Abstract

Early childhood education (PAUD) is an important stage for a child's early development. PAUD has a goal to facilitate the growth and development of children in a more measurable and comprehensive manner. A conducive environment in PAUD institutions has a positive impact on children's development. There are various kinds of learning models in early childhood, one of which is the center learning model and circle time (Beyond Centers and Circle Time/BCCT). The center learning model and the circle time or commonly referred to as the center model, is a model for implementing PAUD that focuses on children, which in the learning process is centered in the play center and uses four types of footings to support children's development. Therefore, in learning centers it is necessary to prepare for a center class and various equipment that supports learning activities in each center class. This study aims to explore in greater depth the implementation of the center-based PAUD learning model and circle time. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data obtained from interviews, observations, documentation and supported by various references related to the learning center model. The results show that the learning center model is one of the learning models that can increase student activity in learning activities, as well as improve various aspects of child development, including aspects of religious and moral values, physical-motor, cognitive, language, social-emotional, and artistic aspects.   Keywords: PAUD learning model, BCCT/central class, aspects of child development.

Abstract

This paper examines managing religious moderation education by strengthening religious symbols, namely songkok, with NU logic. This study aimed to analyze how the use of symbols on the NU skullcap can shape the personality of SD Islamiyah Magetan students in forming an understanding of religious moderation from the perspective of Peter L. Berger's social construction theory. How can symbols convey messages about religious moderation as a form of planting moderate Islam and identity formation? This symbol has several functions, such as describing something as well as a form of conveying an implied message. Therefore, to analyze it using the social construction theory approach of Peter L. Berger. From the results of the reading, it can be concluded: First, the implementation of the regulation on wearing the NU songkok at SD Islamiyah Mageran is outlined in a regulation that enforces every male student to wear the NU songkok. Second, Sonkok NU can become an identity and have moderate Islamic values ??found in the relationship between moderate Islamic values ??of NU ideas such as tawasuth, tawazun, tasamuh, and ta’adul, which have an impact on their use in everyday life. Third, Religious Moderation Education through Sonkok NU as a moderate Islamic identity from the perspective of Peter L Berger's sociological theory of knowledge is through a process of externalization, objectivation, and internalization.

Abstract

In implementing school activities, archive management is a source of information in planning, organizing and evaluating which will be used as a guide in decision making. Archives management influences administrative activities in the administrative sector. With good archives management, it will be easier for the school to obtain the necessary archives through the administration sector. In managing archives, SMKN 2 Ponorogo has special administrative staff. Archives are neatly arranged with clearly written codes, which makes it easier for administrative members when they need archives when needed. The objectives of the research are: 1) to understand the stages of archive creation and management; 2) know the stages of use and maintenance of archives; 3) as well as knowing the stages of determining the final fate of archives in supporting administrative activities in the administrative sector at SMKN 2 Ponorogo. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection through in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis uses a data condensation model, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on data analysis, the following results were found: 1) The archive creation stage was carried out by internal and external parties. Meanwhile, archive management is directly carried out by the TU department; 2) All parties are allowed to use the archives at SMKN 2 Ponorogo but must be intermediary with TU staff. Meanwhile, archive maintenance is carried out using an archive storage system, namely soft file and hard file storage; 3) Stage of determining the final fate of the archive. If archives are still needed they will be saved, but for archives that are not needed they will be burned; 4) With archive management, the archives in the administration section are more organized and neatly stored so that at any time the archives are needed easily.
