Teachers can address the global demand for technology-based teaching and learning tools and equipment to replace traditional teaching techniques by integrating Information and Communication Technology (ICT). In Indonesia, information, and communication technology (ICT) is regarded as one of the most critical components in the country's future development and success. As part of the present teaching blueprint, the Ministry of Education has embraced technology-based education and learning in its national curriculum (2013-2025). The goal of this study was to find out what teachers thought about the value of ICT integration in aiding the alpha generation's education and learning process. A survey was given to 107 Tangerang private school teachers at random. We used SPSS (version 26) to analyze the data from this quantitative study for descriptive and inference statistics. The findings of this study show that integrating ICT is beneficial to both teachers and students. According to the findings, adequate teacher preparation with ICT tools and equipment is one of the most critical elements for the efficacy of technology-based education and learning. In this study, we also discovered that teacher continuing education programs have a significant impact on increasing student learning quality. Other aspects of ICT integration need to be considered in future studies, especially from a management perspective, in terms of strategic planning and policy making for alpha generation students.

Asuransi jiwa penting karena menawarkan perlindungan untuk mengurangi risiko bagi pemegang polis. Industri asuransi jiwa di Indonesia memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dalam industri keuangan Indonesia meskipun mengalami fenomena tingkat penetrasi yang rendah, literasi yang buruk, perlindungan konsumen dan praktik misselling. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus melalui serangkaian wawancara mendalam pada beberapa perusahaan asuransi jiwa dengan mengeksplorasi pengamalam transformasi digital mereka. Kajian ini mengeksplorasi kondisi eksisting perusahaan asuransi jiwa Indonesia dalam mengembangkan kapabilitas dinamis berbasis digital serta kapabilitas transformasional penyediaan layanan dalam menciptakan SCA digital untuk bertahan di industri asuransi jiwa Indonesia. Studi ini mengidentifikasi dan membahas tiga tema utama yang terdiri dari pengembangan perjalanan pelanggan yang tepat, mendapatkan kepercayaan, dan tantangan utama sebagai faktor kunci keberhasilan dalam mengembangkan dan menggunakan kemampuan tersebut. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga proposisi dan menyarankan studi eksplanatori lebih lanjut untuk mengkaji proposisi-proposisi tersebut. Life insurance is important as it offers protection to mitigate risks for the policyholders. Life insurance industry in Indonesia has a significant contribution in Indonesia financial industry although it experiences phenomena of low penetration rate, poor literacy, consumer protection and misselling practices. This study used case study approach through series of deep dive interviews with selected life insurance companies exploring their digital transformation experiences. This study explored the existing conditions of Indonesia lifeinsurance companies in developing their digital based dynamic capabilities as well as the service provisioning transformational capability in creating the digital SCA to survive in Indonesia life insurance industry. This study identified and discussed three key themes consisted of development of the right customer journey, earn trust, and key challenges as key success factor in developing and exercising the said capabilities. The study resulted in three propositions and suggested further explanatory study to examine the propositions.

This study focuses on innovation by individual employees. This study aimed to measure the effect of leadership autonomy support (LAS) on individual innovative behavior (IIB) of MSMEs' employees in Banten which are mediated by individual creativity (IC). The data collection was done by simple random sampling of the employees of five MSMEs in Banten. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 97 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that leadership autonomy support has a positive and significant effect on individual innovative behavior, both directly and indirectly through mediating individual creativity. This new research proposed a model for building individual innovative behavior among the MSMEs' employees in Banten through enhancing leadership autonomy support with individual creativity as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Seiring dengan transformasi ke era digital pada saat ini, transportasi online telah digemari di kalangan masyarakat. Dengan adanya transportasi online, masyarakat secara perlahan mulai meninggalkan transportasi konvensional dan beralih ke transportasi berbasis online. Salah satu transportasi online yang dikenal pada saat ini adalah GrabCar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan customer value terhadap kepuasan pelanggan transportasi online GrabCar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dan testing asumsi klasik. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan nilai signifikansi α= 5% (0,05). Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan temuan sebagai berikut: (1) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer value. (2) Harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer value. (3) Customer Value berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan transportasi online GrabCar. (4) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan transportasi online GrabCar. (5) Harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan transportasi online GrabCar. (6) Kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan customer value berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan transportasi online GrabCar. Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, customer value, harga, kepuasan pelanggan, transportasi online.

Penelitian ini akan membahas bagaimana persaingan pada usaha bidang computer dari beberapa tujuan sudut pandang pertama, untuk mengetahui motivasi pemilik ketika memulai usaha. Kedua, untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan sikap dari pemilik ABC Komputer dalam menjalankan usaha sehingga berkontribusi terhadap keunggulan bersaing yang dimiliki oleh ABC Komputer. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui keunggulan bersaing yang dimiliki oleh ABC Komputer. Para peneliti menggunakan in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, dan observasi untuk mengeksplorasi keunggulan kompetitif usaha tersebut. Temuan penelitian kualitatif ini menghasilkan teori yang akan memperkaya pemahaman guna bermanfaat bagi toko komputer tertentu serta toko lain yang terkait dengan komputer. Penelitian ini terbatas pada konteks UKM komputer di Kalimantan Tengah.

