Abstract

The LQ45 stock index is a stock exchange that is in great demand by investors in Indonesia. Therefore, the movement of the stock price is needed by investors to see the investment business prospects. However, stock price movements in a certain period are very volatile. In this case, investors need a monitoring system to assist their investment decisions. One of the most popular analyzes of stock price movements is technical analysis. In this study, the system is a website that can be accessed by the public. It provides technical analysis indicators of Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD), Relative Strength Index (RSI), and Candlestick charts. The system uses the AnyChart JS component as a modern JavaScript library chart. The waterfall method is used to assist develop this system. The system consists of two sources API, namely Rakuten Rapid (APIdojo.net) and finnhub.io with a query provider that can connect the Yahoo Finance API. The results of stock recommendations in this system come from determining the largest value for several recommendations generated by the finnhub.io based on basic technical and aggregate analysis (MACD, RSI, and Moving Average). Thus, this recommendation is only a suggestion and cannot be used as an absolute reference.

Abstract

Dengue fever is a one of the dangerous diseases and very often causes casualties every year, especially in the tropics or subtropics countries. Dengue fever cases increase during the rainy season, many factors affect the spread of dengue fever, such as vegetation, population and landfills. The aim of this research is to predict the number of cases of Dengue fever using support vector machine. The data used are dengue data in Bandar Lampung City, weather data, population data and distance matrix data between dengue fever events with each other. The amount of data used is 1,080 data with 3 kernels: linear, gaussian and polynomial. In this study four experiments were carried out, the first two experiments were carried out without Feature Selection and the next two experiments were carried out with Feature Selection. After the experiment was found The best performance in the experiment with Feature Selection with 44 Variables. From the experiments conducted, Gaussian kernel achieved the highest R2 value which is 75.52%, while the Linear kernel and Polynomial Kernel achieved R2 value of 74.61% and 75.15%, respectively

Abstract

AbstractAs the development of technologies in computers, human beings are competing to create the newest technology in the form of hardware and software. The big companies are certainly use computer-based information system (CBIS) for example PT PLN (Persero) of  Lampung Region. PT PLN (Persero) of Lampung Region is a company that supplies electricity for Lampung Province.  They have activities that associated with mailing and receiving letter.  The received letters are accommodated in the secretary and are documented and archived using computer in semi manual manner. The computer system used less efficient and with given amount of letters often cause mistakes and slowness in registering them. This caused the slowness of searching of the archives and as well in generating and recap for the letters reporting.  Moreover the letters documentation security is absent. Because of that, the existing system needs to be developed to improve services and good security.  This research goal is to make a system for a letters documentation that has security features such as logins, and a good encryption and decryption using Twofish algorithms. This research used Visual basic 6.0 programming language combined with MySQL database and Crystal Report. The system development methodology used in this research is Waterfall. Abstract

The development of technology which are grow faster requires any person or institutions to do their job quickly. Payroll system is one of many important things at any institution. To calculate employee’s salary accurately and quickly a computerized system is need. Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) in Metro City is an institution that is responsible to the community services. The process of payroll system on this institution has been done using computer in semi manual way. Therefore this institution needs a computerized system that could calculate employee salary automatically. On this research was made a payroll system that integrated with crystal report of finger print attendance system. Payroll system can convert data from crystal report of finger print attendance systems for calculate the salary of employee. In addition, the system can cut withholding tax, cut delay or go home before time home, and presenting more detail attendance and salaries recapitulation report of employees. This research used visual basic 6.0 as programming language, MySQL as database, and  crystal report to perform reports. The method of development system that used in this research is waterfall method. The result of Black Box Testing showed that payroll system has been successfully built according to user requirement.

