the SIMIPA application for the Android-based lecturer module. For testing application functionality, the black box testing method is used. The results of the black box testing on the lecturer module SIMIPA application show all functionality in the application is running and as previously expected. Abstract

The University of Lampung Academic Information System (SIAKAD) is an information system developed to support the university in managing student academic processes. The absence of a feedback section makes users, especially students, unable to deliver opinions about the system, so that even though the system is running well, the real quality of the system based on user experience is unknown. Performance is one aspect of quality that is important to know, but it cannot be measured directly. The study uses an information system functional scoreboard to assess three aspects of the system, those are system performance, information effectiveness, and service performance. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents from all faculties as a sample, which are expected to represent the answers from the entire university. Based on the research results, it is known that the performance of SIAKAD V.4.1 UNILA is good to a moderate extent. Some things that are needed to be improved are the stages of service procedures, the addition of other academic information such as graphs of student’s grade, transparency of grades, an updated course schedule, integration to the graduation registration system, adding the latest campus information that is displayed clearly and well, also integration with the other systems at the University of Lampung as well as better server replacement and maintenance.

Abstract

Forests play a major role in supporting the survival of all living things in the world. A sustainable forest area certainly makes the wildlife live, e.g mentok rimba. A Geographic Information System for Monitoring mentok rimba (Asarcornis scutulata) applying the V-model approach. This research was conducted under programme of Way Kambas National Park and ALeRT (Aliansi Lestari Rimba Terpadu). The purpose of this research is to assist the monitoring team in Way Kambas National Park for updating mentok rimba data. Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing were applied. A Geographic Information System (GIS) which contains the distribution of forest stagnation in Way Kambas National Park was built.

Abstract

The benefits of information technology are currently experiencing very rapid development. One of the rapidly developing information technology is the internet. Internet technology can access information anywhere and anytime, at a very low cost. The internet can be accessed using a smartphone and is useful for communicating or searching for information. Information is also needed in a household assistant service offering, so that a prospective assistant can more quickly find an employer without having to come to the service provider. In this study, an application was made to look for android-based household assistants. This application helps users to get information about the existence of household assistant jobs by displaying work information needed according to their fields. Applications are tested by functional and non-functional testing methods using a Likert scale. Based on functional testing it is known that the application has fulfilled the required functions and based on non-functional testing it is known that the respondents' assessment of the application is on average worth 90.5% which means it is very good.

Abstract

Mulya Abadi Sentosa Cooperative processing data into information is still done manually where all member data along with existing transactions are recorded using books and Microsoft Excel, therefore there are often some obstacles encountered, an information system that can process all data in cooperatives is needed to become a cooperative. solutions in all existing constraints and shortcomings so that data processing can be integrated with the database so that it can solve problems. How to design and manufacture an information system that is suitable for the Mulya Abadi Sentosa Cooperative, and can assist the processing of transaction data in the cooperative. There are two admin users and members who can access the system and then later can manage member data and transactions so that the presentation of information can be managed easily. With this information system, it can help increase the speed of the reporting process in cooperatives.

Abstract

Sejak tahun 2020 Pekon Wonodadi, Kecamatan Gadingrejo, Kabupaten Pringsewu, Provinsi Lampung telah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk pelayanan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi SIAP (Sistem Administrasi dan Pelayanan) sebagai salah satu implementasi Smart Village pada domain Smart Government. Berdasarkan penilaian Pemkab Pringsewu pekon Wonodadi memiliki kesiapan sumberdaya untuk melaksanakan Pemilihan Kepala Pekon dengan E-Voting bersama 10 pekon lainnya. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi aparatur pekon dalam menyiapkan dan menggunakan teknologi E-Voting untuk pemilihan Kepala Pekon. Tahapan kegiatan PKM ini adalah Pelatihan Instalasi Sistem E-Voting, Pelatihan Instalasi Teknologi Perekaman KTP Elektronik, Pelatihan Trouble Shooting Sistem, Pendampingan pelaksanaan Pemilihan Kepala Pekon, dan diakhiri dengan Evaluasi Kegiatan. PKM dinilai berhasil karena pelaksanaan pemilihan kepala pekon dengan sistem E-voting telah terlaksana secara baik dan lancar. Hasil ini dipengaruhi sikap positif masyarakat yang setuju terhadap pelaksanaan E-voting sebanyak 71,69%. Masyarakat menilai bahwa E-voting mudah digunakan, lebih cepat dan murah, menjamin prinsip LUBER JURDIL dan hasilnya realtime.

Abstract

This research was conducted to build a decision support system for employee potential assessment at SMK Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Decision support system is made web based with 3 actors namely admin, employees and leaders. The data used comes from the Employee Work Target (SKP) data at SMK Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. The selection process is done by collecting employee data and employee performance values along with the criteria used. The data received is processed by the system by determining the priority of each criterion and doing the sum of the weights of each criterion value. The results of functional testing in the SPK Employee Potential Assessment is a compatible system on the computer being tested and all menus on the system are running well. The results of testing the system using Black Box Testing using 20 data employees of SMK Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. The conclusion of this research is that the Employee Potential Assessment Decision Support System can help the Head of SMK Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung to conduct a performance evaluation of employees with 100% accuracy. Thus, the SAW method is appropriately used in the Employee Potential Assessment Decision Support System.
