Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of branding and location on RPM Shop purchasing decisions. The research methods used in this research descriptive method of analysis with a case study approach. The population studied was 100 respondents. The data collected is secondary and primary data. The data analysis in this study used Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that branding and location simultaneously influenced the decision to buy RPM Shop Karangnunggal. Branding partially influenced the decision to purchase RPM ShopKarangnunggal. Location partially affects the decision to purchase RPM Shop Karangnunggal

Abstract

This study aims determine and analyze the effect price perception and promotion partially and simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at gojek online transportation user Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this reseach is quantitative method with a consumers survey approach with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collected in the form of data is carried out using a qustionnaire technique. Data analysis in this survey uses multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient determination using SPSS software. The results of the survey that the price perception and promotion simultaneously and partially have a significant on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and timeliness of delivery on consumer satisfaction (survey on consumer of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Indihiang). The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at PT POS Indonesia (Persero) branch post office Indihiang. The results showed that there was a positive influence and timeliness of delivery on consumer satisfaction at PT POS Indonesia (Persero) branch post office Indihiang. Based on this, it can be concluded that if there is an increase in the value of service quality, the value of consumer satisfaction will also increase. Based on this, it can be concluded that if there is an increase in the value of on time delivery, the value of consumer satisfaction will also increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Digital Marketing on Consumer Purchase Decisions Koko Purnama Kawalu Tasikmalaya. The method used is a survey method, with a population of consumers of Baju Koko Purnama Kawalu Tasikmalaya who have shopped online through the Instagram platform of Baju Koko Purnama Kawalu Tasikmalaya, which is then taken as a consumer sample of 80 respondents. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis tool uses simple linear regression, the coefficient of determination and the correlation coefficient. Data collection techniques using questionnaires to respondents who became the sample. The results showed that Digital Marketing had a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions for Koko Purnama Kawalu Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of taste and layout on consumer satisfaction at Letter Coffee Singaparna Tasikmalaya Regency both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study was letter coffee visitors, with a sample of 96 people obtained through probability sampling techniques with a simple random sampling approach. Based on the results of the analysis on the hypothesis test using SPSS 25, the results of the F test showed that taste and layout simultaneously had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Based on the results of the T test, taste and layout partially affect consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance in Margabakti Village Apparatuses Cibeureum District Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this study was a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires that were distributed to 63 respondents who were Margabakti Village Apparatuses Cibeureum District Tasikmalaya City. The technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the Performance of Employees in the Margabakti Village Cibeureum District Tasikmalaya City. Leadership style partially has a significant effect on the performance of Margabakti Sub-district Employees Cibeureum District Tasikmalaya City. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of Margabakti Village Employees Cibeureum District Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

The study aims to see a comparison of raw material inventory at PD Jaya Lestari in Garut Regency before and after using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. From the results of research that has been carried out on the inventory of materials at PD Jaya Lestari. In determining the inventory of materials, it is carried out conventionally, namely by estimating the amount of raw materials in each acquisition. As a result, the company always experiences an excess in the inventory of its raw materials. The research method used is qualitative using statistical qualit control (SQC) data analysis techniques, the results show that the material inventory control applied by PD Jaya Lestari is not optimal. Where the company can still save inventory costs of Rp.668,097. The number of economical orders (EOQ) for materials is 603,907 kg and the total cost of raw material inventory for production is Rp.48,312,560. The amount of safety reserves for raw materials is 618 kg. Meanwhile, the reordering point for PD Jaya Lestari materials is carried out at the material inventory level at the point of 2064 kg.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of content marketing and electronic word of mouth simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Erigo stores in the Tiktok shop application. The effect of content marketing and E-wom partially on purchasing decisions at Erigo stores in the Tiktok shop application. The method used in this research is descriptive causal with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents to students from the Universitas Perjuangan, Tasikmalaya student class of 2019, based on 989 known population data, the analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. Simultaneously content marketing and E-wom have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The test results show that partially the content marketing variable has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, but for the E-wom variable it has a partial positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth and influencers simultaneously and partially on consumer purchasing decisions for Somethinc products in the Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya environment. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The data used in this study are primary data derived from questionnaires that have been distributed to consumers using Something skincare. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient using SPSS version 26 software. The results of this study are that Electronic Word of Mouth has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Influencers have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. In the simultaneous test, Electronic Word of Mouth and Influencers have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This purpose of this study to determine the influence of lifestyle and customer experience on purchasing decision brand handphone iPhone (Survey on iPhone Brand mobile Phone users at Tasikmalaya City). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 100 respondents who are a iPhone mobile users at Tasikmalaya City. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously lifestyle and customer experience has a significant influence on purchasing decision. Partially lifestyle has negative and unsignificant influence on purchasing decision. Partially customer experience has positive and significant on purchasing decision.
