Abstract

Pendidikan adalah kunci untuk mencetak generasi muda yang cerdas dan berkualitas, agar bangsa kita bisa semakin maju. Pendidikan yang dimaksud bukan hanya hanya fokus belajar formal di kelas saja tetapi diharapkan kedepannya mereka dapat menerapkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan baik itu di masyarakat, bangsa maupun negara seperti yang dipelajari dalam Pendidikan Pancasila. Namun, dalam belajar Pendidikan Pancasila siswa menemukan kesulitan pada pemahaman makna yang terkandung dalam Pancasila terutama pada materi penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Kurangnya variasi dalam metode pengajaran berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi dan partisipasi siswa, sehingga siswa menjadi kurang bersemangat dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Pembelajaran yang digunakan guru tersebut mengakibatkan hasil belajar mereka masih sangat rendah. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi kurangnya motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Dengan menerapkan model PBL, siswa dapat dilatih untuk berpikir kritis dan mencasi solusi dari masalah secara mandiri, sehingga hasil belajar mereka menjadi lebih optimal. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui sejauh mana peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran PBL ketika dipadukan dengan media lagu kreasi pada Pendidikan Pancasila.Penelitian tindakan kelas ini melibatkan 13 siswa kelas 3 SDN Karangrejo 01 pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang terdiri dari 5 siswa putri dan 8 siswa putra. Penelitian dilakukan secara bertahap dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus melibatkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi untuk mencapai perbaikan yang berkelanjutan. Setelah adanya tindakan di siklus I presentase ketuntasan belajar adalah 69%. pada siklus II presentasenya naik menjadi 85%. Peneliti mengambil kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan model Probem Based Learning (PBL) berbantu media lagu kreasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila pada siswa kelas III SDN Karangrejo 01 Kabupaten Madiun.

Abstract

This study aims to Improve the Effectiveness of Student Learning in Islamic religious education learning by using Differentiated Learning. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. The data of this study were obtained by test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure the Effectiveness of Student Learning and observations are used to analyze the learning activities of teachers and students. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study indicate that Differentiated Learning can Improve the Effectiveness of Student Learning in Islamic religious education learning. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completion in each cycle with details of the pre-cycle 40.89%, the first cycle 68.87% and in the second cycle increased to 90.32%. Thus, the use of Differentiated Learning can be used as an alternative to Improve the Effectiveness of Student Learning in Islamic religious education learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of independent board of commissioners, audit committee, political connections, leverage on Corporate Tax Avoidance with moderation of corporate social responsibility disclosure. This study uses a quantitative method. The data analysis method used is a statistical analysis method using Eviews 12 software. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the IDX with a total of 56 companies that meet the sample selection criteria. The results of this study indicate that the independent board of commissioners (DKI) has a positive effect on Corporate Tax Avoidance (CTA). the audit committee (KA) has a negative effect on Corporate Tax Avoidance (CTA). political connections (KP) have no effect on Corporate Tax Avoidance (CTA). leverage (Lev) has a negative effect on Corporate Tax Avoidance (CTA). CSR is unable to moderate the influence of the independent board of commissioners on Corporate Tax Avoidance. CSR weakens the influence of the audit committee on Corporate Tax Avoidance. that CSR is unable to moderate the influence of political connections on Corporate Tax Avoidance. CSR is unable to moderate the influence of leverage on Corporate Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the income and welfare ofrubber farmers in Sari Mulya village, Sungai Loban District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Thenumber of respondents in this study were 67 samples. And this research uses descriptivequantitative methodThe results of this study indicate that the average income of rubber farmers in thevillage of Sari Mulya sub-district Sungai Loban Regency Tanah Bumbu is Rp.3,761,726. andfor the level of prosperity the rubber farmers in the village of Sari Mulya belong to theprosperous farmers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep, strategi, tantangan, dan solusi dalam manajemen kelas berbasis pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar. Manajemen kelas berbasis pendidikan karakter mengintegrasikan pengelolaan kelas dengan pembentukan nilai-nilai moral dan sosial siswa, yang sangat penting pada tahap perkembangan di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data interaktif, menggabungkan studi pustaka dari berbagai teori pendidikan seperti Kounin, Piaget, Kohlberg, dan Vygotsky. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kelas berbasis pendidikan karakter melibatkan pengelolaan interaksi kelas yang mendukung pembentukan karakter positif, seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan empati. Berbagai strategi yang dapat diterapkan meliputi merancang aturan kelas berbasis karakter, penerapan sistem penghargaan dan konsekuensi, serta pembelajaran kolaboratif yang mendorong keterampilan sosial. Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya, seperti keragaman karakter siswa, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan, dapat diatasi dengan pendekatan yang adaptif, pelatihan guru yang memadai, dan keterlibatan semua pihak dalam mendukung integrasi pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mengembangkan strategi praktis bagi guru untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung perkembangan akademik dan karakter siswa secara seimbang.

