Abstract

Kepercayaan diri ialah suatu keyakinan, keunggulan dan kemampuan individu untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Kurangnya percaya diri yang terjadi pada individu akan menjadikan individu tersebut menjadi tidak mempercayai kemampuannya sendiri dan lebih menutup diri dari orang lain. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui tentang efektivitas teknik play therapy untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru sebelum dan sesudah diberikan tindakan. Jenis penelitian ini pre-eskperimental design. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan dengan bentuk one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak tujuh orang siswa kelas delapan yang memiliki kepercayaan diri rendah berdasarkan skala pengukuran skala kepercayaan diri. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistic parametik dengan paired sample t-test dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) adalah 0,000 < (0,05) Hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa di tolak dan diterima. Artinya adanya peningkatan rata-rata kepercayaan diri siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan tindakan, dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima yaitu konseling kelompok melalui teknik play therapy efektif untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa.

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to describe: (a) Level of physical self-concept boys and girls (b) The level of student achievement motivation of men and women,(c) Career planning level boys and girls, (d) Differences in physical self-concept, achievement motivation and career planning boy with girls, (e) Contribution of physical self-concept and achievement motivation to get her to career planning undertaken in-class XI SMKN Se-Kota Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlation and comparative methods by making a proportional random sampling technique. In this study the following conclusions can be adduced: (a) Physical self-concept level boys and girls, in general, are in the medium category, (b) The level of student achievement motivation of men and women, in general, are in the category of being, (c) Level career planning toward boys and girls in general are at a high category, (d) There are differences in physical self-concept of boys and girls, (e) There were no differences in achievement motivation and career planning boys and the women, (f) There contribution of physical self-concept and achievement motivation on student career planning direction.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out that work ethic affects teacher performance, (2) organizational climate affects teacher performance, (3) work ethic and organizational climate affect teacher performance together. The respondents to the study were teachers of State Elementary Schools in Sei Kijang Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency, totaling 163 people with a sample of 116. Data collection is carried out through the dissemination of questionnaires. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis. The reliability coefficient of the instrument is calculated using the cronbach alpha formula. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of work ethic on teacher performance of 0.621, and there was a positive and significant influence of the organizational climate on teacher performance of 0.433. Meanwhile, together there is an influence of work ethic and organizational climate on teacher performance of 0.650.

Abstract

The Target Group In This Training Activity Is Teachers Of Bk Sma/Smk In Kuantan Singingi Regency. The Target Group Is 32 Bk Teachers. Community Service Activities Through Capacity Building Training Will Be Held On Wednesday, May 10, 2023.  The Training Participants Were Bk Teachers In Kuantan Singingi District. The Main Activity Of This Capacity Building Training Is Outbound Activities. This Training Aims To Provide Skills To Bk Teachers On How To Build The Capacity Or Capability Of Students Through Activities Outside The Classroom Or In The Open Field By Using A Personality Development Approach Through Games Or Various Games. The Game Aims To Build And Improve Aspects Of Student Personality Such As Cooperation, Courage, Honesty, Patience, Expression Of Feelings, Emotional Control, And Positive Thinking As Well As Create Superior Strategies In Achieving Goals. Training Participants Can Already Understand The Concepts Of Capacity Building And The Importance Of Outbound Activities In The Context Of Fostering Student Personality. Capacity Building Training Through Out Bound Can Be Done As A Form Of Service In Developing Aspects Of Student Personality That Students Are Directly Involved In Games.
