Abstract

Research conducted by Metropolis Batam Pos in 2022 recorded as many as 120,567 units of cars used by the people of Batam city and this number continues to increase in the following years. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the opening of car wash services in Batam can be sustainable, so the kongkow carwash was opened. The method of collecting information is through interviews & observations. The results of interviews & observations conducted, it can be said that the marketing & development method carried out by Kongkow Carwash is by distributing brochures to introduce their business and providing information about Kongkow Carwash services to the people of Batam City, in addition to distributing vouchers or coupons.

Abstract

Abstrak Berlandaskan pada hasil studi lapangan yang dijalankan, pada PT. JNE menunjukkan terdapat beberapa risiko penghambat proses rantai pasok. Salah satu permasalahan ialah kebakaran gudang penyimpanan barang di JNE Express terletak di Jalan Perkapuran, Depok. Maka dari itu, peneliti melakukan analisa penerapan manajemen risiko dan mitigasinya pada JNE. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengetahui evaluasi penerapan manajemen risiko dan mitigasinya serta memahami cara menentukan jalur logistik baru pasca bencana kebakaran yang terjadi di PT.JNE. Teknik pengambilan sample ialah Purposive Sampling. Maka sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seorang kepala bagian HRD JNE. Proses wawancara berlangsung dengan cara melakukan tanya jawab saling bertatap muka antara peneliti dengan responden dan kemudian setelah mendapatkan hasil, peneliti mengolah data atau hasil melalui analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif case study yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap pihak JNE. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah evaluasi penerapan manajemen risiko yang dilakukan JNE berupa Identifikasi kembali bahaya-bahaya, melakukan pemeriksaan, serta mengadakan pelatihan K3 dan pembentukan tim tanggap darurat. Kata kunci: Manajemen Risiko, Logistik, Mitigasi, Rantai Pasok Abstract Based on the results of field studies conducted, at PT. JNE shows that there are several risks that hinder the supply chain process. One of the problems was the fire in the goods storage warehouse at JNE Express located on Jalan Perkapuran, Depok. Therefore, researchers conducted an analysis of the implementation of risk management and its mitigation at JNE. The purpose of this study is to find out the evaluation of the application of risk management and its mitigation and to understand how to determine new logistics routes after the fire disaster that occurred at PT.JNE.The sampling technique was Purposive Sampling. The sample in this study was a head of the JNE HRD section. The interview process took place by conducting face-to-face debriefing between the researcher and the respondent and then after getting the results, the researcher would process them through analysis. The researcher uses a qualitative case study method, namely by conducting interviews with JNE. The results of this study are evaluating the implementation of risk management carried out by JNE in the form of re-identifying hazards, conducting inspections, and holding OHS training and forming an emergency response team Keywords: Risk Management, Logistic, Mitigation, Supply Chain

Abstract

Risiko merupakan sesuatu yang dapat terjadi secara tidak terduga, oleh karena itu manajemen risiko memegang peranan yang sangat penting bagi kelangsungan suatu usaha atau kegiatan. Setiap kegiatan pasti mengandung risiko. Namun, seseorang harus mencoba meminimalkan ketidakpastian atau harus mampu mengantisipasi semua kemungkinan tersebut dengan memberikan beberapa tindakan alternatif untuk menghadapi ketidakpastian. Dengan kata lain, risikonya harus dikelola dengan baik, agar efektifitas seseorang atau perusahaan tidak terganggu. PT. Unilever Indonesia tentunya juga memiliki risiko-risiko yang harus diwaspadai oleh manajemen risiko. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah Pengelolaan Manajemen Risiko Perusahaan Unilever Indonesia dan teknik pengumpulannya ialah studi literatur. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk mengelola manajemen risiko agar risiko-risiko yang kelak terjadi dapat diatasi dengan baik. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan informasi tentang bagaimana cara mengelola risiko dan mengurangi risiko seperti studi kasus yang di alami PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Unilever Indonesia mengelola manajemen risikonya dengan melakukan identifikasi ulang risiko-risiko dari semua bidang, kemudian mengukur tingkat risiko serta membuat strategi untuk mencegah serta mengatasi risiko-risiko tersebut. Kata Kunci: Risiko, Manajemen Risiko, PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk, Mengelola Abstract Risk is something that can happen unexpectedly, therefore management plays a very important role for a business or activity. Every activity has risk. However, one must try to deal with uncertainty or must be able to anticipate all these possibilities by providing several alternative actions to deal with uncertainty. In other words, the risk must be managed properly, so that the effectiveness of a person or company is not compromised. PT. Unilever Indonesia, of course, also has risks that risk management must be aware of. The research method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The object of this research is Unilever Indonesia Company Risk Management and the collection is a literature study. The purpose of this research is to find out how PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk manages risk management so that future risks can be handled properly. The benefit of this research is to gain knowledge and information about how to manage risk and reduce risk, such as the case study experienced by PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The results of this study are that Unilever Indonesia Company manages its risk management by updating risks from all fields, then measuring the level of risk and making strategies to prevent and overcome these risks. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengembangan usaha digital marketing Rapikan SosmedMU agar bisa meningkatkan profit.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dilakukan dengan cara wawancara kepada informan penelitian yaitu owner dari usaha jasa Rapikan SosmedMU serta observasi langsung ke lapangan. Data sekunder dilakukan dengan cara studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi.Hasil identifikasi faktor-faktor internal maupun eksternal menunjukkan bahwa skor Strength + Opportunities > Weaknesses + Threats = 4,55 > 1,35, yang diperoleh dari analisis SWOT. Strategi umum yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah perlu mengimplementasikan strategi pertumbuhan yang agresif  atau strategi SO begitu pula strategi SWOT lain yang sudah dipaparkan agar dapat maksimal dalam meningkatkan profit atau pendapatan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memverifikasi hubungan pengaruh transaction process dan seamless transaction terhadap perceived benefit. Pendekatan masalah menggunakan Teori Theory Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Metode pengumpulan data dengan purposive sampling data yang terkumpul 545 responden. Data dianalisis dengan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan transaction process dan seamless transaction berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived benefit. Nilai original penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa teori TAM mampu menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel dari model penelitian yang dibangun.

