Abstract

This study aims to evaluate how workload and work environment conditions affect employee performance employees at the JMC Cikarang workshop. This research uses a descriptive qualitative qualitative descriptive approach with a case study. Data was collected through in-depth interviews interviews, direct observation, and documentation analysis. Research findings findings show that heavy workload and unsupportive work environment negatively impact employee performance. have a negative impact on employee performance. Conversely, a balanced workload balanced workload and a conducive work environment encourage increased effectiveness of employee performance.

Abstract

Daya Tarik Wisata Lungun Indah masih belum popular meski memiliki pesona yang dapat memikat wisatawan untuk berkunjung, pandemi Covid 19 juga minjadi pemicunya disertai dengan masih belum memadainya sumber daya manusia khusunya sector pariwisata untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut adalah dengan kegiatan pendampingan pengembangan pariwisata berbasis CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment Sustainability). Pendampngan merupakan langkah ideal dan kongrit dilakukan untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut. Bimbingan teknis manajemen tata kelola, sosialisasi, pelatihan public speaking, penyusunan buku pedoman serta pelaksanaan pendampingan pariwisata berbasis CHSE merupakan rangkaian yang berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik.

Abstract

The main problem faced by women in Sinar Bhakti Village is the lack of knowledge and skills in pakcoy seedling using efficient and eco-friendly growing media. Egg cartons were chosen as an innovative solution due to their affordability, availability, and ability to retain the moisture needed by the seeds. This community service program aimed to enhance participants' skills in utilizing egg cartons for pakcoy seedling to support sustainable household farming. The methods used included demonstration-based training and hands-on practice, complemented by interactive discussions on local resource management. The results showed that participants were able to understand and effectively apply seedling techniques, with egg cartons proving to accelerate early growth and minimize water usage. In addition to improving individual skills, this activity fostered awareness of the importance of local innovation and waste utilization for family economic development. It contributed to local food security and strengthened the role of women in Sinar Bhakti Village in creatively utilizing available resources.

Abstract

The purpose of the results of this visit is to find out how to optimize employee work and the level of satisfaction with employee gai.the method used is using Descriptive and Observative methods, using direct interviews, documentation, literature surveys, websites, and written sources both in print and electronic media to clarify the results of this visit. The interview was conducted with the person in charge of Sintesis Coffee who had obtained permission from the owner. This activity is carried out to find out how the performance of employees is in accordance with the compensation they get. From the results of the visit obtained salary data and the level of satisfaction with employee salaries, it is known that synthesis coffee has 4 employees and employee salary data is of course in accordance with the statement that the compensation is below the Karawang UMR, this is adjusted to the income generated from sales which on average is in the range of 15 - 20 million. and also obtained the level of employee satisfaction with the salary earned, quite satisfied to be the level for all employees. the results of our observations can be concluded that employee compensation is very influential on work optimization, both cash and non-cash compensation. Optimizing employee work is very important to make employees more able to explore knowledge and skills in developing a business. Efforts to optimize employee work can improve the quality of service to consumers and also provide evidence that human resource development certainly has a positive influence on the performance of coffee shop employees.

Abstract

Fruit sandwiches are a food that is popular at breakfast or just as a snack. Sandwiches are made from two pieces of bread sandwiched with fruit filling according to individual tastes, to make it more delicious, some people also often add mayonnaise and chili sauce (Aliza, 2011). Sandwiches or sandwiches are very popular because they are liked by many people, from children to the elderly, and they are relatively easy to make. Sandwiches can also be used to entertain guests who come to the house (Kirana, 2009). The aim and objective of the nutritious food management program in Teluk Lecah Village is to help mothers process healthy food to serve to their families. The target that mothers want to achieve after participating in this socialization is that mothers understand how to make good and correct food. Providing knowledge for mothers in preparing healthy food will support the success of this program.

Abstract

Computational ability is one of the basic skills that is very important for students in learning mathematics. However, many students face difficulties in understanding mathematical concepts due to the lack of interactive and fun exercises. To overcome this, TuxMath is present as an educational game-based software specifically designed to improve students' arithmetic skills through challenging and interesting games. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of TuxMath in improving students' computational abilities, through literature reviews and empirical analysis of previous studies. The method applied is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), by investigating various journals, articles, and studies published between 2020 and 2024. The results of the study show that the use of TuxMath can increase the speed and accuracy of students' arithmetic calculations, increase learning motivation, and help them understand mathematical concepts in a more enjoyable way.

Abstract

This research is driven by the low level of student motivation in completing homework at SD Negeri 104237 Dalu Sepuluh B. Motivation serves as a key factor that encourages students to be enthusiastic about learning. This study applies a descriptive qualitative method, which aims to present events or facts as they occur in the field, where the researcher acts as the main instrument in the process. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that students’ motivation to do homework at SD Negeri 104237 Dalu Sepuluh B is relatively low. This is reflected in the first indicator, namely the willingness to make efforts despite repeated failures, where students appear indifferent toward homework assignments. The second indicator concerns the habit of completing homework early, which shows that students rarely work on assignments and only do so when they have spare time. The third indicator is activeness during lessons, where students are less engaged in responding to teachers, resulting in minimal interaction between students and teachers in the classroom, and their attention to lessons is limited. The fourth indicator relates to punctuality in submitting homework, as students are less disciplined in turning in assignments, often prioritizing tasks from the Islamic boarding school. The main inhibiting factor of students’ motivation in doing homework is the busy schedule of boarding school activities, which makes it difficult for students to manage their time to complete assignments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran lembaga sosial dan kesehatan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan manusia lanjut usia (manula). Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur sistematis (SLR), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi lansia, seperti keterbatasan ekonomi, stigma sosial, serta keterbatasan akses ke layanan kesehatan dan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembaga sosial berperan penting dalam memberikan dukungan sosial dan psikologis, sementara lembaga kesehatan fokus pada pendekatan holistik untuk pencegahan, pengobatan, dan rehabilitasi. Selain itu, Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) memainkan peran krusial dalam meningkatkan akses layanan kesehatan dan promosi perilaku hidup sehat.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia kerja yang cepat dan dinamis menuntut individu untuk terus mengembangkan kompetensi agar tetap relevan dan adaptif. Pendidikan seumur hidup muncul sebagai strategi penting untuk menghadapi perubahan tersebut. Artikel ini membahas relevansi pendidikan seumur hidup terhadap dunia kerja modern, penguatan kompetensi melalui pembelajaran berkelanjutan, peran teknologi sebagai media pendukung, pembentukan budaya belajar pada masyarakat modern, serta kontribusinya terhadap pembangunan sumber daya manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, dengan menganalisis berbagai literatur ilmiah, artikel, dan dokumen relevan terkait pendidikan seumur hidup dan kebutuhan kompetensi kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan seumur hidup menjadi kunci bagi individu untuk mempertahankan daya saing, meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan non-teknis, membangun budaya belajar, serta mendukung pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang produktif, inovatif, dan adaptif.
