<![CDATA[Pada saat ini, teknologi berkembang menjadi pesat dari generasi ke generasi. Masyarakat di dunia banyak memanfaatkan teknologi yang sedang berkembang untuk membantu membuat dan mengembangkan bisnis. Salah satu kegiatan bisnis yang bergerak dan berkembang saat ini adalah industri perhotelan yaitu virtual hotel operator (VHO). Konsep yang dimiliki oleh virtual hotel operator (VHO) adalah rebranding. VHO melakukan pemeriksaan kualitas secara menyeluruh untuk memastikan konsumen dapat dilayani dan mendapatkan pengalaman terbaik. Viral marketing memiliki konsep pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan penggunaan jaringan media sosial di dalam dunia digital. AiryRooms adalah perusahaan teknologi yang mengelola kamar-kamar berkualitas dengan harga yang terjangkau. Dengan adanya persaingan pasar yang semakin kuat, maka pemilik bisnis tersebut harus aktif dalam melakukan inovasi memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel gaya hidup, harga, promosi, citra merek, dan viral marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui aplikasi AiryRooms di Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling (judgement sampling). Skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 121 responden. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel gaya hidup, citra merek, dan viral marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan variabel harga dan promosi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui aplikasi AiryRooms di Tangerang Selatan.]]>

<![CDATA[Berawal dari melihat banyak berita, baik di Surabaya ataupun luar Surabaya mengenai kekerasan dan pelantaran terharap hewan, terutama anjing dan kucing liar menjadi alasan yang utama untuk mendesain tempat penampungan anjing dan kucing liar di Kota Surabaya. Masalah yang ditemukan adalah anjing dan kucing memiliki perilaku yang berbeda satu dengan yang lain, begitu pula berbeda dengan perilaku manusia, ditambah dengan lingkungannya yang liar membentuk perilaku yang berbeda sehingga diperlukan pendekatan perilaku kedua hewan agar di dalam bangunan nanti akan terjadi interaksi yang harmonis. Perbedaan yang paling terlihat adalah bagian fisik dari hewan liar yang umumnya membawa penyakit menular ataupun tidak menular, untuk itu akan ada klinik didalam penampungan ini. Tidak hanya fisiknya, mental dari hewan pun terganggu sehingga akan dipilih pendalaman karakter ruang untuk membantu proses penyembuhan dan mendukung interaksi baik antar hewan maupun dengan manusia.Karakter dan perilaku anjing dan kucing liar sebagai pengguna utama bangunan akan diterapkan baik pada pembagian zona, bentuk , serta sirkulasi pada bangunan. Karakter hewan, juga menjadi inspirasi dalam menemukan bentukan dan ekspresi dari penampungan ini.Keunikan penampungan ini terdapat pada digunakannya indra pengelihatan (terutama warna) dan penciuman hewan yang berbeda dari manusia.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of distributing inheritance in the Chinese of the Indonesian citizens is based on the Civil Code since there is no law which regulates it. The implementation of distributing inheritance in the Chinese community in Gunungsitoli, Nias is based on the Chinese adat law by discussing the share of each heir in a spirit of mutual cooperation and consensus. The legal consequence of this system is that it is binding for the heirs to comply with it. It becomes the basic philosophy for settling any conflict about the distribution of inheritance so that it is the least possibility for the heirs not to agree with this amicable decision because of the strong adat tradition among the Chinese community, and the adat law practitipners themselves have admitted its existence. <![CDATA[Principle of equal treatment is where the government gives equal treatment to domestic investors and foreign investors whom undertake investment activities in Indonesia. It began when Indonesia ratifies Agreement on TRIMs (Agreement on TradeRelated Investment Measured) through the enactment of Law No. 7 of 1994 on Ratification of Agreement Establishing The World Trade Organization (the Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization. Therefore, the problem of this thesis is how the treatment of investors under the Act and the Foreign Investment Law of Domestic Investment, why the need for equal treatment of investors in investment activities in Indonesia and how the application of the principle of equal treatment to investors in investment activities in Indonesia based on Law Number 25 Year 2007 on Capital Investment and its implementing regulations. The method used for this thesis is a normative legal research or library research, by collecting materials from books, legislation, journals and the Internet are closely related to the intent and purposes of the preparation of this manuscript. The treatment of investors under the Law of Foreign Investment and Domestic Investment have differences both in the fields of business, labor and other fields. <![CDATA[Latar Belakang : Di Indonesia, angka kejadian skabies mencapai 5,6-12,95%. Panti asuhan sebagai tempat pemukiman padat dan dengan pengetahuan yang minim terkait skabies, tentu menjadi tempat yang sesuai untuk penularan penyakit skabies. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui efektivitas penyuluhan terhadap pengetahuan pencegahan skabies pada anak-anak binaan di SOS Children’s Village Semarang. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian intervensional dengan rancangan quasi experimental non equivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 anak binaan yang memenuhi criteria inklusi dan eksklusi di SOS Children’s Village Semarang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil : Dengan uji Wilcoxon didapatkan nilai p sebesar 0,001 (p < 0,05) maka secara statistic terdapat peningkatan kenaikan yang signifikan pada tingkat pengetahuan antara sebelum penyuluhan dengan setelah penyuluhan. Kesimpulan : Didapatkannya peningkatan tingkat pengetahuan yang signifikan setelah dilakukannya penyuluhan mengenai pencegahan skabies pada anak-anak binaan SOS Children’s Village Semarang.Kata kunci : skabies, penyuluhan, pengetahuan]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategibersaing yang tepat untuk PT Bintang Khatulistiwa Anugerahsehingga perusahaan dapat unggul dalam kompetisi di pasar.Penelitian bersifat kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yangdigunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknikpengumpulan data adalah wawancara secara mendalam denganmenggunakan purposive sampling dalam penentuan informan.Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis lingkungan internaldengan menggunakan teori resource based view dan analisiseksternal melalui lima kekuatan Porter, yang kemudiandianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT, lalu dimasukkan kedalam matriks SWOT sehingga akan menghasilkan beberapaalternatif strategi bersaing untuk PT Bintang KhatulistiwaAnugerah. One of them is PT Pos Indonesia which implements an ERP system in order to integrate activities into a system. ERP has elements and components that can be integrated into activities such as HRM, R&D, marketing and finance. Other advantages of implementing ERP are knowing sales predictions, managing inventory, being able to control all activities in one system. Recommendations for future research to test the ERP system for improving performance at the PT Pos Indonesia company.]]>

