Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the realistic mathematics education (RME) learning model based on etnhnomatematics on the ability of studens to think critically in mathematics learning in class V SDN cluster 05  Bengkulu City. This research is quantitative research. The research was a quasy experiment whit a matching only pretest-posttest control group design study design. The population in this study was SDN Cluster 05 Bengkulu city. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. The sample inthis study was VA class at SDN 09as an experimental class and VA class SDN 02 as a control class. The instrument used in this study was a description tests sheet. Taking the test twice before and after giving treatment to sample class. Of this research by using SPSS 16.00 for windows. Based analysis of rsearch data is the result of difference beetwen the pretest-posttest control and eksperimen. this difference is evidenced by the significance value od the t test 0,001 < 0,05 means. Result it can be concluded that there are difference in the use of RME bases etnomathematics on mathematics critical thinking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of local content of naturalpanoramic materials in Bengkulu on the results of the students of class VSD Negeri 07 Kota Bengkulu. This research is a quantitative research.Theresearch design used was Quasy Experimental Design with design typeThe matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, where the testtaking twice before and after giving treatment in the sample class. Thesample in this research is the students of class V SD Negeri 07 KotaBengkulu. The research instrument used is a multiple choice test that isgiven through pretest (before learning) and posttest (after learning takesplace). Data of this research are analyzed by using descriptive andinferential analysis that is t-test. From t-test result with tcount 2,164 andttable 2,005. So, tcount (2.164)> ttable (2.005). The value of tcountobtained is higher than ttable value, it can be concluded that there is thethe influence of local content of natural panoramic materials in Bengkuluon the results of the students of class V SD Negeri 07 Kota Bengkulu.Keywords: Teaching Material, Local Content, Natural Panoramic inBengkulu, Achievement.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. The research design used was Quasi Experimental Design with design type The Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, where the test was done twice before and after giving treatment (treatmen) in the sample class. The sample in this research is the students of class V in SD N 51 Kota Bengkulu, which consist of VA class as experiment class and VB class as control class. The research instrument used is a multiple choice test which is given through the pretest before the learning takes place and posttest after the learning takes place. Data of this research are analyzed by using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis that is t-test. The result of t-test with t count is 2.38 and ttable is 2.02. So the value of t arithmetic obtained greater than the value of t table, the conclusion of this study that there is the influence of the frog jumping game on the learning outcomes of cognitive aspects in the learning of Mathematics students of class V in SD N 51 Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Discovery Learning model on student learning outcomes in learning Mathematics in class V in SDN Gugus 19 Kota Bengkulu 2017/2018 lesson year. This research is a quantitative research. The research design used was Quasi Experimental Design with design type The Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The test is done twice before and after the treatment in the sample class. The population of this research is all students of class V in SD Negeri Gugus 19 Kota Bengkulu using Curriculum 2013. The sampling technique using Cluster Random Sampling, The sample in this research is class V SD Negeri 71 Kota Bengkulu as experiment group and class V SD Negeri 72 Kota Bengkulu as a control group. Instrument research in the form of learning result test. Based on the results of the hypothesis by using t-test at concluded that there is an influence of the Discovery Learning model on student learning significance level 5% obtained t calculate 13.57> t table 1.67. Thus it can be outcomes in learning Mathematics in class V at SDN Gugus 19 KotaBengkulu

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the use of relistic mathematics education model based tabut ethnomatematics on mathematical communication skills. This research is quantitative. The method used quasi experimental design with the matching only pretest-posttest group design. The population in this study is all students of class IV SD is tabut harmony familly. Subjects in this study was study group IV A in SDN 09 Kota Bengkulu as experimental class and study group IV C in SDN 02 Kota Bengkulu as cotrol class. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. The research instrument used description test sheet. Taking the test twice before and after giving treatment to sample class. Of this research by using SPSS 16.0 for windows. Based on analysis of research data is the result of difference between the pretest-posttest control class and experimental class. Abstract

