Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Brand Awareness, Brand Image dan Media Communication Terhadap Minat Memilih Produk Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Medan (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Medan). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awareness, brand image dan media communication terhadap minat memilih produk Bank BNI Syariah cabang Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 97 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer melalui kuesioner kemudian hasil datanya dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan melakukan uji parsial (t), uji simultan (F), dan uji determinasi dengan menggunakan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara variabel brand awareness, brand image, dan media communication terhadap minat memilih produk dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa media communication dan brand image dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 dan 0,007 menunjukkan bahwa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat memilih produk, sedangkan brand awareness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat memilih produk dengan tingkat signifikan 0,137.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and find the point of view of non-Muslim customers when choosing Islamic banking. This research is a qualitative study using open and closed interviews in collecting data. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results showed that there is interest from non-Muslim customers in Islamic banking, especially interest in choosing financing products. Interest in choosing Islamic banking from non-Muslim customers is determined by the perception of the benefits obtained, the ease of installment arrears, and the low cost of capital. Meanwhile, the main reasons for non-Muslim customers are not interested in Islamic banking products are because of the confusing and unclear terms, unclear calculation methods, and lack of literacy about Islamic banking among non-Muslim communities.

Abstract

The establishment of OJK is to organize an overall supervisory and regulatory system, especially in financial sector activities, both in non-bank and banking institutions. OJK has three objectives, namely creating a financial services sector that is contributive to equal distribution of wealth, creating a financial services sector that is stable, foreign-powered, and realizing financial services that are inclusive for society by providing credible protection to the consumers. This study aims to find out what regulations are issued by the Financial Services Authority institutions to protect the consumers who use peer to peer lending services and what sanctions are issued by the Financial Services Authority institutions if the perpetrators of financial services violate the provisions in the Financial Services Authority regulations. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach.In this case the Financial Services Authority issues regulations concerning the Consumer Protection in the Financial Services Sector. And if a financial service actor violates or does not comply with the regulations made by OJK, he will receive sanctions as stated in the regulation Number: 1/POJK.07/2013, if a financial service actor violates the provisions in OJK regulations, he will be subject to administrative sanctions, namely written regulations, Fines or paying a certain amount of money, Limitation of business activities, Freezing of business activities, as well as revocation of licenses for business activities. Keywords: Role, OJK, Protection, Consumers, Sharia Maqasid.

