Abstract

Thematic learning is very intense learning taught in class. This makes the thematic lessons properly taught by the teacher. One way that teachers can do to achieve learning goals in thematic subjects is to integrate thematic lessons and Islamic Education. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Islamic education in thematic learning as an effort to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools in one of the cities of Palmebang. This type of research is a type of qualitative research approach. Sources of data in this study were obtained through interviews. Interviews were conducted with two informants consisting of class 2 thematic teachers and class 3 thematic teachers. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. Thematic learning that is integrated with Islamic Education is in line with the program to strengthen the Pancasila student profile. This is because the aspects contained in the Pancasila student profile are an illustration of the character taught through thematic learning and also taught by religious teachings. Therefore if students get thematic lessons that are integrated with Islamic Education, then students will get knowledge from two disciplines.

Abstract

Learning activities are processes of interaction and knowledge transactions between teachers and students. The role of character cannot be separated from education to form quality human beings. In humanism, students are learning centers, while the role of the teacher is as a facilitator. In essence, everyone's character is influenced by every thing that is done in life. This happens because character is indeed formed from habits that are carried out and can also be formed through the outside environment. As an educational institution, schools have a role to develop the potential of students. This study uses a qualitative approach which explains how humanist learning is applied, especially in instilling good character in students. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. As an Islamic educational institution, SD IT Darul Hasan apart from creating an intelligent generation is also obliged to prepare an Islamic generation that is religious and has good morals and character. The habit that is applied in humanist learning is that there is a welcoming and sayingonara program, which aims for students to have a disciplined attitude, pray Duha together before studying, recitations and routine memorization. The learning model applied is PAIKEM, active learning and team teaching. Places for learning are not only in the room, but also on the terraces, school fields, parks and prayer rooms and other school environments. The implemented curriculum is the national curriculum and is adapted to the unique curriculum of JSIT (integrated Islamic school network), and development is carried out so that it is more innovative and becomes a preferred learning. The learning activities that are applied are student-centered with the hope that students are able to find their own potential and have good character.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui wawasan keilmuan mengenai pemikiran pemikiran Fajlur Rahman (Pragmatis-Instrumental) mengenai pendidikan dalam dunia Islam kontemporer. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yaitu berupa library research (kepustakaan) yang mana sumber datanya berasal dari buku, artikel dan beberapa literatur lainnya. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini Dalam dunia pendidikan, pemisahan ilmu agama dan ilmu umum bukan lagi menjadi masalah baru dalam sistem pendidikan Islam. Wacana ini sudah ada sejak lama dan masih menjadi masalah yang kompleks dan belum terselesaikan. Hal ini disebabkan adanya batasan antara mata pelajaran agama dan non agama yang diajarkan di setiap unit. Oleh karena itu, Fazlur Rahman mengajukan gagasan untuk mereformasi seluruh sistem pendidikan Islam. Apa yang didapat dari pengalaman dan melakukan berbagai observasi dan penelitian. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada biografi intelektual Fazlur Rahman, pemikiran pendidikan Fazlur Rahman, dan berbagai pembaruan pendidikan Islam di Fazlur Rahman, serta relevansinya.

Abstract

Maintaining environmental sustainability is the obligation of every human being. This is stated in the verses of the Koran, so self-awareness is needed to prevent environmental damage. The reality is that not everyone can protect the environment optimally. Therefore, it is necessary to instill good character. It is important to instill character education from an early age, especially in elementary/MI students. MIN 4 Gunungkidul shapes student character through Islamic-based environmental education activities. Given this, this study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic-based environmental education activities to shape the noble character of students in MIN 4 Gunungkidul. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a field research approach. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by reducing, collecting, presenting data, and ending with conclusions. The research results show that Islamic-based environmental education at MIN 4 Gunung Kidul has been included in the MIN 4 Gunung Kidul Education unit-level curriculum. Islamic-based environmental education activities that are carried out regularly include familiarizing ablution activities with water-saving management before congregational midday prayers, clean Saturday waste collection activities & class picket healthy Saturday movements, and environmental day commemorations. Through the habit of environmental education activities, it is possible to instill in students an attitude of religious character as well as love and care for the environment.

