Abstract

This research focuses on the influence of religiosity on motivation to become economics teachers among students who are studying for teachers at universities. A total of 100 students filled out the survey questionnaire that was distributed. The level of religiosity is measured using the intrinsic religiosity scale and motivation to become a teacher is based on Ryan & Deci's motivation theory, namely self-determination theory. The results of this study found that religiosity has a significant effect on motivation to become an economics teacher. However, there is no significant difference between male and female students in becoming teachers.

Abstract

Character building can be done by integrating local wisdom values. The values of the local wisdom of the Baduy people can be integrated into learning to shape student character. The integration process can be done by developing learning media. The purpose of this study was to develop audio-visual learning media based on local wisdom values of the Baduy community on social studies theme 7 sub-theme 2 in class IV to grow student character. This type of research is R&D research with the ADDIE model. The subjects of the research trial were 4th-grade elementary school students. Methods of data collection conducted through product validation and distribution of questionnaires. The data collection instrument was carried out, namely through the distribution of validation questionnaires and student character questionnaires. The steps in analysing the product developed are expert validation analysis consisting of material experts and media experts as well as student responses. Based on the results of the assessment, it can be concluded that audiovisual learning media based on the local wisdom values of the Baduy people have validity, feasibility, and effectiveness for use in developing student character. Good learning media can help students learn local wisdom in society.

Abstract

The current problem is that the teaching profession is experiencing a professional and quantity crisis because it needs to attract young people to enter the teaching profession in the future. This research focuses on economics education students who are expected to become teachers in the future. This study aims to examine the effect of motivation to become a teacher on altruism. In conducting this study, a survey of 230 education students at two universities of education in Indonesia who are completing a four-year undergraduate program to become secondary school teachers was conducted. The research method used was a quantitative survey. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. Data processing was done by hierarchical regression. The results found in this study indicate that motivation to become a teacher has a positive and significant influence on altruism. Female students tend to be more motivated to become teachers than male students. The findings of this study prove that gender can moderate the relationship between altruism and motivation to become a teacher, while culture is a quasi-moderation revealed in this study.

Abstract

Ilmu pengetahuan sosial merupakan studi pembelajaran yang memerlukan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan penelitian yang menguji tentang pendekatan pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing mempengaruhi berpikir kritis IPS. Studi literatur dengan analisis bibliometrik digunakan untuk memanfaatkan data yang ada untuk penelitian tambahan. Analisis deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis artikel jurnal yang terindeks google schoolar. Penelitian pada tahun 2015–2024 menemukan sembilan kelompok utama perdebatan tentang bagaimana paradigma pembelajaran inkuiri mempengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran IPS dengan berfokus pada siswa. Data bibliometrik menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2024, Google Schoolar memiliki sedikit makalah tentang bagaimana paradigma pembelajaran inkuiri dalam IPS mempengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di berbagai tingkatan. Kajian literatur ini menyimpulkan bahwa adanya kestabilan tren pembelajaran inkuiri dalam mempengaruhi keterampilan berpikir kritis meskipun sudah ada metode lain yang lebih terbarukan.

Abstract

Tujuan pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di sekolah dasar adalah untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai sosial dan kecakapan hidup pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi guru kelas V mengenai integrasi keterampilan sosial dalam pembelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengetahuan guru sekolah dasar tentang keterampilan sosial dalam pembelajaran IPS, strategi yang mereka terapkan dalam mengajarkan keterampilan tersebut dan kendala-kendala yang ditemui selama proses tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif berdasarkan fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan guru kelas V, dokumentasi serta observasi pembelajaran IPS di kelas V. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dianalisis menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman dengan tiga tahap, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Uji validitas yang digunakan adalah triangulasi metode.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandangan guru kelas V SD Muhammadiyah Wonorejo terhadap keterampilan sosial dalam IPS berbeda-beda. Guru telah mengintegrasikan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan, menghargai hak orang lain, berkolaborasi, kemampuan menyampaikan pendapat, dan kesadaran akan tanggung jawab sebagai keterampilan sosial yang diajarkan.

Abstract

Climate change and environmental degradation have negatively impacted mankind's sustainable development. The concept of green entrepreneurship has gradually been accepted by society, including ecoprint batik. Through the application of zero waste, ecoprint batik production offers a strategy that is in line with the principles of green entrepreneurship. This study aims to analyze the application of zero waste to the efficiency of eco-print batik production in the context of green entrepreneurship. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with secondary data collection on batik business actors in Sragen. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis to identify the analysis of the application of zero waste in batik innovation towards green entrepreneurship efforts. The results of the study indicate that the application of zero waste in eco-print batik production has a significant impact on production efficiency, especially in reducing waste and optimizing the use of raw materials. However, there are several obstacles such as higher production costs, limited supply of natural raw materials, and low consumer awareness of the added value of zero waste-based batik. Policy support and incentive programs from the Government are also very important to encourage the sustainability of eco-print batik businesses based on green entrepreneurship.
