Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the financial performance of property and real estate sector companies as measured using the Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) proxies on the level of CSR disclosure in 2020-2022. The research sample consisted of 12 companies selected using the purposive sampling method. Data was obtained via the official Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research results show that ROE has no effect on the level of CSR disclosure, meaning that companies with a high level of profitability tend not to disclose Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). NPM has no effect on CSR disclosure, meaning that high or low profits obtained by the company do not influence the company's decision to disclose CSR. Meanwhile, DER influences CSR disclosure, meaning that the size of a company's leverage ratio can influence the amount of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure made by the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Transformational Leadership Skills and Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction which Impact Business Performance at PT. Inti Jaya Purnama, Central Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. In this study using a type of quantitative research with a survey approach with the method used is simple random sampling, with a sample of 155 employees. The data analysis technique of this research uses PLS software version 3.0 (Partial Least Square) which is a variant-based structural equation model that can simultaneously test the measurement model as well as test the structural model with the research results obtained that 1) Transformational Leadership Skills on job satisfaction with a t-statistic value of 10.035 > t-table 1.975 and a P-value of 0.000 > 0.05, 2) Organizational Climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a t-statistic value of 4.955 > t -table 1.975 and a P-value of 0.000 <0. 05, and 3) job satisfaction has an effect on Business Performance with at statistical value of 22.687 > t table of 1.975 and a P-value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Pengembangan smart village tidak hanya terfokus pada penerapan teknologi canggih di suatu desa, tetapi juga pada perubahan keadaan desa menjadi lebih baik dan sejahtera dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada secara berkelanjutan. Secara umum, masyarakat di pedesaan akan sangat terbantu dalam mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi oleh kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, tanpa membedakan mereka dari masyarakat perkotaan. Desa dianggap cerdas apabila mereka menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup, efisiensi, dan daya saing dalam hal ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan (Ramesh, 2018). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan formulasi yang dapat digunakan untuk berkomunikasi dan mendukung kebijakan dalam pengembangan smart village yang ada di desa-desa di Indonesia. Konsep smart village diciptakan oleh pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan desa dan masyarakatnya dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk mengelola berbagai sumber daya lokal sehingga meningkatkan ekonomi desa dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan warganya

Abstract

Era Society 5.0 merupakan konsep atau gagasan bahwa masyarakat kita harus memanusiakan menusia melalui teknologi. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menyoroti berbagai perubahan yang berperan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan, kritik, ide-ide konstruktif dan inovatif di era society 5.0. Cara yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan analisis masalah dan melakukan pengabdian langsung dengan datang ke lokasi untuk mengambil data serta melakukan sosialisasi. Fungsi pemangku kepentingan di sini tidak hanya terbatas pada lingkup mikro, melainkan juga melibatkan dimensi makro, di mana masyarakat seharusnya merupakan hasil dari proses pembelajaran lembaga pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu, kiprah para aktivis dapat menyikapi berbagai permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan masyarakat dalam arti yang lebih luas. Dengan mendukung masyarakat di era society 5.0, kami berharap semua yang ada di masyarakat bisa terhubung dengan teknologi. Melalui peran stakeholder, masyarakat dapat memperoleh manfaat dari karya terbaiknya untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, konstruktif, inovatif dan mandiri serta kemampuan dasar yang harus dimiliki setiap individu yaitu kreativitas, berpikir kritis, komunikasi dan kolaborasi.

Abstract

Innovation in business management plays a key role in improving organizational performance and productivity. This research highlights various strategies and approaches that companies can implement to drive innovation and achieve competitive advantage. The primary focus of this research is on how companies can integrate advanced technology and innovative management practices to optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and spur growth. The methodology used includes an analysis of case studies of companies that have successfully implemented innovation in their management, as well as a review of current literature related to this topic. The research results show that companies that proactively adopt new technology and develop a culture of innovation tend to have better performance and higher productivity compared to those that do not. In addition, this research also found that employee involvement and visionary leadership are important factors in driving innovation. Thus, this research provides valuable insights for business practitioners and academics in understanding the importance of innovation in business management and how to implement it effectively to achieve desired results. At the end of the research, it is recommended that companies continue to invest in research and development, as well as adopt a flexible management approach to remain competitive in an ever-changing business environment.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on inspiring and motivating employees to achieve higher performance and achieve organizational goals. Descriptive qualitative methods were used to understand the impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance and employee motivation through in-depth interviews, observations and document analysis. This research found that transformational leaders tend to have a clear vision and are able to communicate this vision effectively to employees, so that employees feel inspired and motivated to work better. In addition, transformational leaders also provide emotional and intellectual support to employees, helping them in personal and professional development. This creates a positive and collaborative work environment, which in turn improves overall organizational performance. From the interviews, employees stated that they felt more appreciated and motivated to contribute to the success of the organization when led by a transformational leader. Employees' intrinsic motivation increases because they feel they have an important role in achieving the organization's vision and mission. In addition, transformational leaders also encourage innovation and creativity, which are important factors in improving organizational performance. Overall, transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on organizational performance and employee motivation. Leaders who are able to inspire and motivate employees effectively can create a dynamic and productive organizational culture. Thus, the application of transformational leadership in various types of organizations can be an effective strategy for achieving competitive advantage and sustainable growth.