<![CDATA[With the background of various different research results, we would like to review the effect of leverage, profitability, accounting profit and good corporate governance to price stock. Method research used is descriptive quantitative. Population company manufacture subsector pharmacy, cosmetics and necessity House stairs total 16 companies with technique purposive sampling obtained sample as much 11 companies. Technique though data used is regression multiple. Test results this in a manner Partial leverage and accounting profit take effect positive against the price stock while on profitability variable and GCG no effect on price stock. In concluison the fourth variable independent influential to price stock. From the results of the coefficient of determination using score that has been customized show a figure of 0, 501 which meaningful equal to 50,1% variation price stock affected by leverage, profitability, profit accounting and GCG the rest 49, 9% affected by other factors. ]]>

<![CDATA[The study is being conducted to determine the relationship between burnout and workload of nurses in Royal Prima Medan Hospital. There were 152 nurses from Royal Prima Medan Hospital, which were chosen using purposive sampling method. The hypothesis of this study were burnout had relationship with workload. This study used quantitative method. The data were collected using Workload Scale with 20 items and Burnout Scale with 29 items. Normality test and Linearity test were used as the assumption test. Data collected was analyzed using Pearson Correlation Product Moment, using SPSS 24 version for Windows. The result shown that there burnout had given 39.4 percent effective contribution in workload, the rest of 60.6 percent were influenced by other factors that were not included in this study. With this result, it was concluded that the hyphothesis of this study was accepted. University of Indonesia (MKK FKUI) in 2020, shows the fact that as many as 83 percent of health workers in Indonesia have experienced moderate and severe burnout syndrome which is psychologically at risk of disrupting the quality of life and work productivity in health services (fk.ui.ac.id). Based on the results of an interview on December 23, 2020 to 2 nurses at the Royal Prima Hospital, they stated that during the Covid-19 pandemic they worked more than their normal working hours. There are many outpatients and also many inpatients while the number of nurses is less so that the work pressure they feel is getting higher. Even the fear of contracting Covid makes them feel even more depressed and exhausted. The pressure and fatigue they experience makes them increasingly unproductive, unmotivated and bored with the demands and responsibilities of the work they currently carry.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a form of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) that usually affects the rectum and part of the colon, which spreads continuously with no skip area. Pancolitis occurs in 20% of patients with UC. Patients with chronic UC, especially pancolitis, have a higher risk of colon cancer. In patients with pancolitis, the risk of cancer increases by 0.5-1% per year after having 8-10 years of disease. A 72-year-old man came with complaint of bloody-mucus diarrhea associated with abdominal cramps. The colonoscopic appearance of colitis was observed in whole lumen throughout colon. Histopathological analysis demonstrated dense infiltrates of granulocytes and macrophages formed by severe inflammation. Normal appearances were observed in the remaining epithelial cells. No parasites, specific process, or malignancy were found. Moreover, no acid-resistant bacteria were found. However, atypical cells were found in one of the biopsy specimens. The patient was diagnosed with extensive type of severe UC. The initial management of treatment included improvement of his general condition along with antibacterial therapy of metronidazole and ciprofloxacin. Specific treatment of sulphasalazine and prednisone were given after pancolitis appearance was revealed, which has similar clinical manifestations in accordance with UC.
