Abstract

Pengukuran temperatur tubuh saat akan memasuki ruangan atau pada tempat publik pada saat pandemi ini sangat diperlukan. Pengukuran temparatur tubuh pada tempat-tempat publik yang cukup sibuk tentu saja membutuhkan kecepatan dan ketepatan, sehingga pengukuran temperatur tanpa sentuh menjadi pilihan utama. Selain itu data temperatur yang diperoleh dapat langsung diolah sehingga dapat untuk mendeteksi dini jika didapatkan temperatur di atas suhu normal. Namun, kamera infra merah yang digunakan untuk mengambil citra manusia berdasarkan temperatur yang banyak beredar di pasaran memiliki harga yang masih tinggi. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan sistem pengukuran temperatur tanpa sentuh dengan menggunakan rangkain sensor thermopile yang harganya lebih ekonomis. Sistem ini bekerja dengan mentransformasikan temperatur yang berupa data tegangan ke dalam citra topografi temperatur 8x8 pixel dan sebuah motor stepper yang dapat mengarahkan sensor ke objek manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode auto adjustment dimana didasarkan pada kalibrasi dengan alat ukur dengan akurasi lebih baik kemudian dicari faktor koreksi pada setiap jangkauan jarak tertentu. Dengan membuat program pada Arduino berdasarkan faktor koreksi, maka diperoleh akurasi untuk jarak terdekat yaitu 50 cm sebesar 99,19% dengan bias -0,99°C, sedangkan pada jarak 150 cm diperoleh akurasi sebesar 95,52% dengan bias sebesar 0,98°C atau diperoleh rata-rata presisi sebesar 98,62%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang deteksi kandungan kimia dan uji aktivitas ekstrak kulit batang mahoni (Swietenia. mahagoni Jacg) terhadap Artemia Salina Leach dengan metode Brine Shrimp Lethality Test. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai komoditi kulit batang mahoni, agar dapat digunakan sebagai antikanker. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu: penyediaan sampel dan ekstraksi kulit batang mahoni menggunakan pelarut metanol dan kloroform, uji kandungan senyawa bioaktif, dan uji sitotoksisitas ekstrak terhadap Artemia Salina Leach. Hasil uji BST terhadap Artemia Salina Leach, diperoleh: fraksi kloroform tidak mengandung senyawa yang bersifat sitotoksik, dengan harga LC 50 = 1034,246 ppm. Fraksi metanol mengandung senyawa yang bersifat sitotoksik, dengan harga LC 50 sebesar 609,910 ppm. Hasil analisis dengan GCMS diperoleh kandungan senyawa aktif ekstrak kloroform dari kulit batang mahoni adalah Asam palmitat, Asam linoleat, n-heneikosana, 1-oktadekanol, Tetrakontana, (3α, 5 α)-3-tiosianat koleston, stigmasterol, F-sitosterol, sitostenon dan ekstrak metanol dari kulit batang mahoniadalah o-metoksi fenol, 1,2-benzenadiol, 4-metil-1,2-benzenadiol, 2,6-dimetoksi fenol, 1,2,3-benzenatriol, 1,3,5 benzenatriol, 4-propil-1,3-benzenadiol, 1.3,4,5-tetrahidroksi sikloheksana karboksilat, 2-hidroksi-4-metil benzaldehid. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwahanya ekstrak metanol kulit batang mahoni bersifat toksik akut terhadap larva Artemia Salina Leach, yang ini berkorelasi dengan aktifitasnya sebagai antikanker. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: 1) there is an effect of motivation on employee performance at the Mandau general hospital, 2) there is an effect of training on employee performance at the Mandau general hospital, 3) there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance at a general hospital. Mandau area. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with primary data derived from questionnaire respondents, which amounted to 148 respondents. The location of this research was carried out at the Mandau general hospital. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. To determine the size of the sample taken from the population, the researcher uses the formula proposed by Slovin in Mustafa (2010) with a 95% confidence level with a value of e = 5%. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance at the Mandau regional general hospital, 2) there is a positive and significant influence on training on employee performance at the Mandau regional general hospital, 3) there is a positive and significant influence on the environment. work on employee performance at the Mandau regional general hospital.Keywords : Work Motivation, Training Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of placement, workload and compensation on employee job satisfaction at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Pekanbaru City Branch Office. The population in this study includes all employees at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, totaling 62 people. Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the saturated sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is no effect of placement on the job satisfaction of employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, 2) there is a negative and significant effect of workload on job satisfaction of employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, 3) there is a positive and significant effect significant compensation on job satisfaction BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, 4) there is a joint influence of placement, workload and compensation on job satisfaction BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Placement, Workload, Compensation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of capital, ability, andexperience on the performance of Air Gallon SMEs in Pekanbaru City. Thepopulation in this study is the Water Gallon MSME in Pekanbaru City in 2022,amounting to 657 MSMEs. With the Slovin formula, the number of respondents(samples) in this study was 87. In this study, the sampling technique used waspurposive sampling technique. The types of data used in this study are primarydata and secondary data. The data collection technique used in this study is aquestionnaire (Questionnaire). Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and workenvironment on work motivation with job satisfaction as a moderating variable.The research method used in this study is to use primary data obtained bydistributing questionnaires to permanent employees who work at the Rokan HuluHospital, totaling 81 samples. The approach used is a quantitative approach. Thedata is processed using SPSS 21.0 software. The analysis used in this researchincludes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesistesting. Based on the results of the analysis used, it can be seen that theIndependent variable, namely Compensation (X1) has no significant effect onWork Motivation (Y) and Work Environment (X2) has a significant effect on theDependent variable, namely Work Motivation (Y), and the Moderating variable,namely Job Satisfaction. (Z) succeeded in moderating the Work Environment onWork Motivation and for the Compensation variable it was not moderatedsuccessfully. This can be proven by looking at the regression equation that hasbeen obtained, namely: Work Motivation = 0.062 Compensation + 0.391 WorkEnvironment + 0.020 Interaction1 + -0.010 Interaction2. From the researchresults, it is also known that the coefficient of determination with Job Satisfactionas the moderating variable is obtained R2 = 0.339. These results indicate that33.9% of work motivation can be explained by independent variables andmoderating variables studied in this study and the remaining 66.1% is explainedby other variables not examined in this study..Keywords: Moderated Regression Analysis, Compensation, Work Environment,Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance management andcompetence on employee performance through work motivation as an interveningvariable at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Dumai Branch. The populationin this study includes all employees at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero)Dumai Branch, totaling 119 people. Primary data was collected using aquestionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test thehypothesis in this study, path analysis was used with the help of SPSS version 26software. The sampling technique used was Proportionate Stratifed RandomSampling or dividing the population into sub-populations/strata proportionallyand carried out randomly (119 employees at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero)Dumai Branch). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership quality, compensation andjob satisfaction on the performance of employees at the director's office of PTHutahaean Pekanbaru. The population in this study included all employees at thedirector's office of PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru. Primary data was collected using aquestionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test thehypothesis in this study, multiple linear regression was used with the help of theSPSS 25 program.The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significantinfluence of leadership quality on employee performance at the director's office ofPT Hutahaean Pekanbaru, 2) compensation has no effect on the performance ofemployees at the director's office at PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru, 30 job satisfactionhas no effect on the performance of employees at the office of directors of PTHutahaean Pekanbaru , 4) the quality of leadership, compensation and jobsatisfaction have a simultaneous effect on the performance of the employees of thedirectors' office of PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru. Keywords: leadership quality, compensation, job satisfaction, performance