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) examine the differences in growth and yield of edamame soybeans (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) under varying vermiwash dosages, (2) identify the dosage that produces the best growth and yield, and (3) evaluate the feasibility of developing a Student Worksheet (LKPD) as a biology learning resource. The research employed an experimental method using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with four treatments: P1 (100 mL vermiwash), P2 (300 mL), P3 (500 mL), and P4 (700 mL), each replicated five times. Observed parameters included plant height (cm), number of leaves, and fresh weight of edamame soybeans (g). Based on the analysis test, the result Fhit>Fdaf indicates that the application of different vermiwash doses in each treatment gives different results on the growth and production of edamame soybeans. The BNJ follow-up test and Dunn's Post Hoc test show that the best growth and production of edamame soybeans is in treatment 4 (700 mL of vermiwash). The results of this study can be used as a biology learning resource on conventional biotechnology material for high school/Islamic high school Grade X in the form of a Student Worksheet, with data obtained from expert validation, showing an average material validation score of 88.57% and a design validation score of 90%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mapping of existing business strategies and to develop new business strategies into a business model canvas. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation and interviews. The collected data were analyzed using SWOT analysis and the results were described in nine elements of the Business Model Canvas. The results of the study indicate that the business strategy obtained from the mapping of the Business Model Canvas is quite good, because each element supports each other to increase income. Furthermore, several strategies need to be carried out to increase income and prioritize the concept of sustainable ecotourism such as publication and socialization of policies; determination of a management model based on the carrying capacity of the Area; integration between tourist destinations to create a tour package; collecting feedback to improve services; expanding market segmentation to foreign tourists; determining promotion costs, research and development; and optimizing opportunities through increasing MSMEs and the creative economy

Abstract

Microplastic pollution in coastal waters poses a serious threat to marine ecosystem sustainability and food safety. However, data on microplastic contamination in edible fish from the Selili Fish Landing Station (PPI Selili), Samarinda, remains limited. This study aimed to identify the types and abundance of microplastics in mackarel tuna (Euthynnus affinis) and milkfish (Chanos chanos), and to analyze the relationship between fish size and microplastic count. The methodology involved random sampling, microplastic extraction from digestive tracts using 22% KOH solution, and statistical analysis using ANOVA and linear regression. The results showed that mackarel tuna contained an average of 3.87 particles per individual, while milkfish had 1.8 particles per individual. The dominant type of microplastic in both species was film (>80%). ANOVA revealed a significant difference in microplastic abundance between the two species (p = 0.010), whereas regression analysis indicated that fish length and weight had no significant effect on microplastic quantity (R² < 0.03). In conclusion, mackarel tuna are more prone to microplastic accumulation than milkfish, likely due to differences in habitat and feeding behavior. It is recommended to conduct regular monitoring of water quality and educate local communities about reducing single-use plastic to minimize microplastic pollution around PPI Selili.