Abstract

If a company manages its human resources well, it will affect the performance of its employees so that it can help achieve company goals. sometimes when companies do ways by giving high job demands to their employees in order to achieve these goals but beyond the ability of their employees to cause these employees to burnout. This is one of the problems that often arises when the high demands of work on employees from the company. The focus of this research is on the Burnout variable and the Employee Performance variable. However, the problem is whether there is an implication of Burnout level on employee performance at PT TMS. The specific purpose of this study is to determine the implications of Burnout level on employee performance at PT TMS. This research method used quantitative through analytical descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques use correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, t test in hypothesis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the discussion that there is an implication of the Burnout level on the performance of PT TMS employees, this is evidenced based on the results of the correlation coefficient of 0.729, and this is included in the category of a strong relationship level. Likewise, the results of the calculation of the correlation of determination have shown that Burnout affects employee performance by 53.1%. Directly proportional to the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that the calculation results of tcount> ttable (9.042> 1.66629) then the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there are implications for the results of Burnout on employee performance. It is hoped that the Company can create programs to help employees overcome the problem of fatigue at work or burnout and provide balanced tasks and responsibilities so that employee performance can be maintained and be able to improve their performance properly. Apabila suatu Perusahaan dalam mengelola SDM nya dengan baik, hal tersebut akan berpengaruh dalam kinerja karyawannya sehingga bisa membantu pencapaian tujuan Perusahaan. terkadang ketika perusahaan melakukan cara-cara dengan memberikan tingginya tuntutan pekerjaan kepada karyawannya agar bisa mencapai tujuan tersebut tapi diluar kemampuan karyawannya sehingga menyebabkan karyawan tersebut kelelahan kerja atau burnout. Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu persoalan yang sering muncul ketika tingginya tuntutan pekerjaan terhadap karyawan dari perusahaan. Fokus penelitian ini pada variabel Burnout dan variabel Kinerja Karyawan. Namun Permasalahannya, apakah terdapat implikasi tingkat Burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. TMS. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui implikasi tingkat Burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. TMS. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan kuantitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t dalam hipotesis dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil dari pembahasan bahwa terdapat implikasi tingkat Burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. TMS, hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil koefisien korelasi yaitu 0,729, dan ini termasuk kategori tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Begitu pula dengan hasil perhitungan korelasi determinasi telah diketahui bahwa Burnout mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 53,1%. Berbanding lurus dengan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui hasil perhitungan thitung > ttabel (9,042 > 1.66629) maka hipotesis diterima, Artinya terdapat implikasi hasil dari Burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan. Diharapkan Perusahaan dapat membuat program-unggulan dalam membantu karyawan mengatasi masalah kelelahan dalam bekerja atau burnout dan memberikan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang seimbang sehingga performa kinerja karyawan dapat dijaga dan mampu untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan baik.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyse the contemporary management model of zakat, infaq, sedekah, and waqf (ZISWAF) in the Al-Barokah Islamic boarding school in Simalungun, North Sumatra, from the perspective of muamalah jurisprudence. Theoretical framework: This study is based on the muamalah jurisprudence framework, especially the concept of ownership (al-milkiyyah), trust, benefit (maslahah), and justice ('adl) in the management of social funds. These principles are linked to modern institutional management theory that emphasises accountability, transparency, and efficiency. The integration of classical Islamic legal norms with contemporary management practices is the basis for assessing the effectiveness of the ZISWAF management model in the Islamic boarding school environment. Literature review: The literature review includes Islamic Muamalah Fiqh from an Economic perspective in Islam, Contemporary ZISWAF Management, and Islamic Boarding Schools in the Reality of Sharia Economic Implementation. Methods: This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through interviews with the management of the Al-Barokah Islamic boarding school, documentation of the institution's financial reports, and observations of ZISWAF management practices. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion, using muamalah jurisprudence as an interpretative framework. Results: The study indicates that the ZISWAF management model at the Al-Barokah Islamic boarding school applies a hybrid system that combines fundraising based on traditional religious values ​​with modern institutional management practices. The integration of digital recording systems, participatory decision-making, and empowerment-based fund distribution reflects the application of muamalah fiqh principles in the contemporary context. This model has succeeded in increasing financial transparency, educational independence, and the social welfare of the community around the Islamic boarding school. Implications: These findings indicate that Islamic boarding schools have the potential to become strategic centres of Islamic social finance by institutionalising accountable ZISWAF management in accordance with sharia principles. Novelty: This study introduces the Integrated ZISWAF Management Model (IZMM), which combines the principles of muamalah fiqh with modern management for the sustainable management of Islamic boarding school social funds.

Abstract

The growth of the Islamic pawn industry demonstrates a significant contribution in supporting public access to financing, particularly through gold pawn products based on the Rahn contract. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), as the largest Islamic bank in Indonesia, offers this product based on the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 26/DSN-MUI/III/2002. This study aims to analyze the compliance of the implementation of the gold Rahn contract at BSI KCP Medan Adam Malik with the fatwa and identify substantive obstacles in practice. The study used a qualitative method with a case study approach through interviews, observation, and documentation. Respondents consisted of bank officers, customers, and representatives of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). Data analysis was conducted descriptively qualitatively through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that structurally the implementation of the Rahn contract is in accordance with the fatwa provisions, as reflected in the Gold Pawn Proof Letter (SBGE) containing the Rahn contract, along with transaction details. However, there are substantive gaps. First, some officers misunderstand because they assume that the pawned gold belongs to the bank. Second, the determination of the Ujrah (usury) is based on business strategy and customer segmentation, not the actual storage costs, thus creating the potential for gharar (gharar) and resembling usury (riba). Third, customer education regarding the Ijarah contract is not optimal, particularly regarding the object of Ijarah. In conclusion, the implementation of the Rahn contract at BSI KCP Medan Adam Malik is normatively valid, but faces substantive challenges in terms of transparency, fairness, and understanding of the contract. This study recommends strengthening customer education, increasing staff capacity, and providing substantive oversight by the Sharia Supervisory Board.
