Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the teacher recruitment system in MTs. Ma'arif 16 Nurul Hidayah Banyubang Solokuro Lamongan, and improve the quality of educational institutions through the teacher recruitment system. This research uses a qualitative approach. Research data is obtained through observation and interview methods. Data obtained in the analysis by means of data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of research conducted in the field showed that the teacher recruitment system in MTs. Ma'arif 16 Nurul Hidayah is that there are stages determined by the school.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to prove significantly the relationship of intellectual intelligence level with the compliance of students in carrying out regulations in Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasyim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang. This research is quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 31 respondents, namely all students at al-Hasyim Jogoroto Jombang boarding school. In order to analyze the relationship of intellectual intelligence level with santri kepatuan in carrying out regulations. The results showed that intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the compliance of students with this can be seen from the results of the hypothesis test 0.002inate 0.05 so that it can be said that there is a relationship of the level of intellectual intelligence with the compliance of students in carrying out regulations in Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasyim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang.

Abstract

Education is formal and non-formal programmed learning experiences. Therefore, Currently, the Indonesian government continues to seek various ways so that learning can continue and develop during the COVID-19 pandemic, both learning innovations, procurement of supporting infrastructure, teaching methods and much more. In this case the Islamic boarding school is one of the non-formal education functions to complement the abilities of students by providing learning experiences that are not obtained in school education. Hamalatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in its learning prioritizes learning the Qur'an. The learning process is packaged with tahfidz pesantren, namely: recitation of the wethon, depositing the Qur'an to a ustadz or cleric, madrasahtul diniyah, memorizing the Qur'an quickly and so on. This study aims to determine the suitability of the availability of human resources as well as facilities and infrastructure in supporting teaching and learning activities at the Hamalatul Qur'an Islamic boarding school. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection methods were observation, interviews and document collection during the study. The results of the study were to determine: the role of HR and Sarpras, how strategic, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the learning process to memorize the Al-Quran at the Hamatul Quran Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

The problem behind this research is that researchers wish to examine Arabic khot using the Hamidi method, which is currently becoming a trend among the general public. Calligraphy art, which is a form of Islamic art heritage in the form of beautiful writing, is very important until now. This research uses quantitative methods by presenting data in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation in order to obtain research material that will guide the continuity and success of the research. With the data that had been presented, the researcher found that there was effectiveness in learning Arabic khot using the Hamidi method. From the research that has been done, there is a finding that presents the results of the analysis of the effect of the Hamidi method on student achievement of SAKAL in Denanyar Jombang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research is a field research that examines the development of educational ludo games as an alternative media for learning Islamic education for class VIII at SMPN 2 Perak Jombang. This study aims to: (1) develop learning media for educational ludo games on Islamic religious education learning materials. (2) Knowing the feasibility of learning media for educational ludo games. This research is a development research (R&D) with a 4-D model of S. Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, and Melvyn I. Sammmel which has 4 stages, namely: define, design, develop, and disseminate. (deployment). The feasibility of learning media for educational ludo games is seen from the average score of validator assessments and student responses. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the way to develop this educational Ludo game media is to use the 4-D stage. (2) The results of this study are the development of this educational Ludo game is suitable for use in learning. The feasibility of the product is based on the assessment of material experts and media experts with a percentage assessment of 85% in the very feasible category and 89% in the very feasible category and the results obtained from research on content quality aspects, the percentage of feasibility, are 95% in the very feasible / interesting category. Based on the table the significant value of the prites and posttests is 0.25, so it can be interpreted that the conclusion of H0 is rejected because there is no significant difference between learning using ludo-educational and non-educational learning media. Therefore H1 is accepted because there is a significant difference between learning using educational ludo game media Keywords: Game, Ludo, Education

Abstract

The implementation of the Singsaras product manufacturing training program in order to realize food security in Mojokrapak village was carried out at the Mojokrapak village hall, Tembelang Jombang, based on a survey, namely due to uneven economic conditions, there are still many community potentials that cannot be explored. The aims are : Increasing members of Family Welfare Development, empowering Family Welfare Development to achieve mutual prosperity and increasing the utilization of agricultural products in Mojokrapak Tembelang village, Jombang. The methods used are socialization, training and mentoring. The result of this activity is that this singsaras product can be a solution to realize food security and shared welfare in the village of Mojokrapak Tembelang, Jombang, East Java

