Abstract

Scheduling courses is a common problem in tertiary institutions, including clashes between lecturers' teaching time, students' rooms, and classes. This study proposes the development of a course scheduling application to overcome lecturers' teaching schedule conflicts, classroom, and student. The course scheduling application developed is website-based, making it easier for users to run the application because it can be accessed using a browser. The application uses PHP programming language and MySQL database as data storage media, while the system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The RAD method is used because the RAD method emphasizes the development cycle with a short time. The test results using white-box testing show that the developed application is in line with expectations, and no errors were found in all features. The trial results used 265 lecturers' teaching assignment data with the availability of 65 classes, it only took 561 seconds, and no clashes occurred. This scheduling application can process quite a lot of course schedules in a reasonably short time. The results of this study are a website-based course scheduling application that can overcome the problems of lecturer schedule conflicts, student schedule conflicts, teaching time conflicts and lecture room conflicts.

Abstract

Enterprise Architecture (EA) is an enterprise architecture modeling to assist management in managing utilization and development of Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT). ITTP in the utilization and development of IS/IT to fulfill its academic services, there is an Information Systems and Technology (STI) unit as the manager of service utilization and development. The problem with the STI ITTP service unit is that there is no IS/IT enterprise architecture model to support the development of its services. The solution to this problem requires an information and communication technology enterprise architecture model covering business processes, data, applications and technology infrastructure to be more organized using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method. The results of this study are compiling the Architectural matrix that exists in the ITTP STI unit services in the form of business processes, data, applications and technology infrastructure, with research material data obtained from interviews and observations on the ITTP STI unit. The preparation of the matrix can later help the quality of the role of managing the utilization and development of IS/IT as expected by the STI ITTP unit.

Abstract

Purbalingga is one of the regencies in the province of Central Java with many muffler artisans and is the largest exhaust producer in Indonesia. In this study, the development of an e-marketplace application will be carried out by implementing a geolocation Application Programming Interface (API). The geolocation API is used to detect the location of visitors so that price differences can be made based on the visitor's country. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The RAD method is used because application development can be done in a relatively fast time. At the system design stage, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used as a visual model to facilitate the application development. The final result of this research is an e-marketplace application that specifically sells exhaust products and accessories. The test results were carried out in 6 different locations with details of 4 countries of Indonesia, one country of Malaysia, and one country of Saudi Arabia. Other prices were obtained according to the location of the visitor's country.

Abstract

The implementation of an IT system in an organization or company can help improve the performance of knowledge management implementation. By having good knowledge management, managed organizations can become more effective, efficient and well structured. The System and Information Technology Unit (STI) is a technical unit that accommodates all digital services needed by every community at IT Telkom Purwokerto. However, the problem that occurs in the System and Information Technology Unit (STI) is that the existing knowledge is not recorded properly. The design of a Knowledge Management System can help organizations document and record existing knowledge of staff and store it in a knowledge database so that it is easier to access. The design carried out in this study is to use the "10-Step KM Roadmap" by implementing 6 Steps. The data collection method used in this study is a qualitative research method by conducting interviews, observing and documenting the data collected. The results of this study are in the form of a blueprint document containing an analysis of the knowledge management system design, functional & non-functional system requirements, KM Team design, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The knowledge management system recommendation is described in the form of a wireframe as an overview of the system to be built. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi semakin meluas di berbagai organisasi dan pemerintahan, termasuk dalam sektor perawatan diri, seperti aplikasi pemesanan antrian barbershop bernama Minutes Barber. Aplikasi ini menyajikan fitur-fitur seperti Booking Online, Smart Notification, dan Payment. Namun, berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pengguna, terungkap beberapa kendala dalam penggunaannya. Kendala tersebut mencakup pengalaman pengguna yang membingungkan dan masalah teknis, seperti force close yang terjadi. Aplikasi Minutes Barber di Play Store juga mendapatkan rating sebesar 2,3, menunjukkan bahwa kualitas aplikasi ini masih kurang memadai. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, perlu adanya perbaikan dan perubahan tampilan aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, dipilih pendekatan menggunakan metode Lean UX. Metode ini fokus pada penggunaan sumber daya secara efisien dan perubahan yang cepat dalam proses merancang ulang aplikasi. Lean UX sangat mengedepankan kolaborasi tim yang erat untuk mencapai hasil yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Melalui serangkaian iterasi dan pengujian, penelitian ini berhasil memberikan perbaikan pada antarmuka pengguna aplikasi, dengan respons positif dari pengguna pada iterasi kedua. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas antarmuka pengguna Aplikasi Minutes Barber, sehingga lebih memenuhi harapan pengguna dan memperkuat manfaat teknologi informasi dalam sektor perawatan diri.

