Abstract

The limited space for people to move during the COVID-19 pandemic has made people depend a lot on activities carried out online, including students who cannot study offline. Using social media is something that students at SMAN 7 Samarinda do almost every day, with a lot of news about COVID-19 spreading on the internet, which is not necessarily true, it can create a stigma against COVID-19.This study uses a quantitative research design and uses a Cross Sectional method. Data collected was using an electric questionnaire (google form). The sampling technique used in this research Stratified random sampling. The population in this research, sample was 154 students. The results in this study, obtained respondents with high use of social media amounted to 81 people (52.6%) and the number of respondents with low use of social media amounted to 73 people (47.4%). respondents with high stigma were 96 people (62.3%) and the results of low stigma were 58 people (37.7%). According to the results of statistical tests using the test, there was no significant relationship between the use of social media and negative stigma against COVID-19 in adolescent students of SMA Negeri 7 Samarinda. High use of social media has an effect on the positive stigma of Covid 19

Abstract

Tujuan studi: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis “Hubungan keterpaparan media massa dengan konsumsi buah dan sayur pada mahasiswa kesehatan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur”.Metodologi: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel proporsional stratified random sampling menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel 239 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji statistik Spearman rank (rho).Hasil: Didapatkan hasil sebagian besar mahasiswa kurang konsumsi buah dan sayur sebesar 74,1%, dimana mahasiswa dengan keterpaparan media massa kurang (31,8%) memiliki konsumsi buah dan sayur kurang sebanyak (100%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara keterpaparan media massa dengan konsumsi buah dan sayur (p=0,000) yang berarti hipotesis nol ditolak.Manfaat: Dapat meningkatkan keterpaparan media massa untuk menambah informasi mengenai buah dan sayur serta menerapkan konsumsi buah dan sayur sesuai anjuran WHO.

Abstract

Smoking behavior or tobacco use among adolescents has become a very serious global health problem. The family environment is the first environment for adolescents that has a major impact on their behavior, including smoking behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family environment and smoking behavior in adolescents. The method used in this study was Literature Review. The data used in this study were sourced from the publication database of Taylor & Francis, PubMed, Google Scholar and Science Direct with the keywords cigarette, smoking behavior, family environment, and adolescent. Family environment had a significant effect on smoking behavior in adolescents. Some of the related factors were the provision of pocket money for children and adolescents, family parenting, parental communication, harmony in the household, parental income, family members who smoke and inculcating the norms and spiritual values taught by parents in order to equip a child not to smoke. Recommendations: There was a significant relationship between family environment and smoking behavior in adolescents. Greater attention to the family environment of children and adolescents is needed in the context of early prevention of smoking behavior in adolescents.

Abstract

ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) atau infark miokard disebabkan oleh arteri koroner mengalami aterosklerotik atau penyebab lain yang dapat membuat ketidakseimbangan antara suplai dan kebutuhan oksigen di miokard. Iskemia miokard terjadi pada kondisi awal, tetapi jika tidak segera diambil tindakan hal itu menyebabkan nekrosis jantung yang irreversible. Salah satu tindakan yang dapat membantu melindungi otot jantung adalah memberikan terapi oksigen Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi oksigen untuk penyelamatan miokard pada pasien infark miokard dengan elevasi ST. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan literatur  review dengan melakukan telaah jurnal nasional dan internasional tentang pengaruh terapi oksigen terhadap penyelamatan miokard pada pasien infark miokard dengan segmen elevasi ST. Terapi oksigen hanya boleh diberikan pada pasien terduga Acute Coronary Sindrom (ACS) dengan kondisi normoxia menurut AHA 2015, Selain itu kondisi hyperoxia justru dapat menyebabkan cidera lebih luas pada miokard. Beberapa penelitian menyatakan jika terapi oksigen dapat mengurangi nyeri dan memperbaiki status haemodinamik pada pasien dengan infark miokard.

Abstract

Responsiveness is a policy to assist and provide fast, responsive and precise service to customers, with clear information delivery. Each worker who provides any forms of service, prioritizes the aspect of service that greatly affects the behavior of the person who gets the service, so that the ability to respond from the employees to serve the community is in accordance with the level of absorption, understanding, and inconsistency in the various forms of service that he does not understand. Nursing Performance is a work achievement demonstrated by the executive nurse in carrying out the task of nursing care to produce a good output to the customer (organization, client, nurse themselves). This research aimed to determine the relationship of nurse performance in nursing care to the responsiveness quality of nursing service in RSIA Qurrata A'yun Samarinda. The study used a cross sectional approach. The validity and reliability tests were carried out on the nurses’ performance and the quality of service questionnaire which was carried out at RSIA Aisisyiah Samarinda to 30 patients. The instrument in this study used questionnaires with samples of 62 patients hospitalized, chosen with simple random sampling technique. The test analysis in this study used Chi-square test with P Value 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship of nurse performance to the responsiveness quality of nursing service.