Abstract

Nevus pigmentosus is a benign skin lesion that originates from the proliferation of melanocytes and has the potential to develop into melanoma, one of the most dangerous skin cancers. This study aims to evaluate the level of knowledge, attitudes and behavior of the people of Ngaliyan District regarding nevus pigmentosus. The design of this research is descriptive observational with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires from 40 respondents using techniques convenience sampling. The results showed that 50% of respondents had good knowledge, 55% had a positive attitude, but only 47.5% had good behavior towards preventing and treating nevus pigmentosus. No significant relationship was found between age and gender on behavior, as well as between knowledge and attitudes on behavior. These findings indicate the need for increased education and health promotion to encourage better preventive actions in society.

Abstract

. As a result of misconceptions, new knowledge will not be properly integrated into students' cognitive structures. If a student learns a new concept and processes it into the student's cognitive structure, which mixes with the concept, it can lead to improper understanding. Therefore, it is the misconception that needs to be understood before it can be acted upon. Understanding mathematical concepts is an important foundation for solving mathematical problems and everyday problems. With a good understanding of mathematical concepts, students will easily remember, use, and rearrange a concept that has been learned and can solve various variations of mathematics. Therefore, understanding the concept is used as one of the three aspects of assessment in learning mathematics. Fractions are basic mathematics material that must be reached by prospective elementary school teacher students. The complexity of this material sometimes results in errors that not only occur to students, but also occur to teachers. This research was conducted with the hope that after knowing the misconceptions of prospective elementary school teacher students, it can be considered for mathematics lecturers in designing and managing the learning process so that later it can improve the understanding of prospective elementary school teacher students in terms of concepts and strategies before teaching in elementary schools.

Abstract

Café is one of the popular businesses among the public because it offers a comfortable place to relax while enjoying drinks and snacks. However, like other businesses, cafes also face risks that need to be managed well to operate efficiently and generate optimal profits. One of the risks often faced by cafes is operational risk, such as stock loss, delayed orders, and product quality issues. These risks can lead to financial losses and damage the cafe's reputation if not handled properly. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of business risk management at Biscotti Cakery and Coffee. Data will be collected through in-depth interviews with cafe owners, managers, and employees involved in risk management. Qualitative data will be analyzed using a thematic analysis approach. To ensure the validity of the data, the researcher will use data source triangulation and method triangulation. This will help ensure that the research findings are reliable and valid. The suggestions you've given regarding Biscotti Cakery are very good for improving service and managing risks. Having a strong leader and providing good service to customers are indeed key to success in the food and beverage business. Adding a warning if there is a mistake and offering attractive promotions can also increase customer interest. The use of digital promotions and expanding the menu are also good steps to reach more customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dimensions of ethics in business practices and their role as a fundamental pillar of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The background of this research is based on the increasing complexity of modern business practices, which often give rise to moral dilemmas and ethical violations due to weak ethical implementation. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, with data sources consisting of textbooks, national and international journal articles, and relevant scholarly documents related to business ethics and GCG. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis to examine concepts, principles, and the relationship between ethical dimensions and the implementation of good corporate governance. The findings indicate that business ethics plays a crucial role in shaping individual, professional, and corporate behavior and serves as a moral foundation for implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance, including transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness. This study concludes that the successful implementation of GCG depends not only on formal regulations and systems but also on the internalization of ethical values as a sustainable organizational culture to promote integrity and long-term business sustainability.