Disaat Pandemi COVID-19, seluruh proses kegiatan belajar mengajar mengharuskan sekolah - sekolah untuk melakukan proses pembelajaran dari rumah atau yang di kenal dengan sebutan belajar dari rumah (BDR). Proses pembelajaran daring / online mengharuskan Pendidikan anak usia dini (Paud dan Sekolah Dasar (SD) untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang terjadi di lingkungan pembelajaran yaitu dengan menggunakan Platform online untuk proses belajar mengajar. Seiring dengan adanya era Industri 4.0 perlu memperkenalkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) kepada masyarakan dimulai dari anak usia dini, lanjut Pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Disaat inilah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperkenalkan kepada tenaga pengajar platform online atau alat bantu untuk proses mengajar selama pandemi serta mempersiapkan tenaga pengajar untuk dapat melakukan pengajaran secara kreatif dan inovatif mesikupn secara daring / online. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan standardisasi platform belajar mengajar yang digunakan oleh sekolah Gamaliel dan mentransfer ketrampilan penggunaan Ms. Teams dalam pengajaran. Pelatihan ini dihadiri oleh 10 orang tenaga pengajar dari Sekolah Gamaliel. Berdasarkan hasil dari evaluasi pelatihan, peserta terkesan dengan penggunaan plaform online secara mudah dalam pengajaran. Hasil dari pelatihan yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan tenaga pengajar dalam beradaptasi dan menggunakan fitur Ms. Teams. Tahap berikutnya proses belajar mengajar sesuai dengan taksonomi bloom sebagai berikut: 1) Mengerti dan menghafal; 2) Aplikasi; 3) Integrasi; 4) Manusia; dan 5) Bagaimana cara belajar

E-commerce marketplace is prominent in today ‘s society era of buying and selling products without having to leave the doorsteps. One important stakeholder group involved in the process of e-commerce is logistics. Logistic companies facilitate the delivery from one destination to another with punctuality and security of the products keys in establishing trust between the buyer, seller, and the e-commerce hubs. Hence by means of participant observation, this case study research investigates the key success factors of how an e-commerce firm manages its collaborations with logistic partners, as well as how the firm utilizes its strengths and opportunities take advantage of the market while minimizing its weaknesses and threats. Information Technology services in banking business which is very dynamic and advanced makes the bankers must adjust to the presence of this technology. In this paper, the authors will explain the role of Mobile banking technology which is provided by CIMB Niaga in servicing its customers for banking transactions. The methodology used in this paper is quantitative with the purposive sampling one. Instrument used the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as developed by Parasuraman and Davis by modifying them to fit the state of the research object. This research was conducted in Jakarta and several other places. Research and data collection took 6 months from November 2015 to April 2016. The variables included trust, perceived use (PU), perceived ease of use (PEU), attitude toward use (ATU), Intent to use (ITU), and actual use (AU). After the data were collected, the regression analysis was performed. From the analysis result it was found that trust and perceived use (PU) variables did not positively and significantly influence the intent to use (ITU) variable, as well as the perceived use variables (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU) which have no significant and positive effect on attitude variable on usage (ATU). For that case, the authors propose an improvement strategy to maintain and grow this business forward.

The objective of the study was to analyze the growth of the number of domestic passengers in Indonesia based on emprical data of the last 12 years to forecast the number of domestic passenger for 2016-2021 by using panel data modeling with random effects model technique. The research using independent variable air traffic, ticket prices and per capita income has never been done in the Indonesia’s aviation industry, but research with the same model ever done in the industry of electrical household. The results of the study are useful for strategic planning for companies in developing the market and government of Republic of Indonesia to determine the right public policies needed to support the aviation industry development which able to accelerate economic growth, ensure the safety and convenient of air transport passengers and the sustainability of aviation industry. The results of this study indicate that the variable number of air traffic can be explained by ninety one point eleven percent by variable number of air traffic, yield and per capita income and has a close relationship to the number of domestic passengers in Indonesia.

AbstractThe popularity of Asian restaurants worldwide has been gaining momentum due to various attributes such as food trends, health concerns, and unique Asian flavors. Specifically in Indonesia, Japanese cuisine is booming due to, amongst other things, J-pop, tourism ties, and strong business relations. The 'pause' forced by Covid-19 seems to have created more attention to the healthier elements of Japanese cuisine, like naturally prepared Sushi, and subsequently, post-Covid era. The shifting customer expectations when choosing 'which' Japanese restaurant style is preferred should be understood in greater detail. This research investigates the Japanese restaurant industry in Indonesia through small focus group discussions. It utilizes a phenomenological qualitative technique to capture the lived experiences of consumers within the Indonesian market. While several studies exist to explore the evolving demands of consumers, few of them explore the topic from the view of consumers rather than restaurants or corporations. The current study examines the topic from the perspectives of customers who currently and frequently visit Japanese restaurants in Indonesia. The study aims to understand better customers' intent to visit one Japanese restaurant versus another, alluding to what marketing approach the business needs to take to meet customer needs in a post-covid era.
