Chronic diseases in Indonesia during the current JKN can be handled with the Referral Program (PRB). As one of the flagship programs of BPJS Health to improve the quality of health services for BPJS Health participants and facilitate access to health services for participants with chronic diseases. Family support is very much needed, so that the goal of DRR to reduce the cost of health services in FKTL is achieved. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and PRB for patients with chronic disease who are BPJS Health participants at the Rawasari Health Center in 2021. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using chi square. Bivariate analysis of Chi Square test found that there was no relationship between emotional support (p=0.190) and assessment support (p=0.130). Meanwhile, there is a relationship between instrumental support (p=0.043) and informational support (p=0.001). Variables related to instrumental and informational support. Variables that are not related to emotional support and assessment. Family support is needed to increase the activity of DRR participants.

The research process is carried out in three stages, (1) the first part is a literature study conducted to obtain information about how to deal with natural disasters, (2) Field studies conducted in several areas related to floods in Jambi Province, (3) ) Analysis Community needs are carried out by reviewing the design of the pre-disaster disaster planning system and the needs of the Flood Preparedness Community in three districts of Jambi province. A sample of 1000 people was divided into 3 groups. Each group will be completed in accordance with the pre-response system and community needs, then analyzed qualitatively. Meanwhile, to find out the management system design. Obtained preparedness data in the three villages with a total subject of 1000 people that 52.33% did not get information about the disaster or disaster preparedness, 64.6% never made an emergency plan for the family when there was a disaster, 68.67% never prepared emergency equipment (food, water, or emergency supplies), 68.27% had not attended disaster preparedness training in the past year, but only 6.2% had never discussed with neighbors about what to do in the event of a disaster. Abstract

This study aims to see the role of leadership in improving performance and the role of services at the Puskesmas. The method used is qualitative and quantitative with a community-based participatory approach involving 20 Heads of Health Centers in Jambi City and 197 Puskesmas staff. The results showed that 58% of respondents strongly agreed that leadership at the Puskesmas has a vital role in improving performance and service quality and 42% consider it quite important. The role of the Puskesmas leadership is not optimal in enhancing organizational performance, including staff training, staff involvement in decision-making, and giving rewards and punishments. Meanwhile, the leadership role is good enough to improve Puskesmas services, including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and direct evidence to the community. In conclusion, there are obstacles in enhancing the organizational performance of the Puskesmas, including the lack of training and work guidance to improve competence, the lack of involvement of health workers in decision making, and the application of rewards and punishments that are still not consistently implemented.