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan mengenai penggunaan media pembelajaran “Funglish” (Fun Learning English) berbasis aplikasi android pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris bagi siswa SMP kelas VII semester I yang berjumlah 27 siswa di Desa Mojokrapak Kecamatan Tembelang Kabupaten Jombang. Agar anak-anak di Desa Mojokrapak semakin bersemangat dalam mempelajari Bahasa Inggris tertama pada materi Speaking dan Listening. Adapun di dalam pelatihan penggunaan media pembelajaran “Funglish” Fun Learning English, kami menggunakan metode Community Based Research (CBR), dimana metode ini merupakan sistematis pendidikan dan instruksional proses desain yang didalamnya memiliki proses kegiatan analisis, desain, evaluasi, dan revisi sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan yang diaplikasikan menjadi suatu tindakan nyata berupa pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 3 sampai dengan 5 nopember 2021. Berdasarkan dari hasil pelatihan mengenai penggunaan media pembelajaran “Funglish”, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode aplikasi “Funglish’ dapat membantu mendorong minat dan bakat siswa-siswi dalam proses belajar mengajar, terutama dalam pembelajaran bahasa inggris, memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya media pembelajaran pendukung, agar proses belajar mengajar lebih bervariasi dan tidak monoton, dan juga memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa dan siswi jika belajar tidak hanya dengan buku, tetapi banyak teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menciptakan media pembelajaran yang baru dan menarik.

Abstract

Community service activities carried out in the krapak hamlet, Mojokrapak village, Tembelang Jombang, aimed to provide knowledge about training in making handsanitizer tools in the midst of the covid 19 pandemic. It was carried out because of the situation. For many people come to the Tembelang Village Service Office for certain purposes so that the use of hand sanitizer will occur. This community service activity is carried out by means of lectures, discussions and demonstrations. This training on making hand sanitizer tools aims to increase public awareness of the importance of complying with health protocols and can minimize the spread of covid-19 and minimize the occurrence of crowds in services and optimizing village government services to the community

Abstract

Lahan yang menyempit dan biaya produksi yang semakin meningkat, merupakan masalah pokok di era sekarang bagi petani. Upaya untuk menanggulangi masalah dalam bercocok tanam dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, misalnya dengan menanam jenis tanaman yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi, penggunakan benih unggul yang berkualitas, perbaikan teknik dan sistem bercocok tanam serta pemanfaatan bahan organik untuk biaya biaya produksi. Salah satu cara yaitu menerapkan tumpangsari. Salah satu contoh budidaya campuran atau tumpang sari ini adalah budidaya jagung dan cabai rawit. Jagung adalah salah satu jenis tanaman bahan makanan sumber sumber karbohidrat serta memiliki nilai ekonomis yang bagus. Sementara cabai rawit adalah tanaman yang tidak bisa diragukan lagi nilai ekonomisnya, meskipun kadang-kadang harganya anjlok. Jagung dan cabai rawit bisa di tumpangsari dan tetap bisa tumbuh dan berproduksi secara maksimal.

Abstract

Pembudidayaan tanaman dengan menggunakan media hidroponik perlu di kembangkan dan disosialisasikan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Lathifiyah 1 Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang.Selain melatih santri untuk bercocok tanam yang efektif dan efesien, praktik budidaya tanaman hidroponik ini diharapkan mampu melatih jiwa kemandirian dan jiwa kewirausahaan karena tanaman hidroponik ini memiliki kualitas yang baik untuk kesehatan.hidroponikjuga merupakan salah satu solusi untuk budidaya tanaman dengan memanfaatkan lahan yang sempit sehingga mudah dimanfaatkan oleh seluruh lingkungan terutama di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode observasi, pemberian materi dari pengelola, dan praktik.Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara bertahap dan pendampingan secara intensif agar dapat mempraktikkan penggunaan media hidroponik dengan baik dan benar.
