Abstract

Pendaftaran mahasiswa baru merupakan suatu kegiatan yang wajib dilakukan pihak penyelenggara kampus yang bertujuan untuk menampung, menyaring, serta menyeleksi para calon mahasiswa sebelum dinyatakan sebagai mahasiswa tetap. AMIK Labuhanbatu adalah salah satu kampus komputer yang terus berkembang dengan bertambahnya jumlah mahasiswa baru yang mendaftar setiap tahunnya. Akan tetapi proses pendaftaran mahasiswa baru di AMIK Labuhanbatu masih menggunakan metode manual yang mengakibatkan banyaknya waktu yang terbuang dalam melakukan proses pendaftaran sehingga menyebabkan berkurangnya efisiensi waktu dari calon mahasiswa. Perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode waterfall yang merupakan model pengembangan sistem informasi yang sistematik dan sekuensial. Dalam pembuatan sistem alat yang digunakan dalam membuat perancangan dan desain sistem aplikasi pendaftaran mahasiswa baru yaitu dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Aplikasi pendaftaran mahasiswa baru dibangun menggunakan eclipse dan menggunakan media penyimpanan database Mysql. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, diketahui bahwa aplikasi pendaftaran mahasiswa baru berbasis Android dapat digunakan sebagai media pendaftaran mahasiswa baru.

Abstract

Aplikasi perkantoran adalah program perangkat lunak yang dibuat khusus untuk digunakan di tempat kerja. Adapun tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penggunaan aplikasi perkantoran. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 November 2020, bertempat di kantor kelurahan Sigambal, Kecamatan Rantau Selatan, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, Sumatera Urata. Kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat direspon positif oleh masyarakat dan membawa perubahan yang baik terhadap warga Kelurahan Sigambal. Hasil post-test terdapat kenaikan yang positif sebanyak 22 orang atau 88% dari 25 orang peserta telah dapat menggunakan aplikasi perkantoran. Adapun kekurangan yang diperoleh dalam pelatihan dan pembelajaran itu disebabkan faktor-faktor lain misalnya tidak ketersediaan perangkat pendukung yang cukup seperti Komputer atau laptop. Disarankan kegiatan seperti ini agar dilakukan secara berkala. Agar kemampuan peserta terus perkembang.

Abstract

UCD (User Centered Design) is a design philosophy of putting users at the center of a system development process. The difficulties experienced by the tourists who visited West Sumatra during traveling is in communicating which can be helped by using UCD method. The approach using UCD method has been supported by various techniques, methods, tools, procedures and processes that help to design more user-centered applications. In the UCD method the user is at the level of design sophistication of all interfaces used based on the guide application. In making the application, the tool used in designing tourist guide application design is using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Data excavation is done by interview and observation to the end user, and library study. Tour guide application built using eclipse with SQLite database storage media. The result of this design is expected to provide convenience to the tourists in making tourism visits to West Sumatra.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to design and implement a duck egg incubator. An egg incubator is a machine that functions to take over the incubation task of a duck mother in incubating fertilized eggs from the result of crossing or mating with a male. The existing incubators work in temperature control, reversing the egg racks, but do not use an egg informing system that has been hatched. In designing this duck egg incubator based on Arduino as a controller. The temperature used must be measured by the resistance of the space or the approximate resistance of the eggs to hatch. The microcontroller used is the ATMega328 integrated on the Arduino Uno, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, humidity control system and other supporting components using Arduino. The test was carried out by comparing the DS18B20 temperature sensor with a Thermometer with an error difference of 0.15. The result of this research is the device can control the temperature not exceeding 39 ° C for hatching eggs. The device has 2 usage buttons, namely a start button (green) to perform hatching day calculations and a reset button (red) to stop hatching day calculations. The day variable that has been running is still stored in the microcontroller EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) so that if there is a disconnection or loss of a voltage power source such as a power failure and so on. The 12VDC fan on the device turns on every 30 minutes and goes out for the next 30 minutes

Abstract

The weighing clerk is part of the BUMN employees whose job is to calculate incoming and outgoing income from the results of the company's raw material scales. Of course, every company engaged in this field requires quality weighing machines that can improve the quality of a company. In selecting the best field weigh-in, several criteria can be used as references, such as performance, responsibility, age, level, and number of dependents. And due to the large amount of data that is not suitable for field weighing clerks but has registered to be field team assistants, the head of the company is confused and it takes a long time to select suitable field weighing clerks to be employed. In order to assist in the selection of candidates for the weigh-in election, a decision support system is needed. The Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) method is one of the supporting methods in determining the priority criteria for the selection of field weigh-in candidates. As for the results in the research on the selection of the best field weighing clerk, alternative A2 with a value of 0.583 on behalf of the Libra Purba.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is a source and argument for Islamic law, kalam experts, science experts and not only books that speak Arabic and read worship, but also contain scientific value and become a life guide for the development of human cultural reason. especially Muslims. The purpose of this research is to implement the API in the Al-Quran application based on Android and the method used by UCD (User Centered Design). An API is a set of program instructions that are used to build a software application, by providing functions and commands in a language that is easy for the programmer to understand. UCD (User Centered Design) is a design philosophy that places the user at the center of a systems development process. The results showed that an Android-based Al-Qur'an application was in accordance with the needs of the user and the average test results shared with users was 81.25%

Abstract

Aplikasi Data Mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Labuhanbatu ini adalah suatu aplikasi yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah bagian staff maupun dosen dalam mendata mahasiswa yang ada di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Labuhanbatu dengan cepat. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Eclipse yaitu suatu editor Android. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini bekerja untuk dapat memasukkan data Mahasiswa dan pencarian – pencarian yang mempermudah Staff dalam mendata Mahasiswa.

Software Singer is a venture capital decision-support framework. The authors use the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a weighting tool to construct this scheme. The loan size, High turnover, and Dependants used three simple criteria. The decision support framework technology venture capital provision is the web-based programming language PHP and MySQL as database. The framework is structured to provide recommendations for customer eligibility with each requirement based on AHP calculation. With this framework, it is expected that managers can find the suitability of a customer's decision on a loan

Abstract

One of the diseases distributed in the population is chikungunya fever transmitted by viruses from the genus Alphavirus, Togaviridae family, and transmitted by Aedes' bite aegypti and Ae mosquitoes. Virus albopictus involved. Chikungunya (CHIK) has three distinct symptoms: fever, joint pain (arthralgia), and skin infection (rash). Chikungunya (CHIK) is a self-limiting illness, and Chikungunya fever (CHIK) is not treated individually. Treatment efforts are symptomatic. Controlling and considering this disease is the right initiative. One consideration that can be achieved using expert system analysis is to use the form of certainty factor to derive the certainty value.

Abstract

Many types of businesses currently use information technology media in the form of applications such as the use of software applications (SOFTWARE) on the weighbridge in RAM Pandawa Bulucina in order to make it easier for palm fruit owners and admins or operators who are in their offices to assess transaction reports. This built application, created using Tools such as Visual studio code as a text editor, php and mysql as a programming language and Database by being designed with a simple flow and interface design using design methods including, context diagram design, data flow diagram as other designs that explain the flow of the application.