Abstract

Citizen data record can be shown satistically such as according to family number, education, religion, gender, occupation and age group. Tabulation system of demography data used by Karya Penggawa subdistrict is still in manual method such as recording amount of citizen data on Ms. Office Excel. Constraint of using this citizens data record are difficult to get accurate information about citizens data, consume too much time to check the report of citizen data, in other word tabulation of demography data still not optimal yet.By those constraint, then the information system of demography of Karya Penggawa subdistrict is needed. The system is a web based system with the main function is to form tabulation of demography which is able to show statistic of citizens data according to gender, education, occupation, religion and age group on graphics. In addition, the system able to make quarterly report of demography by choosing one of report format Print, PDF, Excel to minimize human error and make the work of staff of Karya Penggawa subdistrict easier in processing of demography.Keywords: Demography,  Information, Karya Penggawa, Subdstrict, System, Web

Abstract

AbstractThe increase of number and size of data, resulted the increase in the user needs for the ability of a computer to process large data. The new paradigm, parallel computing, is proposed to handle the problems which teaches that substantial-job can be split up into marginal-job by increasing the number of workers. One of the method is cluster computing which is using more than one processor to handle single process. Even it showed a significant increase in computing than the conventional one, the high price to build a cluster system becomes a constraint.This study uses one of parallel computing method that is GPU computing and compares the result to cluster computing. GPU computing uses Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) to compute in parallel. The result of this study shows that by using GPU computing the use of processor can be maximized, and it shows that it has more capability in matrix multiplication than cluster computing.

Abstract

Nowadays the internet is growing rapidly including in Indonesia. Internet has become an essential requirement for everyone to get information or other purposes. The benefits of internet make  many people use the internet as appliances for supporting their activities. The use of internet has an impact on the increasing demand to the internet services provider. Internet provider is a company which engaged in providing internet services. In the process of instalation and troubleshooting for internet network, the provider requires a management information system which is used to organize the division of task for handling the installation and troubleshooting of internet network. The internet provider who has not had a management system yet, will get difficulties to devide the tasks of their employees for handling the process of installation and troubleshooting of the internet network. This research, created a management information system for installation and troubleshooting of internet network service which is recieve the information of internet interference from the customers and help in handling process division of tasks for installing and troubleshooting of internet network. This management information system was created using PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) and some plugins such as twitter bootstrap and high chart. The result of Black Box testing showed that this management information system for installation and troubleshooting of internet network service has been successfully created as the users need.Keywords: Internet, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Management Information Systems (MIS), PHP.

Abstract

AbstractThe condition of a location can be seen and known through a map. Even though The University of Lampung has a campus map in a form of paper, still the data displayed in this form is very limited. This map has not been used to display information related to the existing facilities and personnel of the University of Lampung. This research design a web based Geographic Information System (GIS) focusing on information of lecturer and his/her department unit. This web based GIS can be used as a tool for visitors and academics to obtain information on faculty unit, building, facilities, as well as the map of the University of Lampung. This web based GIS is developed using several open source software which are QuantumGIS, MapServer, Pmapper Framework and MySQL database. Pmapper Framework increase  speed, accuracy, convenience and consistency in the development of applications that use MapServer.Keywords : facilities, map, MapServer, Pmapper framework, The University of Lampung, web based GIS.

Abstract

Markerless Augmented Reality (AR) is a term for an environment that combines real world and the virtual world, where objects in the real world can be recognized through the position, direction and location. Markerless AR technology can be used to interactively visualize information, especially when the technology is combined with a mobile communication device such as a smartphone that has the Android operating system. Camera features, internet, accelerometer, digital maps and GPS (Global Positioning System) on Android devices can be integrated so that AR technology can be implemented. In this study, Markerless AR technology is implemented in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science (Science) University of Lampung buildings. The aim of this study is to create an application that provides information about the buildings, it is show Faculty maps and information about the Natural Sciences accessible via Android smartphones. This application is designed and then implemented using the Java programming language for Android and BeyondAR framework support to detect and display the AR object and the Google Maps API to display a map of the Science Faculty. The results of data test using Equivalence Partitioning test shown the application functionate well according to the analysis. In addition, based on questionnaire data, that the application is a user friendly application (with an average value of 4.31 / very good), and interactive (with an average value of 4.23 / good).Keywords: Android, Application, ARMIPA, Augmented Reality, Maps, Markerless Augmented Reality