Abstract

Marketing of ornamental plant products in Sekarsari and Magersari Farmers Association of Magelang still uses conventional methods. The conventional self-help management means that buying and selling activities are limited and have not optimally empowered the development of information technology. The adoption of Responsive Website technology is used to address the relevant issues through the implementation of information technology. Responsive Website is developed using the Scrum method and the Model View Controller (MVC) framework which is able to bridge one data with other data on an information system. The adoption of innovation forms an information system that is useful for transforming the sustainable marketing system and directing the governance of farmer groups to be effective and better. Responsive Web implementation is tested using Blackbox Testing. This responsive web enables the association to carry out substantial market expansion, facilitate remote interaction between customers and farmers, and attain rapid business growth.

Abstract

Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Goramy) merupakan ikan yang banyak dibudidayakan dan dikomsumsi masyarakat ini menjadi sektor unggulan di beberapa wilayah kabupaten Banyumas. Ikan gurami yang dibudidayakan oleh masyarakat Banyumas, sebenarnya bukan tanpa hambatan. Salah satu hambatan bagi peternak gurami adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh bakteri. Pada penelitian ini penulis membuat sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosis penyakit ikan Gurami yang disebabkan bakteri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Case Based Reasoning dan Similarity Nearest Neighbor untuk mendapatkan solusi yang terbaik dari kasus yang di identifikasi. Metode tersebut membandingkan antara kasus lama dengan kasus baru dan menghitung suatu nilai similarity kasus. Nilai similarity tertinggi dapat dijadikan kesimpulan untuk kasus yang paling mirip dengan diagnosa pakar. Sehingga dari kedua metode tersebut dapat dihasilkan sistem pakar yang dapat mendiagnosis dan menganalisis sesuai dengan nilai kemiripan gejala terhadap penyakit, serta menampilkan solusi penanganan dari penyakit yang didiagnosis. Hasil pengujian antar kasus dan sistem menggunakan perhitungan similarity mencapai nilai terbaik yaitu 100%. Hasil pengujian akurasi sistem untuk diagnosis yang sesuai dengan pikiran pakar, memperoleh hasil sebesar 93,33% dari 30 kasus yang diuji dengan sistem. Kesimpulan dari hasil tersebut adalah sistem dapat dikatakan layak untuk mendiagnosis penyakit Gurami yang disebabkan bakteri sesuai dengan yang dipikirkan pakar. AbstractGurami (Osphronemus Goramy) is a fish that is widely cultivated and consumed by the community. This fish is a leading sector in several regions of Banyumas district. Gouramy which is cultivated by the Banyumas people, is actually not without obstacles. One obstacle for gouramy breeders is a disease caused by bacteria. Reporting from the online news portal, circulating in February 2018 circulated that news about Gurami farmers was losing money because thousands of broodstock fish that had been raised to death were attacked by bacterial diseases, namely Aeromoniasis. Experts who handle this are limited, namely only 2 people in the Banyumas Regency. In this study the authors made an expert system to diagnose Gurami fish disease caused by bacteria. This study uses the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) and Nearest Neighbor methods used to get the best solution from the identified case. The CBR method compares the old case with the new case and calculates a case similarity value. The system was built with 13 symptoms and 3 Gurami diseases caused by bacteria. Each symptom each has a weight of 5, 3, and 1. The highest similarity value can be used as a conclusion for the case most similar to the expert diagnosis. So that from these two methods an expert system can be produced that can diagnose and analyze according to the similarity of symptoms to the disease, as well as display solutions to the treatment of diagnosed diseases. The test results are between cases and the system uses the similarity calculation to achieve the best value of 100%. The results of the system accuracy test for diagnoses that are in accordance with the expert's mind, obtained results of 93.33% from 30 cases tested with the system. The conclusion of these results is that the system can be said to be feasible to diagnose Gurami disease caused by bacteria according to what experts think.