Abstract

A nursing care standard is a model that outlines the desired level of excellence for nursing services provided to the patient. The goal of this study was to see if there was a link between nurses' performance in providing nursing care and the quality of nursing services provided at RSIA Qurrata A'yun Samarinda. The study employed descriptive correlation research in conjunction with a cross-sectional survey design. In this study, the sample consisted of inpatients at RSIA Qurrata A'yun Samarinda, with 62 respondents meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sample was drawn using a complete random sampling approach.Using a questionnaire as a data collection tool The frequency distribution was calculated using univariate analysis, and the hypotheses were evaluated using bivariate analysis using the Somers'd test. The validity testing was conducted for 30 hospitalized patients at RSIA Aisyiyah Samarinda from August 30 to October 7, 2019. The Cronbach alpha value for the nurse performance questionnaire was 0.716 in a reliability test.The Cronbach alpha value for the quality of nursing service was 0.849, and analysis using the Somers'd test resulted in a p-value of 0.001 a 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, with a correlation value of 0.349, having the least correlation. As a source of information and tools for guiding nurses' performance in practicing nurses in the context of improving nursing service quality and reaching the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus entered Indonesia in early March until now the case is uncertain, full of uncertainty and rapid changes occur and there is no definite cure for the virus attack. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has caused lifestyle changes in students such as online learning conditions, limiting mobilization and activities at home with family, and triggering teenagers to interact more with mass media and electronics. Students as late teens towards early adulthood need healthy, balanced nutrition such as consuming fruits and vegetables for energy needs in carrying out their activities as students completing solid assignments and lectures and also increasing immunity for their physical and psychological health to face the covid 19 outbreak so that cognitive distortion does not occur. To identify media exposure, family diet, and consumption of fruits and vegetables in adolescents during the covid-19 pandemic. This research method is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. Data was collected using a questionnaire (google form) and media zoom. The research sample was taken using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The subjects in this study were 239 students of Health at Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant relationship between media exposure and fruit and vegetable consumption in students (p value = 0.000 < = 0.05), as well as the results of the analysis between family eating patterns and fruit and vegetable consumption in University Health students. Muhammadiyah East Kalimantan found a significant relationship (p value: 0.000 < 0.05). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that respondents who have the majority of fruit and vegetable consumption habits are better because apart from media exposure and family eating patterns, individual factors are also influenced ( taste preferences), social networks (support from parents and friends), physical environment (eg availability and accessibility, attractiveness and price of food products), and macro environment (eg media and advertising).

Abstract

The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic experienced by almost all countries in the world has disrupted human life both economically, socially, and health itself. The danger posed by this disease in the form of a threat of death for sufferers as well as the very rapid nature of the disease transmission has consequences for the possibility of mental health problems, including in adolescents who are an age group that is vulnerable to change. The severity of the threat of disease and various prevention protocols that are legally enforced by the government can cause problems with anxiety, stress, depression, or trauma in adolescents. This study generally aims to examine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the emergence of mental health problems in adolescents. The method used in this study is a literature review. The stages that will be carried out include determining the topic or problem that is the focus of the discussion, searching for references or literature relevant to the topic of discussion, reading, reviewing and analyzing the literature in accordance with the study objectives, as well as writing and describing the results of the review in the form of a narrative equipped with a summary in the form of a narrative. appropriate table form. Searches for relevant articles or references will be carried out on the online databases of Science Direct, Springer, Wiley Library, PubMed and Google Scholar. The keywords used to search for references are pandemic, COVID-19, mental health, anxiety, trauma, stress, and adolescent. The criteria for the year of publication of the literature are limited to a maximum two years (2019-2021) as the COVID-19 pandemic occurred since December 2019.

Abstract

Keselamatan Pasien adalah suatu sistem yang membuat asuhan pasien lebih aman, meliputi asesmen risiko, identifikasi dan pengelolaan risiko pasien, pelaporan dan analisis insiden, kemampuan belajar dari insiden dan tindak lanjutnya, serta implementasi solusi untuk meminimalkan timbulnya risiko dan mencegah terjadinya cedera yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan akibat melaksanakan suatu tindakan atau tidak mengambil tindakan yang seharusnya diambil. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan sikap perawat dan bidan terhadap penerapan ketepatan identifikasi pasien. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penlitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan descriptive correlational dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel ini digunakan, total sampling dengan jumlah 34 responden yang terdiri dari 25 orang perawat dan 9 orang bidan di RSUD KORPRI Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Analisis meliputi univariat dan bivariat dan menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment. Hasil analisis bivariat menggunakan Uji Pearson Product Momment menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan perawat dan bidan terhadap penerapan ketepatan identifikasi pasien di RSUD KORPRI dengan nilai p = 0,248 > α 0,05, sehingga H0 gagal ditolak. Analisis hubungan antara sikap perawat dengan penerapan ketepatan identifikasi pasien di RSUD KORPRI Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dengan menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment dengan taraf signifikasi α = 5% dengan nilai p sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel Sikap dengan variabel Identifikasi Pasien. Hasil dari Pearson Correlation sebersar 0,555 (0,400 sampai 0,599). Ini artinya bahwa Berdasarkan dari nilai tersebut koefisien korelasi antara kedua variable memiliki tingat hubungan yang sedang. Yang artinya semakin baik sikap perawat maka semakin baik juga penerapan terhadap ketepatan identifikasi pasiennya.
