Abstract

In today's dynamic and competitive business environment, organizations must continuously adapt to external and internal changes to achieve corporate sustainability. This study examines the influence of Business  Transformation (BT), Service Innovation Capability (SIC), and Service Delivery (SD) on Corporate Sustainability (CS), with Dynamic Capability (DC) as a mediating variable and Digital Transformation (DT) as a moderate factor. Employing Resource-Based View (RBV) and Market-Based View (MBV) theories, this study aims to explore how firms leverage internal capabilities and external market factors to drive long-term sustainability. A quantitative research design was applied, utilizing "This study employed Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the proposed hypotheses, utilizing data collected from 400 managers." and executives in the energy sector, with a focus on PT PLN (Persero). The findings confirm that BT, SIC, and SD positively influence CS, both directly and indirectly through DC. Furthermore, DT significantly moderates the relationships between BT, SIC, and SD with DC, indicating that digital adoption enhances firms' ability to adapt and reconfigure resources. The mediating role of DC was also supported, reinforcing its importance in linking strategic initiatives to sustainability outcomes. This study contributes to strategic management literature by integrating RBV and MBV perspectives while providing empirical evidence on DT as a catalyst for corporate sustainability. Practically, the results highlight the importance of firms investing in digital capabilities.", service innovation, and dynamic adaptation strategies to remain competitive. Future research should explore longitudinal effects and industry variations in digital transformation and sustainability practices.

Asian Development Bank Institute reported that the contribution of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to the Indonesian GDP is 57.8% and the contribution to total employment is 97.2%. MSMEs in Indonesia are almost owned by families. According to Family Firm Institute in 2016, 72% of all businesses in Indonesia’s private sector are run by family businesses, and while most of the MSMEs started out as family businesses, many successful entrepreneurs come from family business background.  This empirical study is based on 3 family business cases that have been expanding in terms of its sales and operations throughout more than 10 years. The method used in this study is qualitative research by exploring the strategic management to sustain the family businesses through owners’ integrity, customers’ relations, and focused attitude in their vocations.  As the family businesses are currently in transition of passing the torch to the next generation, their sustaining strategies have to be extended.

Abstract

This research is a case study that analyzes the problem of the Faith-Learning Integration management process for the Korean Sunday School “Y” in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this research, data collection was carried out with 5 informants, 58 questionnaires from respondents consisting of students, parents and teachers as well as recordings of student activity results. From the results of this study, it can be seen that there are several obstacles experienced by students, teachers and parents in the Faith-Learning Integration management process. First, students are not satisfied with centering on video learning platforms because there is no interaction between teachers, students and their friends so it needs to be changed from a one-way platform, such as video to an interactive platform between students and teachers such as Zoom or Google Classroom, etc.  In addition, students from parents of other religions do not get support and attention from their parents to carry out  Faith-Learning Integration with Work From Home (WFH)  so that  Faith-Learning Integration activities stop. Second, teachers' technical skills are very limited, so interactive online classroom training is required. Third, parents feel burdened and stressed when they have to give examples of faith, morals and good discipline to children in  Faith-Learning Integration during WFH. The last obstacle, the 5 dimensions of the Faith-Learning Integration are not tightly integrated with each other so they do not run in harmony. The dimensions of Leitourgia and Didache were implemented well, while Kerygma, Koinonia, and Diakonia were not carried out well due to social distancing obstacles. For this reason, it is recommended that "Y" management use an interactive platform and develop innovative and creative ways that can motivate students so that they do not feel the distance between teachers and students and the surrounding environment is getting farther away even though they participate in social distancing.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus yang menganalisa masalah proses manajemen pengintegrasian pembelajaran iman Sekolah Minggu Korea “Y” di Indonesia pada masa pandemi COVID-19.