This study aims to produce Student Worksheets using the Realistic Mathematics Education approach to build understanding of mathematical concepts in grade IV of Elementary School; This study is a Research and Development (R&D) research using a 4-D model. Validation is carried out by material experts, design experts and linguists. The developed were given scores and responses by 4 public elementary school teachers in Bengkulu City. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis of the results of expert validation and teacher responses as well as qualitative descriptive analysis of comments from expert validation and teacher responses.. The results of the validity test of the mathematics that have been developed with the results of the material experts are 88.89 with a very valid category, the design expert validation is 94 with the very valid category, the validation of the linguist 90 is very valid and the teacher's response is 87.66 with the very category. valid as the final product of development and limited trial results to get an average value of 83.4 with completeness of 88.89%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of guided inquiry model on student learning outcomes in Mathematics learning in grade V SD Gugus XII Kota Bengkulu. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with the design of the study of the matching only pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study is all students of class V SD group XII consisting of 5 elementary schools. Based on the homogeneity test results, the sample in this study were the students of grade V SDN 99 as the experimental class and the students of class V SDN 81 as the control class. The research instrument used is a matter of objective test consisting of 20 items. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, prerequisite test and inferential analysis that is t-test. Based on data analysis of research results, obtained the average value of posttest result of experimental class using guided inquiry model that is 78,120 and control class using conventional learning that is 62,789. T-test of both sample classes with significance level?                = 0.05, obtained count = 4,730 whereas ttable = 2,000, tcount> ttable so that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. The increase of study result percentage in experiment class is higher than control class that is 83.36% in experimental class and control class 33.98%. Thus it can be concluded there is a significant effect of student learning outcomes that follow the learning using guided inquiry model.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kurikulum pengembangan model pembelajaran model pembelajaran tematik kesiapsiagaan bencana banjir bagi siswa di sekolah dasar di daerah aliran sungai (DAS) Kota Bengkulu. Analisis tersebut digunakan dalam merancang model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran tematik integratif di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pemetaan tema dan kompetensi dasar kelas 4 dan mengidentifikasi indikator kesiapsiagaan bencana banjir. Data dikumpulkan dengan melalui penelusuran kajian pustaka yang relevan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of authoritarian, democratic, and permissive parenting on the responsible attitude of fifth graders in online learning at SDN Bengkulu City. This type of quantitative research with comparative causal research method. The population of this study were all fifth grade students at SDN Bengkulu City, totaling 114 students. The sample in this study were 29 students from 114 populations. The data collection technique used a parenting style questionnaire consisting of 35 items and a student responsibility attitude questionnaire consisting of 27 items. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression. The conclusion in this study is that there is an influence of parenting style on students' responsible attitudes and there is also an influence of parenting style on aspects of authoritarian and democratic parenting on students' responsible attitudes, while permissive parenting has no effect on responsible attitudes.

Abstract

This study aims to produce mathematics teaching materials using the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach to foster mathematical literacy skills in fourth grade elementary school students that are feasible and effective to use. This research method is the Research and Development (R&D) method the modifed 4D model. However, this research is only at the development stage, because the COVID-19 situation has not improved. Validation is carried out by material, design, and linguist experts. The teaching materials developed were graded by 3 teachers of elementary school in north Bengkulu and tested on a limited basis in 2 elementary schools. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of expert validation were tested with an interrater reliability test to see the agreement between raters. This research produces RME-based mathematics teaching materials to foster mathematical literacy skills on the circumference and area of flat shapes in fourth grade elementary school students. The results of the validation of material experts get the score of 88.9 in the very good category, linguists get the score of 87.7 in the very good category, design experts get the score of 86.6 in the very good category, and get comments that the depth of the description is in accordance with the level of student development, the language used is communicative, fosters a sense of fun and stimulates students to answer questions, the overall illustrations and letters used are simple, harmonious and attractive. The teacher's response got an average score of 91.3 with a very good category. The results of the limited trial got an average score of 87.7 with a very good category. The product of developing mathematics teaching materials based on Realistic Mathematics Education to foster mathematical literacy skills is very good for use by fourth grade elementary school students.