Abstract

Abstract. Stoic Indonesia is a community on Facebook where the members can do a self-disclosure. The members' self-disclosure is related to the popularity of Stoic philosophy that can help people to control negative emotions. This study examines the form of members' self-disclosure in the Indonesian Stoic Community through Facebook. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method using the Johari Window Theory. The data collected with in in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Then analyzed with data reduction, data analysis, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the members' self-disclosure Stoic Indonesia Facebook group occurs because of a sense of trust, safety and comfort for other members even though some members use anonymous accounts. The Stoic Indonesia Facebook group also helps its members to find solutions to various problems so that members get rewards or benefits when doing self-disclosure. Stoic Indonesia merupakan komunitas di media sosial Facebook yang bisa menjadi wadah anggotanya untuk melakukan self-disclosure. Self-disclosure para member berkaitan dengan kepopuleran aliran filsafat Stoikisme yang bisa membantu mengontrol emosi negatif dalam diri seseorang. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana bentuk pengungkapan diri anggota di Komunitas Stoic Indonesia melalui media sosial Facebook. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan Teori Johari Window. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, analisis data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan self-disclosure atau bentuk pengungkapan diri anggota di grup Facebook Stoic Indonesia terjadi karena adanya rasa kepercayaan, aman dan nyaman kepada anggota lain meski beberapa anggota menggunakan akun anonim. Grup Facebook Stoic Indonesia juga membantu para anggotanya untuk menemukan solusi atas berbagai permasalahan sehingga anggota mendapat imbalan atau manfaat saat melakukan self-disclosure. Abstract

Improving the quality of service in hospitals is an important factor to support patient satisfaction. Patient loyalty is determined by the quality of service, so the quality of service must be improved. The purpose of this article is to find out what factors can influence the quality of service in a hospital. The influencing factors are tangible, realistic, responsive, assurance, and empathy. Patient satisfaction is an important component of various health service parameters because patient assessment can be a measure of the quality of health services. Cases of dental and oral disease are high throughout the world, accompanied by an increase in prevalence in Indonesia based on Riskesdas results from 2007 to 2018 and high rates of self-treatment of dental and oral diseases.
