Abstract

This purpose of this study to determine the effect of price perception and promotion on purchasing decisions of ice cream Aice at Delapas Belas Kiarajangkung Tasikmalaya Stores (Survey on sales of ice cream Aice at Delapan Belas Kiarajangkung Stores). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 100 respondents who are customer ice cream Aice at Delapan Belas Kiarajangkung Stores. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitycal tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously price perception and promotion has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Parrtially price perception has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Parrtially promotion has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This purpose of this study to determine the influence of price perception and service quality on consumer satisfaction (Survey on Consumer Alfa Studios at Tasikmalaya City). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 100 respondents who are a consumer Alfa Studios at Tasikmalaya City. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously price perception and service quality has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Partially price perception has positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Partially service quality has positive and significant on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze how much influence service quality, price and location have on consumer satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative method. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the T test and F test, as well as analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Effect of Service Quality, Price and Location on Consumer Satisfaction, the results showed with a coefficient value of 0.403 it can be seen that the service quality variable (X1), 0.433 is the price variable (X2) and 0.036 is the location variable (X3). Service quality (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) which have a strong relationship to customer satisfaction can be seen in the R Square value of 0.472, which indicates that the independent variables consisting of service quality, price and location can be explained by customer satisfaction 47.2% were able to explain the dependent variable, namely consumer satisfaction (Y) while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The conclusion of this study is that service quality and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Galunggung Shelter Coffee Shop, while location also has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of the research and analyze influence Product Quality, Promotion, Consumers Buying Interest in Meubel Zulfami Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is method quantitaive descriptive a survey. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the Product Quality, and Promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumers Buying Interest. Product Quality partially significant effect Consumers Buying Interest. promotion has a significant effect on Consumers Buying Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Brand Experience and E-Service Quality on Brand Loyalty in Anthelabel Tasikmalaya Shop Consumers. Descriptive research method with a survey approach. The population in this research is Ansthelabel consumers as many as 100 consumers. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that Brand Experience and E-Service Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Brand Loyalty for Ansthelabel Tasikmalaya Store consumers. Partially, Brand Experience has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty for consumers at Ansthelabel Tasikmalaya Store. Partially, E-Service Quality has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty for consumers at Ansthelabel Tasikmalaya Store.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin tinggi didukung dengan system digitalisasi yang semakin marak menuntut para UMKM untuk terus meningkatkan kualitasnya dengan memanfaatkan system digitalisasi yang ada. Apabila system digitalisasi tidak dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik maka potensi bisnis tidak dapat dioptimalkan. Melalui pengabdian ini diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatkan pemahamannya mengenai digital marketing strategy guna meningkatkan pendapatan yang dimiliki.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of raw material inventory control that has been carried out at Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya, how to apply the EOQ method in controlling raw material inventory at Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya and wherher there is a difference between inventory control raw materials at Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya without using the EOQ method using the EOQ method. The main raw material used is rice. Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya processes rice into sorabi food. This study used interview data collection techniques, library research and observation. The method used in this research is the mixed methods method (combination method). The data analysis method used is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, Reorder Point and Total Inventory Cost. Based on the research, it is known that with the calculation of the EOQ method of Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya can optima inventory and can streamline inventory cost. And based on the results of the paired sample t-test, it states that is a significant difference between the data results without using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method Key words: Inventory Control, Economic Order Quantity, Safety Stock, Reorder Point and Total Inventory Cost Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pengendalian bahan baku yang selama ini dilakukan pada Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya, bagaimana penerapan metode EOQ dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya dan apakah ada perbedaan antara pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya tanpa menggunakan metode EOQ dengan menggunakan metode EOQ. Bahan baku utama yang digunakan adalah beras. Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya mengelola beras menjadi makanan sorabi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data interview, penelitian keperpustakaan dan observasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahh metode mixed methods (metode kombinasi). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, Reorder Point dan Total Inventory Cost. Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui bahwa dengan perhitungan metode EOQ Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya dapat mengoptimalkan persediaan dan dapat mengefesienkan biaya persediaan. Dan berdasarkan hasil uji paired samples t-test menytakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil data tanpa metode Economic Order Quatity (EOQ) dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Kata Kunci: Pengendalian Persediaan, Economic Order Qunatity (EOQ), Persediaan Pengaman (Safety Stock), Titik Pemesanan Kembali (Reorder Point) dan Total Biaya Persediaan (Total Inventory Cost)

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are one of the non-formal educational institutions that make a major contribution to the Indonesian nation, currently Islamic boarding schools not only provide religious knowledge whose status is only non-formal education will open up formal education in efforts to develop human resources This research aims to discuss the role of Islamic boarding schools in development human resources at Syarif Hidayatulloh Islamic Boarding School (Syahida). This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Research subjects were selected by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were the Pondok Leaders, community leaders, and students. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data display, and verifying. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the Syarif Hidayatulloh Islamic Boarding School has a role in human resource development. This is evidenced by data verification with a data assessment rubric, that the results of observations, interviews, and documentation show that there has been an increase in human resources thanks to the role of the Syarif Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School. This research concludes that Islamic boarding schools have a role in human resource development.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of work discipline and work environment on the work productivity of employees in the production department of the company CV Putra AR Ciamis. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used saturated samples with a sample size of 70 people. The data collection technique uses an offline questionnaire. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The research results show that simultaneously work discipline and the work environment have a significant effect on productivity. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on work productivity. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on work productivity.
