Abstract

Lontar Tourism Village, Hendrosari Village, Menganti Subdistrict, Gresik Regency is located in the range of 15 Km from the center of Gresik. The locals are very creative by continuing their culinary innovations besides Legen and dawet siwalan to the grilled chicken menu as a companion. The community's huge interest in the typical culinary of Hendrosari Village is then continued with the development of the tourist village of Lontar Sewu Nature & Culinary Tourism Village. There is a jogging track built to cross the palm plantations, a traditional culinary center of Gresik and a tourist attraction for game rides and a great place for selfies. Physically, the development of the tourism village has been completed and began to operate, but there are still many stakeholders, especially the main activists of the Tourism Village and the community still need guidance as to how they are able to optimize the potential of the tourist village in their place through entrepreneurship. How to take the right steps so that the local wisdom of this tourism village is able to significantly strengthen the superiority of the product which is expected to be able to raise economic independence in the village of Hendrosari. This problem then became the basis of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) in Hendrosari village. Through this program, the main activists of the Tourism Village consisting of Bumdes, PKK cadres, Karang Taruna cadres and the Tourism Village Activity Organizing Committee and the community will be given a briefing to foster entrepreneurial spirit enhancing the competitiveness of MSME products, the Lontar Tourism Village, Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency . The purpose of carrying out PKM activities are; 1. Growing the entrepreneurial spirit of the community of Hendrosari village 2. Increasing the product competitiveness of the community of the village of Hendrosari. The method used is the lecture and discussion method, technology transfer and demonstration method. Through coaching in the PKM program, it is expected that the main activists in the Tourism Village and the community will be able to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to increase the competitiveness of the MSME products of the Lontar Tourism village community, Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency.

Abstract

The Mukmin Mandiri Islamic Boarding School Sidoarjo educates students to be involved in the coffee industry, with the target of instilling entrepreneurship and independence. Coffee waste and cow dung used as plant fertilizer, reducing the need for chemical fertilizers and lowering coffee production costs. The goals of this program are to 1) increase the knowledge of the students about cow dung and coffee husk waste management, and 2) increase their knowledge of cow dung and coffee husk as fertilizer. Lecture and discussion, technology transfer, and demonstrations are all method used. Students at the Mukmin Mandiri Islamic Boarding School can learn how to manage cow dung and coffee husk waste to increase coffee business income while also increasing independence and entrepreneurial spirit through the this program.

Abstract

Desa Kramat Kecamatan Duduksampeyan, Kabupaten Gresik terletak dikisaran 2 Km dari pusat kota Gresik ini memiliki keunggulan berupa destilasi air payau menjadi air minum dalam kemasan. Penduduk setempat sangat kreatif dengan melanjutkan inovasi mereka berupa industri rumah tangga kerupuk ikan. Minat masyarakat yang sangat besar akan kuliner khas Desa Kramat ini dilanjutkan dengan pembangunan Desa Wisata Alam dan Kuliner Kramat. Disana dibangun kolam pemancingan, pusat kuliner tradisional khas Gresik dan tempat wisata untuk berswa-foto. Secara fisik pembangunan desa wisata sudah mendekati rampung, namun masih banyak pihak terkait di Desa Kramat terutama penggiat utama Desa Wisata dan masyarakat masih memerlukan bimbingan bangaimana mereka mampu mengoptimalkan potensi produk mereka melalui peningkatan kapasitas tentang standarisasi produk dan label halal. Hal ini merupakan langkah agar kearifan lokal desa Kramat ini mampu secara nyata mampu menguatkan keunggulan produk sehingga dapat mengangkat kemandirian ekonomi didesa Kramat. Permasalahan ini selanjutnya menjadi dasar dilakukannya Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) di desa Kramat ini. Melalui program ini penggiat utama Desa Kramat yang terdiri dari BUMDesa, Kader PKK, kader Karang Taruna dan masyarakat akan diberikan Sosialisasi Standarisasi Dan Sertifikasi Produk Halal Pelaku Usaha Di Desa Kramat Kecamatan Duduksampeyan Kabupaten Gresik. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM adalah; 1. Menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan masyakat desa Kramat 2. Meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM masyarakat Desa Kramat Kecamatan Duduksampeyan, Kabupaten Gresik.. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah dan diskusi, transfer teknologi dan demonstrasi cara. Melalui pembinaan dalam program PKM, diharapkan Penggiat utama Desa dan masyarakat mampu menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan dan mampu meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM masyarakat Desa Kramat Kecamatan Duduksampeyan, Kabupaten Gresik.

