Abstract

In implementing school activities, archive management is a source of information in planning, organizing and evaluating which will be used as a guide in decision making. Archives management influences administrative activities in the administrative sector. With good archives management, it will be easier for the school to obtain the necessary archives through the administration sector. In managing archives, SMKN 2 Ponorogo has special administrative staff. Archives are neatly arranged with clearly written codes, which makes it easier for administrative members when they need archives when needed. The objectives of the research are: 1) to understand the stages of archive creation and management; 2) know the stages of use and maintenance of archives; 3) as well as knowing the stages of determining the final fate of archives in supporting administrative activities in the administrative sector at SMKN 2 Ponorogo. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection through in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis uses a data condensation model, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on data analysis, the following results were found: 1) The archive creation stage was carried out by internal and external parties. Meanwhile, archive management is directly carried out by the TU department; 2) All parties are allowed to use the archives at SMKN 2 Ponorogo but must be intermediary with TU staff. Meanwhile, archive maintenance is carried out using an archive storage system, namely soft file and hard file storage; 3) Stage of determining the final fate of the archive. If archives are still needed they will be saved, but for archives that are not needed they will be burned; 4) With archive management, the archives in the administration section are more organized and neatly stored so that at any time the archives are needed easily.

Abstract

Sexual violence against children is a crime that must be eliminated. This sexual violence has a negative impact on both physical and psychological aspects. Children are seen from two sides, namely children with potential as perpetrators and children with potential as victims. In this regard, parents have full responsibility to ensure that their children are not perpetrators, let alone victims of sexual violence. This study aims to analyse efforts to suppress the number of sexual violence through family education management in instilling an anti-sexual violence attitude. The approach used in this research is literature study. Data were obtained from various sources from articles and relevant reference books, related to the definition of sexual violence, acts of sexual violence, impacts and efforts to prevent sexual violence and the role of parents in preventing sexual violence. These various sources were analysed as findings from writing this article, which are related to family education management in instilling an anti-sexual violence attitude. The results show that the management of family education that is carried out by parents well can encourage children to understand and have an anti-sexual violence attitude. Thus, it is hoped that in the lives of children, children are protected from being perpetrators of sexual violence and as victims. Management of education in this family can be done by example, good communication between parents and children, and the cultivation of religious knowledge.

Abstract

The purpose of education cannot be separated from the role of a teacher, namely educating, guiding, teaching and training. With synergy between moral belief teachers and guidance and counseling teachers, students can overcome disciplinary behavior. The moral aqidah teacher has the role of providing an understanding of religious values, while the guidance and counseling teacher has the role of providing guidance and counseling services to students. This research aims to analyze the synergy of the moral aqidah teacher and guidance teacher in overcoming student disciplinary behavior at MAN 1 Ponorogo. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and documentation techniques. With the data analysis stage using the interactive model analysis technique of Milles, Huberman, and Saldana. Meanwhile, the technique for checking the validity of the data in this study uses triangulation techniques. Based on data analysis, it was found that the synergy between moral aqidah teachers and guidance and counseling teachers was well established, while the form of synergy that existed was establishing communication, coordination and cooperation in developing their respective roles to complement each other. Supporting factors come from the teacher and family environment while inhibiting factors come from the student's personality and friendship environment. With the role of moral belief teachers and guidance and counseling teachers, they can help overcome disciplinary behavior even though it is not yet completely perfect. Because there needs to be role and support from all teachers, staff, and employees at the Madrasah.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is an important stage for a child's growth. The selection of educational institutions with certain learning models, it is important for parents to consider before making a choice in one school. There are various kinds of PAUD learning models. Among these learning models are the classical model, the cooperative learning model, the center and circle time-based learning model (beyond centers and circle time/BCCT) and the area learning model (interest). Among these models, the center-based learning model and circle time are learning models that are still rarely applied in PAUD. This study aims to analyze the center-based learning model and circle time in terms of preparation and implementation. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through interview, observation and various literature related to PAUD learning models. The results show that the center-based learning model and circle time is a learning model with four steps, namely the environmental footing, the footing before playing, the footing during playing and the footing after playing in the learning activities. The application of this learning model requires teachers to carry out preparatory activities every day. It is hoped that the aspects of children's development can improve through various series of activities in the central class which are followed by children alternately every day.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the role of Asbabunnuzul's knowledge on learning lessons in an Islamic school. This knowledge of asbabunnuzul was increasingly emphasized after the public discovery of subject matter which allegedly contained elements of a call to action on radicalism. Finally, at the end of 2019, the Ministry of Religion decided to overhaul the entire syllabus of PAI (Education of Islamic Religion) and Arabic learning materials from the MI (Islamic Elementary School) to the Madrasah Aliyah. Knowledge of asbabunnuzul a verse will make the Koran and the Prophet's hadiths have a relevant interpretation of their time as well as being able to capture divine messages in response to developments in social problems that exist in the contemporary era. It is from here that the material of the Qur'an hadith in Madrasah Aliyah and Tsanawiyah can develop not only to adhere to classical exegesion but to a more dynamic direction and to respond to the times.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital membuka peluang baru di bidang pemasaran, termasuk melalui affiliate marketing yang kini populer di platform seperti TikTok. Namun, rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat pedesaan menjadi kendala dalam memanfaatkan peluang tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Mrican, Kecamatan Jenangan, Kabupaten Ponorogo, untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan ibu rumah tangga dalam mengelola waktu luang secara produktif melalui pelatihan affiliate marketing. Metode yang digunakan adalah Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) dengan tahapan discovery, dream, design, dan destiny. Pelatihan mencakup penyampaian materi, praktik pembuatan akun afiliasi, serta simulasi konten promosi digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan peningkatan literasi digital peserta yang berdampak pada peluang peningkatan pendapatan keluarga. Program ini menjadi langkah awal menuju kemandirian ekonomi berbasis teknologi di masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Every country dreams of a civil society. As an effort to realize a civil society, school as an educational institution has an important role, namely in the character education of children. Civil society is a social order with a social system that promotes democracy, civilization, tolerance for diversity over the principle of personal freedom and the stability of society with moral principles. Character education becomes an important thing to pay attention to, because children’s good character influences their behavior and children's goodbehavior becomes the capital for the formation of civil society. This study aims to examine the responsibilities of schools in character education to realize a civil society.The library research method is used through extracting information from various literatures related to character education and school responsibilities in character education towards civil society. The results show that schools have an important role in educating students who are characterized as part of today's society and as a determinant of the realization of civil society in the future. Therefore schools must really strengthen the educational process so that they can create the next generation of the nation who are intelligent and have good character.

Abstract

Currently, Islamic moderation (wasathiyyah) is emphasized as the mainstream of Islam in Indonesia. This mainstreaming idea is the answer to the emergence of various problems in the name of religion. The difference in diversity in Indonesia, including in terms of religion, is something that cannot be denied. Therefore, tolerance in the midst of differences that exist in society is an important thing to understand and do together. Education in schools is one means of instilling the values of religious moderation in students. Not only in classroom learning, but this moderation value can also be instilled through extracurricular activities. Rohis is extracurricular that focuses on religious development. This study uses a library research approach. The results show that values in religious moderation can be instilled through various activities in extracurricular Rohis. The coaches and mentors of the Rohis need to plan for the activities of the Rohis by inserting the values of religious moderation. As well as providing special assistance to students so that they have a deep understanding related to religious moderation.
