Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price suitability on purchasing decisions for Emina products at Guardian in Palembang Square Mall, the sample used was guardian consumers who had the following criteria: consumers of Emina’s products, women who have visited and bought Emina’s products at Guardian Palembang Square, women who are currently still using Emina’s products. Sampling in this study were 85 respondents as a sample. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Based on the results of the t test analysis on the product quality variabel, the probability value (sig) is 0.000 <0.05 and the t count value is 9.045 > t table 1.663, so it can be interpreted that product quality partially affects the decision to purchase Emina products. In the price suitability variabel, it is known that the sig value is 0.000 < 005 and the tcount value is 4.747 > t table 1.663, so it can be concluded that price suitability partially affects the decision to purchase Emina products. The results of the F test analysis obtained an Fcount value of 172,805 > F table 3.96 with a significance of 0.000, it can be concluded that the product quality and price variabels simultaneously have a significant effect on the Purchasing Decision variabel.

Abstract

MAN 2 Kabupaten Bekasi terletak di Desa Cibening Kecamatan Setu. Jumlah ruang kelas di sekolah cukup memadai hanya saja belum lengkap dalam menunjang kegiatan belajar yang berbasis pengalaman kerja ilmiah. Ketidaklengkapan tersebut membatasi kegiatan pendidikan seperti dalam pembelajaran kimia. Selain itu, pembelajaran yang umumnya diberikan satu arah dapat menimbulkan turunnya minat siswa dalam belajar. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan berupa workshop pembuatan produk kimia terapan rumah tangga seperti deterjen cair dan sabun padat sebagai kegiatan pembelajaran kimia berbasis praktikum untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan minat siswa sehingga mengubah pandangan internal siswa terhadap kimia. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental dan simulasi dengan suasana yang menggembirakan untuk memaksimalkan penyampaian materi yang diberikan. Pengukuran pengetahuan dan keberhasilan capaian dilakukan sebagai bentuk evaluasi kegiatan. Selama proses pembuatan produk, siswa antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dari awal hingga akhir kegiatan. Berdasarkan analisis statistik uji-t berpasangan, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan secara signifikan (p<0,05) antara nilai rata-rata sebelum (30,4) dan sesudah (65,2) kegiatan. Selain itu, hasil pengamatan menunjukkan adanya partisipasi aktif dan perbaikan pemahaman secara signifikan pada sasaran kegiatan.

Abstract

This study examined the errors made by students in translating Indonesian into English using the surface category taxonomy. The research was conducted at SMAN 2 Wawonii Tenggara, focusing on first-grade students. Specifically, the research included all 20 students from class X.IPA. To gather data, the researcher employed a test consisting of 20 Indonesian sentences. The analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method. The results indicated that the students made a total of 222 errors (55.5%) in translating Indonesian into simple English sentences. These errors were categorized into four types: omission errors (112 or 50.45% of the total), malformation errors (75 or 33.79%), addition errors (32 or 14.41%), and misordering errors (3 or 1.35%). Omission errors were the most frequent. Given that the students made 222 errors (55.5% of possible errors), the correct responses numbered 178 (44.5%). According to Rod Ellis, this number classifies the students' ability as poor.

Abstract

The alpha generation is the generation born in 2011 and is expected to end in 2025. This generation is also called the digital generation. This alpha generation was raised in the technological era and also has a very important influence on the progress of the times. His upbringing must also receive special attention, especially from those closest to him, namely parents. Ideal parenting for the alpha generation needs to be implemented by parents. The type of research we use is qualitative research. Where data is collected by means of interviews, documentation and observation. And then conclusions are drawn regarding ideal parenting for the alpha generation. The results of this research show that there is a very close relationship with ideal parenting and the alpha generation. This is shown by the results of interviews that we have conducted that many parents complain about their children's attitudes, and parents lack understanding about parenting.

Abstract

Between 2015 and 2020, the intake of fruits and vegetables in Indonesian people was less than 400 grams/day, which is the recommended nutritional adequacy level (RDA). The purpose of this education is to improve the knowledge of mothers at the Dahlia Posyandu about the importance of consuming fruits and vegetables. This education uses a lecture method with leaflet media. The selection of leaflet media is assumed to be easy for mothers to carry at the Posyandu. The results of the education showed that there was a significant difference between the pre and post tests which were tested using the Paired T-test statistical test, with a p value = 0.000, <0.05 meaning that there was a significant difference in knowledge before and after the intervention was given. It was concluded that education was successful in changing mothers' knowledge about fruit and vegetable consumption at the Dahlia Posyandu, Abeli District, Kendari City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction and motivation on the organizational commitment of civil servants at the Sintang Regency Community Empowerment and Village Government Service. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample for this research was 35 people consisting of civil servants from the Community Empowerment and Village Government Service of Sintang Regency. In this research there are two independent variables, namely motivation and job satisfaction (X1 and X2) and one dependent variable, namely organizational commitment (Y1). The results of this research show that Job Satisfaction and Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Furthermore, from the results of the partial test, job satisfaction has a partial effect on organizational commitment, but motivation has no partial effect on organizational commitment at the Community Empowerment Service and Village Government of Sintang Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bintang Kreasi Kemasindo Kabupaten Tangerang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi sebanyak 50 orang karyawan dijadikan sampel penelitian. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, koefisien korelasi, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,682 (kategori kuat) dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 46,5%. Uji t menghasilkan nilai t hitung = 2,744 > t tabel = 2,010 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Motivasi Kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,751 (kategori kuat) dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 56,4%. Uji t menunjukkan nilai t hitung = 4,387 > t tabel = 2,010 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 9,283 + 0,340 X1 + 0,436 X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,797 (kategori sangat kuat) dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 63,6%. Uji F menghasilkan nilai F hitung = 51,461 > F tabel = 3,195 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bintang Kreasi Kemasindo Kabupaten Tangerang

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Salon Ully Kitty Shop di Sintang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan yang menggunakan produk atau jasa Salon Ully Kitty Shop di Sintang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 Responden. Adapun metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukan persamaan regresi yaitu. Hasil nilai koefisien korelasi (R) menunjukan angka sebesar 0,640. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara Kualitas Pelayanan (X) dan Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y). Hasil koefesien determinasi didapatkan sebesar 0,410. Yang artinya pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 41%. Hasil uji kelayakan model dapat diketahui bahwa Fhitung 68,123 dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 sedangkan F tabel sebesar 3,94 dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,05 (5%). Maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya model Regresi linier Sederhana dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi nilai Kualitas Pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan.