Abstract

In the Islamic view, business is not just profit oriented but there are guidelines that underlie it. Islam encourages people to do business activities because it is part of worship or good deeds. Islamic Shari'ah places human relations in their proper place, making humans able to interact with each other in a balanced and mutually beneficial manner. Pesantren (Islamic boarding school) is one of the right places to study Islamic values ​​in business. In this study, researchers observed a managerial at Pesantren (Islamic boarding school) in managing their business activities. To answer the focus of the research question which is about how sharia business management at the Pesantren Mukmin Mandiri (Islamic boarding school), researchers conducted in-depth interviews with Sntri (students) and kiyai (the Leader of Islamic boarding school) totaling 4 people. The result is that, sharia business management practices based on entrepreneurship at the Pesantren Mukmin Mandiri are: 1) Producing Business Products Pesantren Must Be Halal; 2) Al-Quran and Hadith as Basis for Business Management; 3) No False Promises and Overpromise in Business; 4) Intention and Business Covenant in Pesantren (Islamic Boarding Schools) Must Hold Islamic Sharia Principles.

Abstract

Desa Hendrosari terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Menganti Kabupaten Gresik. Desa ini terkenal dengan hasil bumi yang utama jarang ditemui di wilayah lain yaitu Pohon Siwalan. Pohon ini menghasilkan dua hasil alam, yang pertama adalah Legen dan yang kedua Buah Siwalan. Legen Asli yang dihasilkan oleh pohon siwalan di Desa Hendrosari memiliki fungsi yang luar biasa bagi kesehatan karena dapat mengobati berbagai macam penyakit, diantaranya: Sakit batu ginjal, Sakit pada saluran kencing, Sakit pada punggung/pinggang akibat terlalu capek /tidak teratur dalam mengkonsumsi air minum. Ini jika di tinjau dari sisi sejarah Desa Hendrosari. Secara ekonomis, dijak di tinjau dari beberapa penelitian dan artikel yang terpublikasi oleh Setiawan, (2020), Komara (2020) dan Kurniawan (2020), terdapat keterangan sebagai berikut: bahwa desa ini telah berhasil mengembangkan desa menjadi desa wisata berbasis pohon siwalan. Ketika sektor wisata dikembangkan di desa Hendrosari, tentulah akan menciptakan kanal ekonomi baru dari kalangan masyarakat desa tersebut. UKM mulai dari penghasil buah, pengolah buah menjadi minuman, dan berbagai Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) pun merasakan berkahnya diantaranya mereka bisa berjualan produk, jajanan, makanan dan minuman untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengunjung yang datang. Hal ini sejalan dengan apa yang disampaikan oleh Setiawan (2020) bahwa sektor pariwisata adalah sektor yang saling berpengaruh dan dapat saling bersinergi jika dikelola dengan baik.

Abstract

Hendrosari Village has an extraordinary function for health because it can treat various diseases, including: Kidney stone pain, Urinary tract pain, Back/waist pain due to being too tired/irregular in consuming drinking water. This is when viewed from the historical side of Hendrosari Village. Economically, judging from several studies and articles written by Setiawan, (2020), Komara (2020) and Kurniawan (2020), there is an explanation as follows: that this village has succeeded in developing the village into a palm tree-based tourism village. When the tourism sector is developed in Hendrosari village, of course it will create new economic channels from the village community. The MSME-based business sector has emerged with various types of products ranging from traditional processed products to modern ones (attractive packaging). This is then referred to as a blessing from the presence of the tourist village. This is in line with Setiawan's research (2020) that the tourism sector is a sector that influences each other economically and can synergize with each other if managed properly. However, based on our observations and in-depth observations, there are some interesting things to do research with the big questions are: How is digital tourism developed in Hendrosasi Village as an effort to increase the number of visitors? The research method used is a qualitative approach with three (3) resource persons to answer in the context of marketing and tourism promotion, namely how to increase the number of visitors using a digital system or in academic language called digital tourism.