Abstract

Orang tua sebagai pendidik pertama, mempunyai kewajiban membimbing, melindungi serta membesarkan anak. Keberadaan orang tua sangatlah penting, sehingga peran orang tua merupakan dasar pertama dalam pembentukan pribadi anak. Upaya tersebut dapat terwujud apabila orang tua menerapkan pola asuh yang tepat, karena pola asuh yang diberikan kepada anak akan mempengerahui pekembangan sosial-emosional anak. Setiap orang tua tentu mempunyai pola asuh yang berbeda, diantanyanya yaitu: Pola asuh otorite, pola asuh demokratis, dan pola asuh permisif. Pola asuh orang tua pada anak usia dini mencakup pemberian rangsangan fisik, mental, emosional, moral, maupun sosial yang akan mendorong tumbuh kembang anak secara optimal. Gaya pengasuhan terhadap anaknya, akan mempengaruhi pada perkembangan sosial dan kepribadian anak. Gaya pengasuhan yang tidak baik akan menurunkan perkembangan sosial anak yang baik. Pola asuh orang tua berarti kebiasaan orang tua, ayah dan ibu dalam memimpin, mengasuh dan membimbing anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola asuh orang tua dalam membentuk perkembangan emosional anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa perkembangan emosional anak dengan kecenderungan pola asuh demokratis berkembang baik

Abstract

This study was carried out at a public elementary school in Krapyak Wetan with the aim of investigating the implementation of the Adiwiyata pilot school in enhancing the educational quality in relation to the Adiwiyata school programme policies. The study also examined the execution of the Adiwiyata school programme, as well as the factors that support or hinder its implementation.   The employed methodology is a qualitative approach with a descriptive orientation.   Data collection methods encompassing observation, in-depth interviews, and documenting.   The data sources include of the school principal, school treasurer, Adiwiyata team members, and teachers.   The process of data analysis involved data reduction, data display, and data verification.   The research yielded recognition for the Adiwiyata school at the district level in Bantul. Additionally, it led to the implementation of various programmes such as daily plastic-free cleaning activities, the establishment of healthy and food-safe canteens, the implementation of a simple school wastewater treatment system (IPAL), compost processing programmes, the installation of composters, the establishment of hydroponics systems, the construction of greenhouses, the creation of biopores for planting, the utilisation of ablution water waste, and the implementation of the 3R recycling principle (reuse, reduce, and recycle) among others.   The programme is executed by including many components, such as the adoption of eco-friendly policies, implementation of an eco-friendly curriculum, engagement in participatory environmental activities, and efficient management of eco-friendly supporting infrastructure.   Hydroponics, greenhouses, biopore planting, ablution water waste, 3R recycling (reuse, reduce and recycle), and other related methods and practises.   The programme is executed by incorporating components such as eco-friendly policies, implementation of an eco-friendly curriculum, participatory environmental activities, and management of eco-friendly supporting facilities.   Hydroponics, greenhouses, biopore planting, ablution water waste, 3R recycling (reuse, reduce, and recycle), and other related practises.   The programme is executed by incorporating components such as eco-friendly policies, implementation of an eco-friendly curriculum, participatory environmental activities, and management of eco-friendly supporting facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implikasi teori belajar behavioristik pada perkembangan tingkah laku siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara pada guru kelas sekolah dasar di kabupaten subang. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan simpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa teori belajar behavioristik melalui penguatan dapat merubah tingkah laku siswa yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Tingkah laku siswa dalam pandangan teori behaviorisme ini ialah berdasarkan pengalaman dalam hidup seseorang. Sehingga tingkah laku siswa dapat dilihat dari lingkungan siswa itu sendiri.

Abstract

This research discusses Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies in improving the success of the Qur'an Tahfidz program at SMP Plus Al-Fatimah Bojonegoro. The purpose of this study is to identify the process of recruitment, selection, development, and supervision of educators who are effective in supporting program implementation. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that a careful recruitment and selection process, accompanied by continuous training, succeeded in improving the pedagogical competence and ability of teachers in delivering Tahfidz materials. In addition, the application of innovative learning methods such as the Ummi method and periodic evaluations ensure the effectiveness of learning and the achievement of students' Qur'an memorization. The study concludes that the implementation of integrated HR management not only supports the success of the flagship program, but also creates an educational environment conducive to character building, skills development and improving the quality of graduates. The findings confirm the importance of strategic HRM in supporting the sustainability and positive image of educational institutions.

Abstract

Digitaliasasi memberikna dmapak positf dalam perkembangan teknologi dji Inonesia termasuk di bidang ekonomi. Adanya teknologi ini membuat pelaku usaha UMKM bisa memberikan manfaat dalam usahanya termasuk dalam pembayaran non tunai QRIS. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan QRIS dalam pelaku usaha UMKM di Balikpapan . Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa QRIS membatu dalam pelaku usaha UMKM dalam QRIS proses transakasi lebih efekif dna efesien dan mengurangi risiko pencurian mata uang, Hambatan yang menjadi kendala masih banyak para pedagang yang belum paham penggunaan QRIS, dan para pelangggan yang belum bisa jujur dalam penggunaan QRIS dalam proses pembayaran.