Abstract

Indonesia has a plan to implement information and communication technology (ICT) across the vast majority of government functions and public service delivery systems. This is due to the expanding needs of the community, which necessitates that the government be able to deliver good and outstanding service. Previously, the government had implemented e-government, or digitalization of public service processes. However, implementation still requires improvement. It involves the methodical incorporation of innovation into ICT, which ensures bottom-up learning for a seamless digital transformation of public services. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine whether the digitalization of public services in Indonesia is a reality or only hype. This study employs a qualitative approach and descriptive methodologies. The study's findings indicate that the reality of digitalizing public services (e-government) is that there are still misconceptions and perspectives that need to be clarified. In general, digitization in public services in Indonesia is in the emerging and enhancing stage; only a tiny number have implemented the interactive setting, so based on the E-Government Development Index (EDGI), Indonesia is lagging among ASEAN countries. The obstacles in the implementation of e-government include low data integration, implementation of e-government, low competence of apparatus, etc., so a strategy is needed to develop digitization in public administration services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Implementation of the New Public Management Principle in Improving Passport Services at the Class I TPI Denpasar Immigration Office. By using a qualitative descriptive method, the researcher directly went to the research location and conducted interviews with parties who knew how the Implementation of the New Public Management Principle in Improving Passport Services at the Class I TPI Denpasar Immigration Office, as well as external parties, namely the community as passport applicants. This aims to obtain accurate information regarding the Implementation of the New Public Management Principle in Improving Passport Services at the Class I TPI Denpasar Immigration Office. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the New Public Management (NPM) principle in passport services at the Class I TPI Denpasar Immigration Office based on the principles that are the characteristics of NPM according to Christopher Hood is not all optimal and still needs improvement to be more efficient in passport services at the Class I TPI Denpasar Immigration Office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan kebijakan kawasan jalur hijau di Subak Jatiluwih, Bali dalam rangka mendukung keberlanjutan Subak sebagai sistem pertanian tradisional. Namun, alih fungsi lahan Subak tetap menjadi tantangan utama yang mengancam kelestariannya. Melalui Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tabanan Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 mengenai Kawasan Jalur Hijau, pemerintah daerah berusaha melindungi lahan pertanian, termasuk Subak, dari alih fungsi yang merugikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, serta analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan kawasan jalur hijau belum berjalan dengan optimal disebabkan oleh ketidaktegasan pelaksana kebijakan, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan rendahnya partisipasi aktif petani dalam pengambilan keputusan. Keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan ini sangat bergantung pada peningkatan koordinasi antara semua pihak terkait, termasuk pemerintah, masyarakat, dan petani. Untuk itu, diperlukan upaya untuk memperbaiki sistem pengawasan, meningkatkan responsivitas pemerintah, serta memperkuat keterlibatan masyarakat, terutama petani, dalam proses pengambilan keputusan yang berkaitan dengan kebijakan tersebut.

Abstract

The research was conducted at Sekolah Dasar No. 3 Sempidi Mengwi, which is located in Badung district, specifically in inclusive elementary school aims to investigate the implementation of inclusive education policies initiated by the government so that all children can receive education including children with special needs (ABK). The informants in this study focused on teachers who teach in inclusive classes, so that they can explain teaching and learning activities in inclusive classrooms. This study is a qualitative study with three data collection methods, namely participatory observation, and interviews with main informants and supporters. The data analysis technique uses a data analysis technique initiated by Miles and Huberman. The results of the research conducted for six months are (1) Sekolah Dasar No. 3 Sempidi Mengwi has implemented an inclusive education policy, although there are still many obstacles and challenges that must be addressed immediately so that the school becomes a comfortable place for all children, including students with special needs. The conclusions drawn are: Sekolah Dasar No. 3 Sempidi, Mengwi, Badung Regency need to work hard in responding to the challenges of inclusive education by providing more educational staff, child psychologists and improving school facilities and infrastructure for the comfort of all children (disabled and normal) who study at the school.