Abstract

Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik mengadakan pengabdian kepada siswa kelas satu dan dua Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Pertanian Pembangunan Pelaihari Kalimantan Selatan. Sebanyak 231 siswa dari tiga jurusan yakni Agribisnis Ternak Ruminansia (ATR), Agribisnis Unggas dan Kesehatan Hewan menjadi objek pengabdian dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan minat kewirausahaan. Dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan sosialisasi pentingnya kewirausahaan bagi masyarakat dapat diketahui hasil kegiatan dari tiga jurusan tersebut awalnya tingkat ketidaktahuan tentang kewirausahan hingga 19,8 persen. Namun, setelah diadakan kegiatan pengabdian angka ini mengalami penurunan hingga 10 persen. Sementara tingkat pengetahuan meningkat dari 40 persen menjadi 58,4 persen.

Abstract

This study conducted an analysis and evaluation of business services activities P erguruan T Heigh under the Ministry of Religious Affairs in J awa T imur to create a model of an integrated online system to maximize kan activities of the service business during a pandemic covid 19. Enterprises college business has expanded rapid and during the pandemic covid has made changes to the service online, after the application of social distance in an effort to deal with the spread of the disease corona virus (Covid-19). Initially, an increase in people's interest to shop online was to buy necessities of life very high with many transaction processes. The aim is to provide effective and efficient services to all business transactions conducted online during the pandemic covid19. The methodology used is a qualitative research method with case studies and using purposive samples . The analytical approach used is interpretive analysis. The results of the research show that implementing an integrated online system is able to serve many business transaction processing activities which are greatly improved. So it can be concluded several things as follows: With an integrated online system through planning and organizing business systems can illustrate the various classifications of implementation of business services online business activities in order to facilitate all forms of business transaction processes quickly, effectively and efficiently during Covid-19. System integration of online ie business opportunities using technology that can deliver greater value for the business of the college that the college of business can be developed and can be maintained as well as helping people to meet their needs and facilitate online transactions.

Abstract

Pengembangan "Rumah Kolaborasi" di Kabupaten Lamongan adalah usaha untuk mengangkat potensi ekonomi local melalui proses kreatif dan kolaborasi multi pihak. Hal ini dicapai bersama tim pengabdian masyarakat dengan memberikan pembekalan bagi pemuda mengenai konsep bisnis kolaborasi digital. Program ini bertujuan menciptakan wadah belajar dan praktek bagi pemuda, membantu mereka memahami ekonomi kolaborasi, dan mendorong pembentukan platform digital startup berbasis ekonomi kolaborasi. Program ini juga bertujuan untuk membangun embrio dari koperasi serba usaha multi pihak yang nantinya akan menjadi badan hukum yang menaungi gerakan mereka. Melalui webinar, pelatihan, dan pendampingan, program ini berhasil membentuk "Rumah Kolaborasi", tim manajemen bisnis kolaborasi, dan platform digital "Inarum.ID" sebagai proyek awal implementasi konsep ekonomi kolaborasi modern. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi pemuda dalam ekonomi kolaborasi, membantu UMKM agar bisa berkembang, menciptakan peluang usaha atau peluang kerja bagi masyarakat luas, dan membangun komunitas yang kuat dan berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Lamongan.

Abstract

This study will only examine two things, namely: (1) how is the process of transforming farmers into entrepreneurs and (2) what benefits are obtained by participants who work as farmers while participating in the agripreneur academy program from the Sang Matahari Educational Institute (LPSM). The approach in this study uses an exploratory qualitative approach. From the results of the research and discussion that we analyzed, it was concluded that the transformation process from farmer to entrepreneur who took part in the agripreneur academy education program at LPSM in Sidoarjo, was as follows: (1) Curriculum designed to educate participants to become entrepreneurs in agriculture and plantations; (2) The entrepreneurial mindset of farmers as participants in the agripreneur academy is that farmers aspire to be entrepreneurs and have the motivation to develop their farming/agriculture business through networking and enriching the vision and mission; (3) The process of transforming from a farmer into an entrepreneur is known from two major changes, namely the transformation of farmers from cultivation to market-oriented farmers and from traditional farmers to managerial entrepreneurs.
